This review should have come a month earlier but Im happy Im doing it now. This is hands down the most professional, friendly and cost efficient phone repair shop in Pearland. my phone camera had fog in it and I couldnt use the face recognition to open it, took it to the apple store and they told me it had to be replaced, a couple stores couldnt repair it but CPR got it fixed and gave me detailed information about the problem which unknown to them I had also gotten from Apple. CPR is the real deal, you wont regret taking your gadgets to them. Also they got my phone fixed earlier than the pick up time frame.

Great Customer Service! Got my S21 Ultras screen fixed today (11/3/21) with no issues.. I dont remember the workers name but he was awesome and made things happen. Phone was ready in an hour.. Nice Job CPR!

I cracked the screen on my Note 9. Luckily I have insurance on it and CPR did a great job replacing the screen. Took about an hour on a Saturday morning to have it done. Theyre professional, fast, and the work is quality. Definitely recommend!

Came in to fix a charging port problem that had been bugging me for a year. The man working behind the counter was courteous, professional, and had me out of there in under five minutes. I didnt pay a dime, since it was just a simple cleaning.

We had a great experience here. My daughter cracked her iPhone screen and I didnt want to go through the hassle and cost of getting Apple to fix it. Jay looked it over and tested it for a few minutes, gave me the cost, and said it would be ready in an hour. He also showed us 3 screen protectors that fit her phone but he never pressured us into getting one. I mean, we did anyway because, teenager. The phone was in perfect condition and everything worked as it should when we picked it up. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Have used these guys before in the past they fixed my daughters iPhone 11 took them an hour phone works great what more can you ask for if you look on Amazon this screen is 75 $ to repair it yourself and they did it for $175 I think its a fair deal.

Save yourself the hassle and headaches, and visit the friendly, knowledgeable & helpful techs at the Dixie Farm location in Pearland.I wish we had come here first instead of trying to deal with the run around from Geek Squad, Apple Care, and T-mobile insurance for a screen repair/replacement on an iPhone XR. We even spent $199 service fee at Geek Squad for them to send our phone to Apple only to have Apple return it un-repaired. (We also didnt realize there is a separate Apple repair section in Best Buy that we were supposed to use instead of Geek Squad.) Insurance and Apple care covered nothing, so at this point it all seems like a huge waste of money, especially now that I know you can get a screen repair at a reputable place.Prices are fair and service is excellent!

They did a really good job. My phone was a particular case where you had to order the parts, so we rescheduled and they got it done within an hour. It runs great now without the black corners and cracks.

They put a new screen on my phone, when I picked it up, I ask for a screen protector.The Mgr installed it and broke it, they didnt have another one on hand, had to order one,it took 2 weeks for them to call me that it had come in. Meanwhile, 4 days after having the newscreen put in, it fell out and .broke.I was told it was just a unfortunate circumstance, nothing they would do about it.when I picked it up he said to be careful the adhesive was not dry, when I took it back he said the screws had come loose.Please do not waste your time and money with these people, they do horrible work and dont stand behind their craftsmanship.

Employees are extremely nice and fast. They kept their promise of fixing my IPhone XR in under an hour and the price was more than manageableI got my phone repaired in less than an hour for about $160. Good luck finding anywhere that can beat that. Will definitely get my service again if needed.

Great place to get electronics fixed. Now they are offering a 24.99 month electronic insurance plan for anything that connects to wifi. If my kids break it, this is where Ill bring it.

They were quick to explain their process, and quick in doing the repair. The phone is as good as new. Another company, even though they were authorized Samsung repair center, was unable to repair my phone. CPR was able to do what the other company could not.

I needed major help with my cell phone. I recalled seeing a cell phone repair shop on Dixie Farm Rd. Its CPR Cell Phone Repair. I was greeted upon entering the store. The gentleman was attentive as I explained my frustration with the phone. It went something like this.I needed more memory so I purchased an SD card. I couldnt figure out how to install it...He asked a few simple questions...is this a new card? etceteraThe SD card shape was somewhat different than what my phone would accept. The manufactures book said that I couldnt use more thank a 32mb card.All the while that Im babbling he is opening the phone and observing its specific layout.He stated that his technician would take a look at it. No more than 3 minutes he returned and started showing me how to save pictures,videos on my phone and how to move the ones I already had to the SD card. The technician came from behind the counter and aided in informing me how to use it as well. Both of the staff were very informative, professional and courteous. I asked how much do I owe you. Had an appointment with Best Buy to get IPad looked at and they wanted to send it off for repair. I went to CPR in Pearland and they had the charge port cleared of blockage (part of charging cord) in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and very low charge. They will be my first stop for Iphone or Ipad repair for now on.

It was fast and easy and fixed my phone and now it works perfectly fine.

Twice now CPR Cell Phone Repair Pearland have manged to do the impossible. 1st time around they were able to track down a part and repair a lenovo 32 inch tablet that was no longer in production. Additionally, I took this same tablet to a competitior of theirs who told me they could not repair it. Most recently, I took my HP laptop that had liquid damage and would not power on. CPR Cell Phone Repair Pearland spent 3 days with my laptop and returned it to me fully functional. Weill definately be a customer FOR LIFE!

I should of known better than to bring my iPhone xr here ... I went to them because they are high priced on fixing cracked screens and figured it was good quality. The phone has a mind of its own.. keeps switching screens and goes thru apps back and forth ... I can’t even press 2 for English when I’m trying to pay my light bill🤬.. the guy said he couldn’t replace the screen but he could open my phone ... don’t touch my phone any more . I should of gone straight to Apple.

Exceptional service. I appreciate the appointment confirmation call received. Customer service was great. Front desk completed a quality check before and after battery was replaced. She also provided methods in caring for new battery. Time in to time out was approximately 15 minutes.

While they werent able to repair my phone, they communicated this up front to avoid wasting my time, so that works for me.

Ya know, I was a bit skeptical about using aftermarket parts on my iPhone 6 so I asked a lot of questions before I used their service. I’ve had my phone for 4 years (since new) and have never had a single problem. The battery had swollen and caused the frame to pop out of place on the left side. They thoroughly diagnosed my phone and replaced the battery at a reasonable price. The quality of the parts are good so far. When I got my phone back, they replaced the tempered glass, which was cracked at no cost! (complimentary). I will be returning to them in the future. WOW! Customer Service.

The Best!!!!!!!! Went to both Sprint and the Apple Store after my son dropped my phone in the toilet. Brought it in and after they replaced the screen on my nieces 5c Calvin (if Im not mistaken) worked DILIGENTLY on my iPhone 6 to get it up and running just enough for me to go to the store for a trade in. And he did it all for a reasonable price. Heaven sent will definitely be back

Went here to fix my cracked screen and replace my battery. They fixed my phone in about an hour and it looks good as new. There were even dents on the sides of the phone that were replaced as well. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to fix your phone

I dropped my Samsung S7 while getting ready for work and the display no longer worked. I took it to CPR at 10:00 a.m. and had it back by 4 that afternoon. Not only did he fix the display but also fixed the edge of the phone where it hit the ground, cleaned it and it looks and functions like new. The price was fair and I will certainly go back for any electronics repair.

Celvin fixed my iPhone recently and I was extremely impressed with the quality of product I received after he was done. Went in to get a case for my new iPhone and briefly spoke with a guy name Selvin and just asked some questions about the quality of the screen on iPhone since this is my first Apple product I have owned and was not sure whether it was practical or necessary to get a screen protector or even which one to get. He was very patient. I ended up buying a case and he actually ended up giving me a tempered glass screen protector for free!... I come to them with my phones a lot . Quality work on all my phones in the past and great customer service!

Good evening Priscilla! First of all I have to say that I am VERY highly upset that your business false advertises about your time of closing, that really shows poor customer service on your part. When you and I talked today, you assured me that you would do everything in your power to make it convenient for me to get my cellphone, and it didn’t happen. You said that you would stick around until at least 6:10 pm, and that you would do that today because you knew that I was making a long drive from where I worked. I left work on time to get there when I was met with at least 30 minutes of traffic along with being in the scorching heat of the day. I arrived at 5:59pm at the front door, and realized that the door was locked. I went next door to Bullritos and talked to the young lady at the counter that told me, “yes they left a few minutes ago”. If I have arrived at 5:59 pm, that does not sound like you guys closed the doors at 6 pm. The young lady from Bullritos went to knock on the back door just to make sure, but she said that you guys had already left. I have been inconvenienced twice by your level of service by the first being that my phone was supposed to be ready on Tuesday, but you didn’t call to let me know that, I had to call you and then today’s debacle. I have wasted my time and gas making my way to get to you today, and it would only be right for you to return the level of service that you promised me when I gave you my cellphone to fix. You have to turn this wrong into a right because I am very upset and you are at fault.
