Went in to activate a new iPad, to add to my plan. Very fast and efficient. The guy was very patient and helpful in getting the iPad setup, configured and working. Knowledgeable staff. Overall, a pleasant experience. There was no wait.

Cricket is a good wireless company. Great is reseved for things like the Grand Canyon, Mississippi River, the Rockies...very good wireless company. I trust em.

Dont let them do anything they added extra lines and changed my plan which double my bill then played dumb come to find out they get paid per line so instead of adding 1 line to the 4 I had they canceled them all and added 5 new lines so they could get paid a commission

The guy in the store was very nice and patient. He was concerned about my phone needs and sought to resolve my problems. Thats so much more than one usually gets at Cricket stores. I will be returning to this Cricket store for all of my cell phone needs in the future just because he was so courteous.

During my visit on 3/17/2016, there was only one person working and he was with a customer when I walked in. He acknowledged my presence and said hell be with me shortly. That was fine. Another gentleman walked in after me and needed to pay his bill. After a short wait, the Cricket employee decided to wait on the man that needed to pay his bill and look at accessories before me. That was unprofessional and rude. I left the store. If the employee deems it necessary to wait on a customer that was after me, I can take my business elsewhere. My time was not valued and Im very disappointed.

Trash. The associate was polite and operated inside of his boundaries. So I do not blame him. They had a Micro SD card for sale that was resonably priced at $12.99. When I got to the counter it rang up for $39.99. I showed him the pricing. He was not able to change the price in the computer. I called Customer Service. Cricket pretty much told me that if I did not want to pay the listed price in the computer, regardless of what it was hand marked, and marked on the peg as, then I could find another retailer. I asked them if they did not want my buisness. They said that they did not want my buisness. Then quickly said that they did. That they did not mean to say that. I was transferred to several call center associates asking for the manager. They woukd simply tranfer me back and forth saying that I had just talked to the manager. Cricket will never have my buisness again.
