And no wifi ZERO wifi!!! whats up with that?Most malls have WIFI and this outside mall has no WIFI.now this isnt GAMESTOPs fault. I usually get all my games from here but the customer service sucks. Sometimes I wait very long just to ask if the store has a certain game.

During the holidays Chris helped me over the phone. I was inquiring about the Oculus and he was kind enough to answer all of my questions. Fernando also helped me over the phone and in person when I went in to purchase the Oculus. I can’t imagine the stress that the holidays brings upon the sales associates. These two employees were very patient and helpful.

Always love going there even though they might not always have the pops in the store that they say they do online I always find something I love!

PS5 is going digital.......and so is Gamestop! They reportedly will have a barcode or code of some sort for you to shop cheaper compared to the Playstation store 🤓 when purchasing games for your console. Awesome!

Ordered online for a simple headset that said it was available at this store 30 minutes away. Waited for my second email as I was told and then for my second email saying my order was cancelled. Email didn’t say why it was cancelled, who cancelled it, or if I’d be getting a refund. Of course I call the store to ask all these questions only to be on hold for over 12 minutes. Then called the 1800 number provider in email and I’m still on hold and it’s been 15 minutes. Haven’t been to GameStop in years and won’t be going back ever gain

Wanted a copy of call of duty Cold War pre-owned checked the website said this store had a copy. Then called the store because I live in the woodlands and this place was a hour away to make shore they had it in stock spoke to a store associate he said they had it they would put it to the side for me. I arrived to the store was told there was no used copy only a new and it was already paid for only waiting for them to pick it up the store associate said there was nothing else they could do. So whats the point of having a website to tell you if they have games and store associate to confirm if they are still going to make mistakes like this very unprofessional.

I went there today and the man inside was awesome. He was so cheerful it was contagious!! He helped he find what I needed as well in a timely manner. By far my best GameStop experience!!!!

I have been shopping here since it opened up in 2008, but this place has rapidly improved in the last 11 years, also slowly bringing back the old video games. Being a gamer at 27, I say its amazing. As many newer video games gradually are requiring a constant internet connection to play them, as well as moving away from the single player front to being all online, multiplayer only.@}8^)->=

If they can do what they can for you they will but dont buy new games because you cant return them used unless you pre-order or want the game really bad

I went in trying to find out when the new Super Smash Bros. was coming out because I know next to nothing when it comes to video games. The black female manager kept telling me about Mario Kart 8 this, Mario Kart 8 that. She then proceeded to ask if I knew her son who played high school football because we had gone to the same school. I told her I didnt, and she just seemed shocked that I didnt, and kept going on and on. Just because your kid might have been a high school football star doesnt mean I knew his name...get over yourself lady. Every other employee there is great! Except her.

They are so rude ridiculous I hate this game stop

The cashier was very nice and answered all my questions. A little hard to find the building if you never been but thankfully my GPS gave me turn by turn directions in the parking area. I will go here again.

Awesome staff and a great location easy to park in the back and walk around the corner to game stop.

Ive always had good experiences. The staff is always willing to discuss games and make suggestions. They listen and try to provide good feedback. Sometimes its biased but thats ok. Probably my only complaint is that the checking out is exceptionally loooooong. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to buy a single game.

Ive never had a bad thing to say and I probably never will. My son comes here alot and so do i. One day I went to buy the new Gta 5 and all of the employees told me how great it was and gave me tips and guides and even gave me a discount for being one of their most persistent customers.....

Stopped by today to pick up the new Spider-Man game on PS4. 3 employees behind the counter and no customers except the one engaged in a conversation with one employee. I was never greeted or offered assistance, its like i wasnt even in the store, so I went to Best Buy.

The worst game stop experience that I have ever had. My son went into this store and purchased a game. The black female manager was very rude not to mention unprofessional. She answered a personal call from her cellphone and then through the phone down on the floor. All this was done while checking us out at the register. Not to mention she was working with no shoes on! My son asked her how much change he was getting back on a game and she told him 71 cents. My son asked her if she could put this remaining amount on his gamestop card and she told him without looking at him No it already out drawer (meaning thr change) . Sorry for the grammatically incorrect english.I would never grace the door of that store ever again and I would highly recommend going to the location across 288 at least until they hire knowledgeable and professional employees.
