Awesome team, very welcoming & extremely helpful. This group works well together helping one another & the customer throughout the entire transaction. Truly a new unique & much preferred experience. No customer wants to walk into a store & feel like we are bothering the employees, unfortunately that is the usual customer service experience. However this store is creating an entirely new & much needed customer service culture. My sales rep was fairly new but that did not affect my experience he had the support of his entire team which in my opinion made this even better. I walked in looking to reduce my overall cable bill but walked out doing that & more. Thank you!

I was helped by Kaylyn. I wanted to recognize her for her outstanding professionalism and kindness to me. I purchased a new phone and had difficulty transferring all of the data. What impressed me was the fact that she was dealing with another situation simultaneously. She didnt make me wait, she offered to help me at the same time. I was told by one of my friends to come and visit this store, I look at the reviews and I wasn’t sure I wanted to try it out but my friend assured me that the store was under new management and that the customer service has improved so I gave it a try and I had the best experience ever, Laine gave me such a great customer service, she was very patient, respectful and honest about everything she was changing on my bill, the store manager Sharon came to check on us twice to make sure I was getting taking care of and happy about my visit, this is how it should be managers need to stop being bosses and start being leaders and Sharon is the perfect example! Go Sharon and Laine I’ll be recommending this store to all my friends. Don’t pay attention to bad reviews customers are not always right :)

Fraudulent people. They mess up your account by telling you its BOGO but then tell you its not. No intention to clear the issue, blamed previous staff. When spoke to Abdul who said will check with manager. Then later to find out hes the manager. I wish people would come out more on how this store conducts business. Also theyre retail store so not really Corporate AT&T store. They just want your money!!!

I was helped by Sarah and she was one of the most helpful, educated, patient individuals. She stayed with us the entire time (a while) with the issues we had and helped us with deals! The icing on the cake was she was also very funny and could hold a great conversation. I would highly recommend her and this location for any phone upgrades or questions. If you get her you will definitely not be disappointed.

Fahim was very sociable and inviting. He helped us get a buy one get one free deal with an iPad for free! He also transferred all of our info all the way. The whole staff actually id really nice and work well together. I’ll be coming back and recommend coming here compared compared to the Silverlake or 518 location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just came here to pick up a phone I already ordered online and none of the workers even glanced my way. One worker spent the entire hour I was there with a single customer. If they could have spared a moment to talk to any other customer or even just acknowledge that we were there once in a while that would have been nice. Several customers came in and left in the time that I was waiting because they could see the place for what it was. I had to leave after an hour because well I had other errands to run but this place has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Go to the one on Broadway and just let this one return to dust please.

I came into the store to simply add a line. The representative Sarah convinced me to start a business account. She was able to get the business account approved after an hour wait thereafter the system crashed meaning she had to reapply all over again. While reapplying she started receiving multiple phone calls the store became packed and she was no longer able to assist me. In a rush she offered to add the line to my existing account which is what I wanted in the first place. She changed my plan which triggered a higher bill for me next month and still required a $300 deposit which I didnt have to pay a deposit online. I was so upset leaving the store. I wanted to cancel service. A terrible experience

Amazing service by Moe! He was nice and patient, even though he wasn’t feeling well. There was no wait time and I really liked that he gave me a discount on my accessories without a reason! I normally give great reviews. Kaylyn could not help me at all on my business account. She Offered to change my SIM card. Whole store is doing nothing but playing on Facebook as I sit here waiting on AT&T to pick up. Paradox!? So I’m sitting here on the 800 number, on my phone trying to reach AT&T listening to music for 38 minutes. Please Get prepaid. Avoid these people and all stores.

We were told for upgrading our I-phone 6 to 11. We would receive a $300 credit for each phone. One would be in the form of $10 deduction on our bill for 30 months and the other was going to be a gift card. Sad to say we have received neither. 1st it was because we didn’t have u limited data. Then is was because the 2nd phone didn’t have an insurance plan that we clearly asked for.3rd it was because the phone were too old. Seems like ATT wants my business and money but won’t honor their own promotions. Really considering going to another carrier after 23 years. SMH!!!

Zemar is the guy to see. He’s young but knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I walked in about 10 minutes before his shift ended and he stayed 2 hours with me just to help me get the current promotion. There were some issues with my account that were set up by the ONLIne store last year but he worked it all out. My wife and I really appreciate him for what he did today. I highly recommend this store and him. Everyone there seemed nice and I just got lucky with a really good rep. Ask for zemar

I visited your store this past Tuesday to get my phone set-up after a gift from my grand-daughter. The sales girl Laine was such a help. She was gracious and understanding. I was gifted an iPhone 10 after having a Samsung 4, I was so frustrated trying to figure out how to work the thing I almost returned it. Laine was knowledgeable and patient, she showed me how it works. I am 67-years-old and technology is not easy for me. It is nice to see that there are still young people willing to help us old folks learn. Go see Laine at the Pearland location!

I had went to this store 1week ago and attempted to order a phone but I havent upgrade phone in a long time. So they supposed to have canceled the order and I said I would come back because but in my mind to be honest I didnt believe they charged taxes on a upgrade. But I went home and call a t & t and they said you right you been with us since 2011 and we didnt then but now they do. So I asked the customer service agent can I go ahead and purchase the phone now but he couldnt do nothing because he said whoever did my order left it pending and mess up my upgrade so I would to have to go back there. So I went back there and the Sim Var remembered and fixed everything he was patient and help me. Then I look at my receipt and seen the discount wasnt off so I called and a young lady said it will show later. But Im old school and Im 53 years old I still went up there and Sim Var told me it will show as soon as your phone is activated. I said ok I thought yall was cheating me out of my discount. So I decided today to buy the Samsung ear buds online because it was on sale and pick it up at this store so I paid for it and waited on my email. My email came so I went up there now Sim Var try to find it and he did go in my account and seen it. Now another young lady name Sara was sitting right by where Sim Var was looking for everything and sad repeatedly I dont see it and she was rude. I even showed the Will the manager the receipt and where it came out my account. His only solution was too canceled and repurchase but not actually explaining about the hold situation. So I went to my car explained everything to at&t customer service agent and explained everything to me so I went back in the a t and t store and asked for manager or a name and number Will didnt say he name only that hes a manager. And I couldnt talk to no one else but a young lady there light skin black AmericanHad walk off and call the owner or regional manager and said you can had his email number but no name or number. They all was real rude and I dont care why I asked for a manager or same one else in charge I have a right because Im a customer. The only person that wasnt rude was the looking staff. Now my daughter went in there and asked for they names and they try to act like sara wasnt there but my daughter recorded them so they cant lie. Its sad when black Americans is going through so much and to be humiliated like you were lying or pre prejudice because of me asking questions on about my purchases was not right. I would never ever come back in that store again. And I canceled those Samsung ear buds and order from another store. The customer service always come first you dont know what that person going through and it doesnt hurt to explain, understand and be nice even when a customer is frustrated.

Joey and Allen were fantastic! Our family went into the store yesterday and we had all our needs met and more. They were able to save us money on our Direct TV bill, found offers available to us that allowed for us to get a free phone for our daughter with the purchase of our two phones, we even got all our accessories free from our trade ins! Worst experience after we left this store! They made so many mistakes to our account and has charged so much money to our account for their mistakes! This whole process has been a huge mess! I do not recommend these people to help at all. Friendly at the beginning, but with our experience, they are not very educated with the company. Till this day we are still trying to get our bill fixed and get everything back to normal! We had new cell phones, cable and internet all done at this location and neither one was done successfully!

Went in on 12/2/18 at about 6:30 pm to upgrade my phone to an iPhone X. Wasn’t greeted when I went in and was ignored for 20 minutes. Then the staff went and spoke with the next group of customers. The staff proceeded to skip me and help other people, even when it was clear I was there before then. I went to the silver lake store fight after and got much better service.

Great service and Moe was very patient with our issues. They helped up our speed for our internet and installed a screen protector I had bought at Walmart. I had originally went to the 518 store and the guy at the front told “ I have a job to do, not install your screen protector.” I couldn’t believe how rude he was. I understand they make commission but Moe was more than willing to help. I’ll be coming back here from now on.

Very Shady Business Practices. DO NOT get fooled by the amazing customer service especially by Kruti(She also goes by Sonali). If its too good to be true IT IS. Here’s my experience when we went in, was greeted well and bought our iphone upgrades X and Xmax then she asked if we need any accessories we said No then she said she has an offer Bogo on screens and some great discounts on iphone cases. So we bought some. At the time of billing it was more than I expected so I asked for a bill and she said her printer was not working and she sent an email to us. Didnt give it much thought as she was so nice. So went home and checked the bill it had all the extra stuff that we didnt buy and no Bogo or discount that we were told all of them were charged full price. I went back to the store and asked what was going on then true colors of rudeness showed. She still refused to print a bill saying printer was not working. All the while printer was printing some other stuff. And sent the itemized bill via her personal gmail instead of the At&t and lied through her teeth saying that “I was going to give u credit on ur account the next day which u don’t deserve” which I had no idea the first time I left the store she just came up with that because I asked the question why I was charged all these extra stuff? Which legit company would do that? Oh also forget about returning the stuff they will just give some BS. Since its authorized store you can only return there etc. It was all a BIG hassle AVOID THIS STORE and just go to the actual AT&T on broadway.

Salesman admitted he did not work for AT&T. We went in to fix an access problem with our online account. He was only interested in selling us products and services. Never solved our problem. Had to contact AT&T directly after wasting a half hour and the salesman said he fixed it.
