I scheduled an appointment the Miadas on Broadway for an alignment and rotation. I arrived to my appointment and was promptly greeted by Andrew. He informed me, it would be a little wait and that was fine with me. I waited in the lobby for service and was offered complimentary refreshments. My service did not take long at all. Gilbert thoroughly explained the services and checked me out. I will definitely be visiting this location again. I appreciated the professionalism, customer service and speed of service.

This has been the worst shop I have ever been in my life. Please avoid this shop at all costs.These “mechanics” that they have have basic mechanic skills. They miss diagnosed my problem and took $700+. The issue has still not been fixed, the manager even had me go and lay the diagnostic fee from the dealership to figure the issue out. He mentioned to us when we find out what it was they will replace the part at no cost. They lie and promise things that at the end do not do.Please avoid this shop and save yourself tons of headaches. Lesson learned, I will start taking my car to the dealership.

Amazing service and extremely professional employees. Every time I bring one of my cars here I can count on Gilbert or one of his people to be honest and upfront with me about the repairs my car needs. It’s nice to go to an automotive service business and actually get treated professionally and with honesty. If you’re in Pearland and your car needs work bring it here!

Got my exhaust done here a few months ago. I didnt really mind the wait. What i did mind was that they welded my exhaust tips crooked. So i had to come back the upcoming week so they can fix their mistake and i still had to pay again???? Anyways the guy fixed it in no time but then heres to my surprise.....the guy did not weld the tips or the muffler on correctly. There are holes in the welds on the muffler and the tips. They were so bad that on my way back to get them fixed again my tips fell off while i was driving!!! I was so mad that i didnt even bother going to midas if theyre just going to do a bad job. Dont bother coming here for exhaust work. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Thank you to all specially Gilbert Garza for going beyond to know what is wrong with my truck after taking it Firestone and telling me that nothing was wrong with it. Thanks Gilbert and to your mechanics for taking the time to get it right.

Gilbert and the rest of the crew there are very professional their customer service skills are far superior than most. I always used to tell people that customer service skills here in this country are diminishing. Every time I go to this location they prove me wrong. I will be a loyal customer for the life of my vehicle

I am giving 2 Midas shops 2 stars because for some reason or another they were unable to change out my tires. A total of 6 hrs in 2 days were lost. Thankfully the 2nd Midas at least took my tires somewhere else to solve the issue. I have a 2014 Ram 1500, that had BFGoodrich KO2 LT275/60R20 on them.

I was able to take care of my muffler for $200 less than at Minekie and a day faster. Good service I would recommend it service and price.

I had a small crack in my exhaust pipe and David welded it up right away. Guy up front was also very helpful and positive.

Told 45 min for rear brakes some 3 hours later still not done just found out why staff took a long lunch break. Not a good impression for a first time customer.

While visiting family i realized I needed an oil change and had a low tire. I called several shops in the area. And since my car was lowered was told couldnt touch it. An hour before closing on a Saturday Gilbert and his crew went above and beyond to make it happen. From measuring the car and lift to all hands on deck positioning the car and making it happen. These guys took care of my baby and I would definitely return when Im in the area.

As a public servant, I know first hand how important going above and beyond is, especially in this day and age. The gentlemen (Gilbert, Chad and David) at the Midas Pearland location are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable! They fixed all the issues with my Jeep Wrangler so I could get my vehicle inspection done there with them. Thank You so much, gentlemen!

Woke up early in the morning to be on time for the appointment I had at this location (Pearland)They said it was gonna take 2 hours in a half for the service . I needed 2 new tires and alignment on my car .I decided to leave the car and came back to the location 3 hours later . Just to find out that the car was still sitting outside and nothing had been done to it. One of the guys working at the front office said that the tires had not been deliver yet and it was gonna take another hour in half .. I decided to wait but as 1 hour passed and the car was still sitting outside I decided to leave . When I asked for my car keys the guy handed them to me and dint even bother to apologize for the inconvenience.Honestly Don’t waste people’s time like that ...

Midas Pearland staff were extremely prompt in getting me in and out. Gilbert and DK informed me on what I needed and they also took really good care of my needs and concerns. Also both of them were very professional. Doug is awesome as well to, he was the one who serviced my vehicle. I will come again for another service.

They beat the price a hole-in-the wall shop gave us on Friday and said theyd be open Saturday to take care of it but they werent, so we made our way here. Chad gave us a price, heard our situation and in a massive act, met the price the other shop gave us! Unbelievable! That is not just customer service, that is TAKING CARE OF SOMEONE! Stopped by after lunch on Saturday to get windshield washer pump replaced. Was originally told it would be Monday before part would be available (which I was okay with). But, within 10 minutes of leaving, Justin called to say part supplier called back & said they could get the part by 3:00-3:30. That timeframe worked out well for me. Justin called me at 3:05 to say he had the part in hand. Took my vehicle in and my vehicle was repaired & out of the shop before dinnertime, as promised. UPDATE: DO NOT DO AN OIL CHANGE HERE!!!!!It ended up costing me big time, THEY messed up the screw by putting it in wrong and now i need to purchase a whole new oil pan and pay a mechanic to change it. Also had to pay for someone to pressure wash the oil spilled in my driveway. They tried to wash their hands from the blame by saying someone else did it and pointing it out when we got the oil change. BUT THE CAR NEVER HAD ISSUES BEFORE. Cost to get oil change plus the issues they cause COST came oit to be OVER $300.00!!!!!!They are friendly and the business is clean on the inside. However, we went for an oil change and now our car is leaking alot of oil when it wasnt before. We took it back, they tightened the screw, and topped off the oil. And now were still leaking oil but its less. Just a frustrating situation.

Great experience coming here. the new management seems to be very welcoming. i will be back when my brakes need done. just stopped in to have them checked and its not quite time. they were very honest and i appreciate that.

Very quick, friendly. Well knowledgeable people. In and out fast. I like their 12,000 mile front end alignment. I just went in to check alignment and they centered my steering wheel.

Came in for oil change. They werent real busy so i was next in line. Got the full synthetic change. The do charge an extra $7+ for a 6th quart if your car requires it.

Was just here yesterday and got an oil change, they took longer than usual because they said there was a leak. I even let them know if they don’t put my drain plug back on tight enough that the oil WILL leak.update: they fixed it the best they could, have to order a new drain plug. Didn’t know the one guys name but he has a low fade, he was really helpful and solved the issue.

I had a brake light go out on my daughters car and they replaced the bulb, showed me exactly how they fixed it and they fixed it for free. They are super nice and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

I just took my car in to Midas on Broadway in Pearland. The AC system was blowing hot air. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty high-pressure switch, did the repairs and charged me $365.00. The AC blew cooler air, but it was cold outside and I trusted their work. The VERY NEXT DAY, the AC was blowing hot air! When I took it back, they wanted me to pay them an extra $578 to replace a AC compressor! So I spent $365 for nothing! They claimed in a matter of hours, and one trip to the grocery store, the compressor went out! THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! DISHONEST PEOPLE, TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY.

Le has has great customer service and I was in and out in time! Not only was my oil changed but he also made me aware of other issues on my car and I proudly scheduled another appointment with him. I would definitely recommend this Midas location. Tiffany..

Review update **12/8/2020**Shop around before making your choice - OVERCHARGED ME FOR PARTSthey charged me $66.99 for an aftermarket valve cover gasket and Hyundai OEM(224412G670) was only $32.74. This part they put on is priced at Oreillys/Advanced/NAPA around $23.99 - $39.99. I called and spoke with Chad, he informed me that is what it is priced in the system, I told him that wasnt cool to overcharge me like that and Ill remember this for next time. Call ended.Shop around and always ask questions, even if you are not sure just call a friend or someone you trust. I should have done that but I always had good honest service up until this time.

Very friendly staff, lady and guy at front desk are super nice and you pay what they actually quote you! I would feel comfortable sending my wife by herself instead of having to go myself so she doesnt get ripped off. That says a lot... Ever since Kelly took over this location a couple years ago. Let me just say what a difference one man can make. Service to vehicle, fair pricing, honesty, excellent environment, and customer service are through the roof! Scale of 1-10? BIG 20!!! I refer everyone there and I will not go anywhere else. Kelly works on both of our family cars and is even helping me to buy a newer used car by inspecting them before I buy. Oil changes, brakes, A/C work, changed distributor and fixed many oil leaks, replaced hoses...you name it and it has been fixed on our cars. He even does tires now! I had an oil change here today and will definitely make this my go to place. Nichole was friendly and interested in making sure the customers felt valued and were treated honestly and fairly. Took my car in for issue I was having with my car. They worked on it but I was still having same issue and took it in again and did another repair on it and still same issue. Finally got smart and took it to another shop and it was fixed the 1st time. Never again will I go to Midas.

I saw a Groupon for $39.99 for a full synthetic oil change and they took it no hassle! Le was awesome! He took the time to give me a quote for work that needed to be done and showed me where the issues were. Their quote $300-$400 cheaper than my other quotes. I appreciated their honesty and curtsy to help me out! I will be going back!!

Awesome experience here, found a groupon for full synthetic oil change for $35.99. They accepted with no hassle. They took their time and did the job right. STAY AWAY!Last few visits not happy. To many meetings in back office. Not able to get details that I ask for. Not happy with work. Zip Ties on broken hold downs that broke. etcJust got Error Code from Local Shop in Pearland for last 30+ years. Father & Son. Error Codes 17. Midas gave me 3 codes.First complete AC rebuild never called properly and they didn’t know what to do. Was told I had to bring back to them for warranty work when the compressor went out a few months ago. Reluctantly I gave it back to them to re-bill a second time and still pour cooling.I’ve been sweating for four years and tired of feeding them thousands of dollars and receiving nothing.Yes that is a green zip tie holding one of the AC tubes down. Also top of the dryer not screwed on and the bottom of it dangling also with no screw.

I had an appointment at 3pm for an oil change and they took 3 hours to complete the job. It should not take 3 hours to do an oil change. I also payed for an extra quart of oil which cost me $9 plus a $3 restock fee?? That is $12 for a quart of oil. A quart of full synthetic oil costs $7.30 at Walmart. Im not understanding why im being grossly overcharged. Overall the staff was great and they got the job done.

Had to get wheels aligned after replacing shocks. Called, was scheduled and given quote. I arrived and our car was taken right away. In and out within an hour and a half and drives straight as an arrow. 5 star overall experience!!!

Beware female consumers!!! Fraud alert!!! I was getting scammed myself on a re-estimate for my AC repair, after I fixed what they told me to fix, and then return. They wanted to charge me an additional $150 for adding additional UV Freon into my AC system, I already did myself to find the leak. While in the lobby waiting room, another female customer and I witnessed the front Desk Manager tell a female customer, its very serious to have your, non-flashing check engine lights on! He then attempted to scam $90 from her to have the code checked!! Thats a huge lie!! You can get your check engine light checked for FREE at any OReillys. Luckily the young woman already knew she was being scammed and refused his offer. As long as your check engine light is not flashing, its NOT serious!! BEWARE!! BTW, I had to pay them $30 for doing nothing and left.

I went to this location with a Groupon voucher for a synthetic oil change and courtesy checks of hoses, fluids, ECT. Had to pay an additional $14 for more oil..coupon only covers up to 5 quarts. Midas will get extra anyway possible smh. The front desk person is friendly and apparently enjoys her job, because she was multi- tasking with ease and a smile. Quick and professional service provided and greatly appreciated.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but this has to be said. I am not happy with this company.Firstly, expect to be pressured into having work done that you didnt ask for. But I can live with that. What I cannot live with istrying to charge me $190 for a part I needed replaced. An O2 Sensor. I found the same part at AutoZone for $70. They also wanted $200 for the labor. I went down the road to Simba Automotive and they installed it for $110. Last year they charged me $1,100 for break job. I needed my brakes fixed or I wasnt going anywhere so I payed it. Had to borrow from my 401K to pay it. I found out later I could of had the same work done for HALF that price! These guys are just way too expensive. Im done with them.

Took the car in for a repair and part installed was defective. Had to pay for a replacement part a week later. The shop and people were very nice and I was able to get the car worked on without delay. Other than getting charged twice for the same repair I liked the place.

This people lost 4 screws on my car, so i made time to come by and have the issue fixed, and instead they use a liltle bit of rope to hold the piece. Worst thing is that i asked the mechanic if he put on the 4 missing screws and lied and said he did. So i went under the car and they just used some rope to hold it.... no work ethic in this location.

Went there today for an oil change on 2 vehicles. Everyone was so professional and courteous. I was offered a discount after I mentioned a Groupon. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was taken care of. They offered free bottled water and coffee. The wait time was minimal, the waiting area and the restrooms were clean. Also I was very happy that there was no pressure at all to buy some thing more or have any work done. This is now my new oil change place!

Visiting from DFW, and about five minutes from our Airbnb, we hear a kerplunk from the bottom of our vehicle, followed by a screeching noise. Pull over and a quick glance under the car reveals... nothing. Weve always used Midas back home, and I knew they were open on Saturdays. A Google maps search indicated the Pearland Midas was less than ten minutes away. So off to Midas it was... Hazard lights and screechy noise all the way. Kristen quickly checked us in and assured us that they would do what they could to get us on our way. The mechanic comes back in a few minutes later letting us know that wed lost one of the bolts that had been retaining the bearing support on the driveshaft for the AWD. With the bolt gone, the driveshaft was rubbing against the support causing the screech. They found a replacement bolt and tightened everything back into place. We were on our merry way within 15 minutes. Awesome support from this crew. If we lived in the area Id use them for all my mechanical needs. Thanks again, Kristen!
