Horrible service, regretting it, wish I can give negative stars! Worst customer experience, nobody knows what they are doing! Staff don’t speak English, took 2 weeks to get a SIM card, 3 weeks to pull my line in! Bunch of most incompeten people, wondering how they are even in business. Crappiest mobile carrier! Wasted my money and time. ****they disabled comments because I wrote them this review..horrible service!! Again, I repeat do not fall for this scam company!

Excellent service, very quick and has very rare phones. The parking is spacious and accommodating. John is very knowledgeable and always gives promotions. I’m glad I found this place and they also fix everything electronic! It’s a very clean place and I’m happy I found it. They unlock phones too, and fix them to make all customers happy.

Takes days to weeks to receive text, another week before tech support reply. Internet off though still show on at screen. Ive sent text from same room that takes 48+ delivery.

They can never seem to fix the problem I have to call 10 times every month before I can get somebody capable of fixing it they always say they cannot fix it but then I find somebody who can fix it they are useless I am sorry I’ve ever had to deal with them
