Ive been coming to this location for about 8 years now. Ive always loved the service here. Today, I had had opportunity to meet James, the manager. He was very pleasant from the moment I entered the door. He greeted everyone and made sure to let them know he would get to them once he attended to those in line first. He helped me decide on a pair of glasses. Informative on what my insurance covered and explained everything. The store got very busy but he kept his composure and kindness with everyone and was amazing!! I enjoyed my visit today because of him. Thank you James!! Youre doing an amazing job.
I am very disappointed with the management of this location. The gentleman, who I believe is named James, has a rude, dismissive, condescending attitude that I was turned off by both times I had an experience here. I am very upset at having not been told by Shelley that the protection plan I paid extra for required additional cost if used. I recall being told specifically, “Even if there’s nothing wrong, just come back a year later, and you can get a free pair.” I find the approach here manipulative. My lenses cracked after about four or five uses of my glasses, which I only wear for office work in my home. It was beyond the 30-day “guarantee,” and now I am stuck with cracked lenses I feel are a result of faulty merchandise or improper sizing of my frames. At any rate, I feel the manager is a rude, condescending person. I called another location, and the woman there showed me empathy, and talked me through several options. I look forward to changing to that location, though I think the quality and service of Zenni is far far far superior. I did replace a much more angry review here, and did have choice words for James (if that’s his name. Sorry to James if that’s not you) on our call. All it would have taken is the phrase, “I’m sorry that has been your experience so far.”
Best experience Ive had in purchasing glasses. Tom is the person who helped me me and he was FANTASTIC! He was very patient with me even when I became indecisive. He never rushed me or tried to put me in anything. He had great customer service skills. If you need frames this is the place and be sure to look for Tom! You wont be disappointed with his customer service.

Dr. Lin was very informative and answered all my questions. He fixed my vision as the previous doctor (at a different eye clinic) did not provide the correct prescription. Rashawn was extremely helpful and patient with me helping me chose my frames.I highly recommend LensCrafters in Pearland!

Very quick and easy appointment. Dr was very professional and kind. He took his time with me and explained the importance of wearing my glasses while reading and driving. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. At the retail side the assistant manager Rashawn is simply the best and so professional, even while with another customer he politely and professional excused his self a moment and came and told me to feel free to look around that he would be with me in a moment.

The staff was patient and knowledgeable in helping me pinpoint exactly what the problems were and the adjustments needed.Theyre open 7 days a week and close later than other eye care centers, which is very convenient. I needed a minor repair on my eyeglasses, and the office where I had bought the glasses was not open. I called LensCrafters, and they said they could repair the glasses and that I didnt need an appointment to come in for that.I arrived just as they were finishing up with another customer. They took my glasses and had the repair complete within minutes, as I only needed to have one of the screws replaced. He adjusted the other screw as well, and cleaned my glasses. There was no charge, and I was out of the shop in less then fifteen minutes.Ive never been to a LensCrafters before, yet I received fast and courteous service -- especially considering that I was not a paying customer at the time. I will certainly keep them in mind for the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had a warranty replacement problem that two other LensCrafter stores at Baybrook apparently didnt understand how to or didnt wish to help me with. The manager here, Rashawn, immediately helped me and it was the smoothest process of ordering glasses Ive ever experience. Its obvious that he is very knowledgeable and has a great personality which makes this location the one I will go to in the future for my optical needs. If you need glasses, this is the place to shop. A great location and very conscientious about sanitizing and distancing which is necessary in this new world.
There is a large selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from, and the process was very quick and easy. The moment I walked out of the optometrist office, I was greeted by a LensCrafters representative that helped me throughout the visit. Even though they were very busy that day, a representative was always checking-up on me regarding any questions I might have. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back in the future.
They did a perfect job. I felt the Doctor was cutting me off a bit. I was late to my appointmentthat is why I think he was just in a hurry. Very glad they did not turn me away. Dr really seemed to know what he was doing and did take time to explain my problem to me. No other doctor has performed all the test that the doctor did. I felt the test was very thorough. I especially liked the laminated forms. Good for the environment and Spreading germs. Everything was sparkling clean. Very covid19 conscious.

I highly recommend this LensCrafters location! Got my glasses in under 2 hours! (Make sure to call ahead and see if they have your prescription lenses available first if you want them in the same day) The manager James is super sweet, friendly and helpful. Rashawn is super nice, quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He is the one who made my glasses so quick! Also I really appreciated how Covid-19 is being taken super serious in this establishment. The glasses are kept separately after you try them on and disinfected before they are put back on the wall. Everything is wiped down frequently and hand sanitizer is readily available. I am impressed! I highly recommend this store.

Very friendly and super helpful staff. I cannot recommend this location enough. Megan on multiple occasions helped me through my options and was tremendous with making this as stress-free as possible. Another associate named Tabatha was also amazing when finalizing my purchase. I was there for a good bit of time looking through the glasses and asking questions, almost staying until their closing time but not once did they rush me or make me feel like a nuisance for asking. I will definitely be coming back for my next prescription.

The manager of the Optometrists office was BEYOND rude and spectacularly incompetent. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, 2 confirmation phone calls, and a confirmation text, we were told that they would not be able to exam my daughter. The reason? It was after 4:00 pm. The appointment was scheduled (and confirmed) for 5:15. The manager acknowledged that the appointment was made for 5:15, but because it was after 4:00, we couldnt be seen. Isnt 5:15 ALWAYS after 4:00?
Today was the second time I purchased prescription eyewear from this location and both times I have had very positive experiences. The staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They have a huge selection of eyewear which helps me out a lot since Im bad at picking frames for myself. The whole process was quick and painless and I would recommend to friends and family.
My first time purchasing glasses at this location will also be my last. One day after picking up my prescription glasses, I returned for a simple adjustment. The woman who assisted me instantly told me that my glasses were extremely crooked. She took my glasses and started messing with them before I was able to explain what I wanted adjusted. She spent 5 minutes twisting my glasses and making horrible noises in the process. It sounded like she was going to break them. She ruined my glasses and they were in a very unnatural shape. I asked her to fix them and she kept on working on them, but even after nearly 30 minutes of going back and forth, she was not making it any better. She gave me attitude and was very disrespectful during the process. She tried to replace my glasses with the ones they had on display (and I was told on multiple occasions that no customer ever receives display frames). She was rude when I said I didnt want the display frames. Eventually she just said she would order me new glasses and I would have to walk out with the messed up glasses until a week later when my new glasses would arrive. I explained to her that I never asked her to fix any crookedness, but she never acknowledged that she made a mistake. I was extremely mad about the whole thing. What was supposed to be a simple adjustment turned into a long, drawn out nightmare.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! THEY RACIAL PROFILE!! I went to pick up my glasses, with my family, th is Sunday 6.1.2014. I was waiting to get serviced and my nephews were trying on sunglasses because I told them I would get them sunglasses for their birthday on 6.20. Robert, the store manager, came to assist me. I tried my glasses and went on my way. We left the location but stayed in front of the store while we looked at my glasses for 3 to 4 minutes. We then left to continue to shop. I got a call shortly there after from Robert. He said he was sorry to call and tell me but one of the Kids I had with me stole glasses and he saw it on tape. I told him there must be a mistake and rushed back over to see the video. When we got there I asked to see the video and at that point he said that corporate wouldnt let me see the video. I was out raged that he would call me and accuse my nephews and not prove their case. DO NOT MAKE ACCUSATIONS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF. I asked him to call the cops and he didnt so my sister did. Long story short he changed his story and said he couldnt see the video bc he was missing a chip. I asked for an apology, which he did, to my nephews and waited outside for the cops to arrive. The Pearland police recognized there was inconsistencies in his story apologized and let us go on our way. (Thanks to the three officers who did not accuse my nephews but got the FACTS instead before making accusations ) Robert, the manager, did not handle this situation in a professional manner and should know better, as a manager, than to falsely accuse customers as this Can result in a lawsuit. Its sad that in 2014 people still judge based on skin color. How will my sister, mom, and myself erase this from my nephews memory?? My nephews are bi racial and were targeted because the color of their skin. They have been raised to respect love and not judge. This is truly an experience I wished they never had to go through. Corporate will be engaged tomorrow to see how they rectify this situation. MARK MY WORDS I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!
