Someone hacked my phone a went to simple mobile for help at north line Houston...they reffussed to help...they would not allow me a charge..had to buy a battery pack...lately my service was very slow on unlimited across...upon inquires..i was forced to pay for text inquiries about my services that were inadequate to start with...

He is very good job for repair phone

The poorest network I have ever seen. When you call customer service they keep making lies that they would call you back to sort the issue.

This network is a crap, wasted my time switching thinking is a better option, no mms..if you make call,all of a sudden your call will hang and you wont hear the other person
