I came here having an issue with an old truck. They explained everything clearly to me, and gave me so many options when i thought i had none. I appreciate them so much, I recommend everyone go here!

The shop is very clean everyone was friendly. I had all 4 tires replaced in my daughters Honda Civic it was quick and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone.

My car had gotten a flat in front of their store. But it was before they opened so I was standing outside waiting. Lucky for me Eduardo came in 20 minutes before they opened and let me wait inside. Real nice guy if you ever go by ask for Eduardo Flores he’ll help you get what you need.

I wish is was a -5 starIt seems like the quality and customer service of this place has went down hill. I went in for a alignment and I wasnt even acknowledged until about 3min later and the older gentleman at the desk asked me in a rude manner what can I help you with, as if I was bothering him. I requested a alignment and he said they were to busy to get to and told me to try again Monday, and went back to what he was doing. Like really!!!!!! Wow!I left and took my car to Midas on 518 and they were happy to have my business. Take your vehicle to a place who values their customers. I will never go back to this location.

I have to say this shop is one of the most informative shops Ive ever been to. The manager escorted me to my car and pointed out some things that needed attention. I felt no pressure at all and to top it off scanned my check engine light for free,when other shops tried charging me 125 dollars for a diagnosis. I strongly recommend this place if you are in the Pearland area. Thank you guys for being so professional.

I really like the new ownership, management and service. They have gone above and beyond on all the services we had them performed on our family’s vehicles, from oil changes to full car services. The facility also looks very nice inside and out. I like how they provide their customers with compliments like water, coffee and snacks while they wait for their car to get serviced.

I have to give it to these guys !!!!!!!! I want to give Adame Goodyear 100 stars for the help they provided me. My car was over heating when I pulled in and a gentlemen walked up to my car and asked if I needed any help. I told him yes because my car was over heating. He said no problem and invited me inside the building. There was another guy at the desk that greeted me with a smile and that made me feel so comfortable. They asked if I would like a soda are water (which was complementary). The Gentleman Deandre got me in the computer and got my vehicle in immediately, another plus! About 30min later Deandre came in with a assessment. He stated that my radiator was cracked and I needed a thermostat as well. Then he took me out to my vehicle and pointed out other things I might need in the future. My point for this review is to inform anyone that reads reviews that this place is one of the most professional places outside of the dealer that I have been to. These guys Rock!!!!!!! Thank you Mr. Deandre and ED for your help and you forever have a customer. I will tell everyone I know about you guys, you fixed my car and put me back on the road safe. That means so much to me. I took my car last week to do a repair on it, I was not expecting good news because of the mileage on my car. They were very honest with me and told me that it might not work what my car needed to be done. I took the chance and told them to so it anyways. My car its over 260,000 miles. They did a great job! Very, very happy with the work that they did! I drive a lot with that car after the job and so far no problems. Definitely Ill be taking my car back for service! Thomas and one of the mechanic, I did got his name, were very nice and helpful. The mechanic came out and explained to me the why it might not work. Thank you very much guys!!I highly recommend the place for your car needs, very reasonable prices!

These guys are awesome. Went in and spoke with the manager DeAndre about some services and the amount of information he gave me about my vehicle was something no other shop has given me in detail. I got my front shocks replaced yesterday and they were great. They explained everything they were going to do through every step of the process. And, I left very satisfied with their work. I will be coming back again.

If I could give it no stars I would.I usually never give a review even if the place is bad, but I have to say I was annoyed by everything this place had to offer. Definitely worst mechanic shop I’ve been to. This place had me sitting in the lobby for 3 hours with both of my children because they couldnt preform a 1hour alignment and tire rotation. Four shop employees and a very rude manager (which he was on his personal phone the entire time).Not to mention when they tried telling us our car was ready my husband took it out for a test drive and the FRONT left tire was loose. Then we tried reaching out to the owner to let him know about the poor management and lack of costumer service but it kept going to voicemail.

I was traveling to Galveston from Dallas on a weekend trip then my check engine light came on. My truck ran fine. Turns out it was the oil pressure sensor went bad. The manger Evan gave me a good price on parts and labor. Got the car repairs in about 2 hours. I would go back again. Thank you for the help!

I dropped off my truck may 29th for and alignment. Right before I dropped of my truck. I took a picture of the inside of my center console. Well. When I got back into my truck. Someone has gone through my center console. When Rick was there, I wouldnt have to worry about what I have in my truck. And people can say, you should have taken all your valuable out first. Well, in that case, why eve drop of the truck then? Never going back. Going to back to browns auto for now on.

My girlfriend took her car there to get an alternator replaced and they tried to charge her $1200.00 which is a total ripoff. Not sure if they tried to do this cause she is a women or what. The part is no more then $200 for a rebuilt or $300 for a new from many parts places. But they told her $800 just for the part. Shame on this place. Now it will have to sit till I return home.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation using a coupon i got from Groupon.First of they said it is 2.5 hr wait .So i iook an appointment for the next day and went back.Even with apointment i had to drop of my car .I dropped it off @9 am.They call me @12 saying oil change n tire rotation is done.I go back to pick up my car i find that they havenot rotated my tire.The day before i had put a mark on one of driver side rear tire and found the tire in the exact same place after they said they have done the tire rotation.They were caught red handed and they said they will rotate the tires and it took them another 1 hr to so it .They have lost my trust .I am not going back.

Was informed by my dad Rick Hill that after 17 years of hard work that he has given this company, that the new owners kept him there to have him teach them the business. Well now they come back only to let him know that his position no longer exists. Ive personally watched this business grow as I have worked long side of him. He bent over backwards to help this business out and done things most people couldnt. This is just shady on the new owners part and I hope that everyone that knows Rick knows what he has done for this place. Read a review from the Pearland Tire & Auto FB page and this is what it said.My youngest son has a quinceancea practice. So I dropped him and my wife off and thought to get the oil changed. I have been going to Pearland Tire and Auto and dealing with Rick Hill for 13 years . i went into the store this past Saturday and found out Rick was no longer with them. I am always willing to give someone a chance, so I talked to Tommy (I think that is what his name was). I asked how long the wait for a oil change was. I was told 30 mins or so to finish the vehicle in the bay and then the time to preform the oil change. I said that is good I have a couple of hours.So here is where it gets good. So after an hour waiting they bring my vehicle in. I stand and watch as a tech works a little on my vehicle and then works on a wrecker drivers tire. Back and forth he goes. Then he brings in the air filter and the cabin filter and asks do I want them changed. Both the filters were a little dirty, but I told them to change them out. I always want whats right for my wife. You know the saying happy wife happy life.Another 15 mins go by and nothing is done to the vehicle. I ask Tommy is someone going to finish my vehicle. He tells me they are just about done because he has 2 techs on it. I told him one is working on the wreckers tire and the other tech must not know because he is not working on the vehicle so he might want to go out and tell him. So Tommy gets up, goes out into the shop and tell two guys to get on to my vehicle. After another 15-20 mins they pull my vehicle around to the front.So I walk up to the counter and I am informed that my oil change will be $167 and some change. I asked him to double check. He again told me $167 and some change. I looked at him and asked him if he lost his mind. He told told me that my vehicle took synthetic oil. Now I expected about $60-65 for the oil change. It is my fault for not asking how much the filters were. But to charge me $100 for 2 filters and labor was ridiculous. I will never go back. I will find a new mechanic and if you do.........beware.

Excessive prices compared to similar repair facilities. Reading all the bad reviews made me decide that I do not need to go to this place!
