Absolute worst location ever. I have been in here a total of three times hoping it has gotten gotten better under new management or something unfortunately it hasnt happened yet . Its a drag its the closest store to my home.
Absolutely horrid, If I wasnt already a customer and this was the place I walked into to switch; T-Mobile would NEVER EVER have me for a customer. There are no less than 12 T-Mobile locations within a 10 mile radius of this store. Do yourself a favour and chose one of them instead.THIS LOCATION SUCKS.
Wife went here trying to get her phone replaced which was under warranty, and had already been approved by Tmobile. Turns out this store did not have the phone she wanted to switch to in stock. When she asked who did, he told her he couldnt disclose that and that she could order the phone and buy it at their store in a couple of days. You can look up inventory on Tmobiles website in less than 5mins. I looked up the phone she wanted and called and confirmed the store that showed inventory did indeed have it. When I called this store to ask for the name of the person who refused to help her the manager at first lied and said it wasnt him..and he didnt know...but then later miss stepped and said its not that I didnt want to help her... indicating it was in fact him who treated her poorly. I have no time for liars, or greedy managers. I am filing a complaint with Tmobile. Avoid this branch if at all possible.
Ever since my husband told me to switch over to them I have experienced the best service.
It is horrible store. They make you wait and wait while they take time do nothing. The store down the road is completely opposite. If you have some time to waste it is perfect place.
Tyler,Tyler,Tyler....this guy is awesome.Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the product.Usually sales reps(In this case Expert as his name tag read), are pushy and really in a hurry and u can feel it,but not Tyler. He helped my wife and I upgrade a line and port over everything. He was very patient. This is the best customer service I have received at T-Mobile period. Latoya and myself will definitely recommend this location. Again thanks Tyler you’re the best
The people here are super awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their phones, I upgraded my 6s to XS Max no problem and they gave me $700 off for trading my 6s

Please please dont deal with this store.My new Note 9 crashed from a software update from Samsung.Customer service apologized and sent a replacement to the store.Thats when the nightmare really began.I went to the store Saturday to pick up the phone.I was told it wasnt there. Now Im very upset since this is a business account/phone that operates our company.Now the store has me pay fees,etc. for a new tablet that will help keep my business running. In the meantime I was assured that the new phone will be at the store Monday.So now its after 7pm Monday and Im driving to the store. I call to make sure the phone is there.I was told it is not.Are you serious??I turn around ohv the highway but call customer service to complain.THEY find that the phone is in fact at the store.We call 3 way.Mysteriously......now..... they find the phone.So I turn around...... again, and drive to the store.5 min before I get there the store calls me saying their computers are down.WowSo its safe to say they lied to me earlier that the phone wasnt at the store.Did they also lie Saturday to just get me into a new device?After all the MANY hours of drive time, at the store, on the phone, etc I still dont have the phone.I cant go back to the store the next day due to the jobsite I an currently running. Therefore my beautiful wife stops by the store WITH our baby daughter to pick up the replacement phone.They tell her no. They want the old phone for the trade.1800 customer service says its not a problem, just mail device within 14 days.The store still says no.All the while she is there over 30 min with a baby.The store lied to us, cheated us, disrespected us..... just all in all a super horrible experience.Obviously Ive left some things out. I truly wish I could communicate to you just how bad these people are. Please Save yourself pain, being upset and find another place to spend your hard earned money

They are thieves, they sold me a promotion that does not exist, I returned the phone and they only gave me half of what they charged me the first day.
