I have visited this place a few times and its been only for vehicle inspection so my review is based on that.Fast and efficient. Unless there is a line, you can bring the vehicle in and leave within 30 to 40 minutes. If you take a state inspection, they also do a complimentary car wash. Good service. I dont have any complaints with the state inspection portion. I started coming here because the store right next door (Drivers Auto) would always find something wrong with the vehicle during inspections, even if there was hardly a need to get it changed at that point.

I payed $28 for the full works package and $12 for leather seat conditioning and I was so disappointed with the service. I took it first thing Sunday morning and they gave it to me like this. The seats were hardly vacuumed and the rug still had grass. Very disappointing. People were nice but quality of work was terrible.

I drop off my car for detailed wash. Staff told me will clean inside and take off all odors. When I came to pick up my car they didn’t clean inside . They didn’t vaccume inside. When I talk with manager, he don’t want to listen the customer and solve the problem. I never recommend this place to anybody. Instead of going here you can wash your car yourself. Please don’t waste the money.

Been to this place several times and always had a wonderful experience, until today… I highly recommended this place to my family, and we took both of our cars to Oceans. However we were REFUSED service because they oddly didn’t have any employees. We were told that their employees were ‘sent home’ because it rained earlier (which was like a 30 minute sprinkle).If they were no longer going to be catering to customers, why were they even open? I talked with the manager and he didn’t have a valid answer either… I’m just wondering how rain prevents employees from cleaning, especially the inside of your car?! It wouldve been smart to keep some employees so that you can still offer business! Wasted my time today and I will not be coming back here after this!!!!!!

The inside was half vacuum, the outside was half wiped. It wasnt the bugs on the front hood and bumper it was that they didnt even wipe the bumper. There was other places as well that i pointed out to the man. This isnt the first time I complained. The man that first approached me to check me in was not on the same page as the other guy one tell me to move here the other said move somewhere else, there couldve been an accident because it was busy. Thanks for responding.

They are very helpful and courteous especially for us women on a Sunday when we need that car checked or to put in some air. Keep up the good work!

I went in for an interior vacuuming and dash wiping but none of this was done satisfactorily. I unstaped the car seat to make sure they reach everywhere but it didn’t matter. Thy didn’t move a thing. They vacuumed the front mats but that was it. Upon receiving my keys I told the lady the 2nd row seats were not clean, she called the guy who came in with a cloth and basically three stroked wiped the seat. I was disappointed I told them it’s ok because I figured I’m wasting my time. I’m literally washing my car tomorrow. That’s how bad. The second and third row seat are still Sandy like I just left the beach. Don’t go here if you want your car clean inside. I paid $23 after a discount because I have the exterior monthly plan which I’ll probably cancel and just hand wash my own car. Don’t wast your money and time here.

Kwik Kar & Ocean Wash has a full-time mechanic. They do oil changes and car inspections. You get a free car wash with oil change. Its always a treat to have a car cleaned after being serviced. There are clean restrooms, snack machines, free coffee comfortable seating and tall table to eat at if you are stuck here. There is a tv in the large lunge for your entertainment. There is also outdoor seating. These guys don’t charge you for hooking your car up so see what is wrong with it. I had been going to Firestone and they always ask for $100 up front before they look at your car. The more I come here the more I come back. Try it out if you live in Shadow Creek or Southern Trails. Its in the neighborhood.

This is my second visit. The attendant was not very good at explaining the different washes so I just went ahead with the ocean view. This is the second to highest wash. The attendant asked if I wanted the dash and wheel cleaned. Yes please. Didnt mention this was an additional $8! After an hour of waiting I got the car. Outside looked fine. Inside the dash and doors had been wiped down but not the wheel. Looking in the back the seats had not been touched. Thanks to my toddler this is why I came in! So disappointing. I got out and asked the attendant about the lack of cleaning and he said I would have needed to get the $45 wash! Seriously! Not returning. Lots of new competition in the area that Ill try instead.

This place is by far ridiculous, first of all the girl at the counter doesn’t know anything. And they don’t even shampoo carpets anymore? What kind of car detail place does not shampoo carpets? Don’t waste your money coming here. I was going to get a monthly membership, yeah I pass.

Also got a car wash and it wasn’t clean at all and I pointed it out to the worker and he had an attitude when I pointed to the spots that wasn’t clean. They also charged me for something I didn’t want done.

I decided to get my car wash before I had attended a funeral arrived at the car wash at 9:30 the funeral was at 11:30, 45 minutes to get my car washed. They were busy, cars on top of cars. This is my storyline, looking into my console this is what I found. I would recommend this car wash for the honesty they are displayed, I have placed $100 beneath my Car mat and forgot about it, but I looked in my console my hundred dollars was there, I have been to several car washes in Houston if you put down $.50 on the floor they would take it with no problems at all if you want to go to the best car wash in peatland this is #1 in my hearts Kwik Kar &Ocean Car Wash.

Warning!!! Check your car, take pics before and after your detail. I dropped my Benz off for detail and didnt get a call for pick up... I had to call them. Also I get my car back a discover that they had turned all my AC vent facing down. Just before I drive off I adjusted them to my normal position. I couldnt reach the one on the far left passenger side so I waited until I got home. To my surprise it was broken and the piece broken was placed back and vents turned down so you wouldnt notice it at a glance. As soon as I touched it it fell into my hand. Trust me my car was not this way when I dropped it off. Im the one who pampers and take excellent care of my cars. Sure they cleaned the vent very well it was shinny like new but to my point thats exactly how they broke it. But the kick in the teeth was how they stuck it back up there as if to hide there mistake. Also they one of my seat accessories fell off and they stuck it in my glove box instead of putting it back on the seat. Guess they were to lazy to take the extra time. So I call the store and talked to a supervisor and of course he denied breaking anything and said he detailed the car on his own as if his position / title wouldnt allow him to make a mistake. The detail job was NOT all I expected for the price. Any place that was not noticeable at a glance was NOT cleaned ... Like top of car rails, inside passenger wheel walls, door jams etc. Guess if you just get in your car from the driver side and dont check before leaving, you miss the chance of pointing it out to them. The front under bumper was as dirty as when I dropped it off. So in all I paid a good price for the worst experience. I would give zero stars if possible. So In closing folks please be watchful. As for the business... you should train your staff to be honest and fair.

Normally when I come, my suv is spotless in the inside & outside. Today wasn’t the same. My dash board still has dust on it. I’m sitting in the sun after leaving the car wash and all I can see is dust and I had to go to the store and purchase wipes for my car and clean it myself. I don’t like rushed work on my car. My car was clean as if I went through a gas station car wash and my 10 year old son half detailed the inside. Plus I also tipped out before I pulled off. Totally upset.

My car was having a host of issues and long story short needed to be towed over to Kwik Kar this past weekend. I was lucky enough to have my car assigned to Anthony. He was open and honest with me about my car from the start and outlined the issues that needed to be fixed vs. what items could probably wait. He not only called to give me consistent updates while my car was in the shop, but he also called after I brought it home to make sure it was running as well for me as it did for him. He’s as professional as it gets and my car has been running great after visiting. I’ll be sure to use Anthony and Kwik Kar for any car troubles moving forward.

I dropped my car off for one of their 30 minute cleaning services ($25.99). I wasn’t expecting a super detailed job, but when I picked my car up I was beyond disappointed. They did a terrible job vacuuming (see photos) inside. I had removed the cover I have on my back seat so they could vacuum my dog’s hair. There was still a lot of dust and dog hair on the back seat. This place is very busy and I think they just try to get as many cars as possible in and out. Take your money somewhere else, don’t go here!

They usually do a very good job but today i was very disappointed, they rushed my wash, my car was still dirty and it wasnt wiped down well.

I took my husband’s car for an oil change here today and they were nothing short of amazing! I was afraid they wouldn’t take me since I arrived twenty minutes before closing without an appointment but Edgar checked me in and assured me they would get me in and out as soon as possible. The incredible service didn’t stop there. All of the guys in the shop were super friendly and professional and Trey really went above and beyond with his expert advice. I have visited several other car lube places in the area and I’ve had terrible experiences at all of them. Now that I’ve found Kwik Kar, I won’t go anywhere else!

I didn’t understand why they did not offer vacuum cleaning to all customers. Two minutes after leaving, I had patches of dried water drops on my windows and windshield. I’m giving 3 stars because the person who instructed before I went in was very nice. I used to go to a competitor who is now far away but after this experience, I’m willing to drive to them no matter how far.

People couldnt tell me the price of a high- mileage grade oil change. Told me$astound$75.00. As I was driving off the offered$10.00 off. Them had to look up price. Price was $61.00. They finally honored the$10 off making$51.00 +tax.

Great place to get you car needs taken care of all in one place. From oil change to tires, or brakes. They do it all. My quirk is the crew who wash and dry the vehicle. Noticed they used the same cloth throughout the exterior of the vehicle. Cleaned the rim and use the same cloth on other sides of vehicle. This is a definite no no and improper way to dry the vehicle. Its just putting swirl marks all over the car. All in all would use again for the price but I would refuse drying vehicle from crew and do on your own if possible.

We were able to determine where the communication broke down and assured me he would work with his staff to obtain better communication and results in the future. This type of management response made me give them another chance and they did a really good job on my Signature Wash.Dropped my truck off at 9 am. Person doing intake said it would take 2 hours for the interior detail. When I returned at 11, they had not even started on my truck. No communication by them regarding the delay until I returned.

I love this place. I used to come here because I lived in Pearland. Now I live about 30mins away but its worth the drive to come back this way for quality, professional service at a price that cant be beat!!!

They skip you in the line. Making your wait 20 min extra, take 2 cars ahead even when you know they see you. Then when asked about about it you get attitude. Just be prepared to not be a priority.

Not worth the money. No attention to the detail. Better off using gas station drive through for 6.00 instead of 30.00 same job done.

Not worth the time or effort half clean the rims and windows every time

I was surprised by how fast they performed my oil change without an appointment. It was a bit more than I normally pay but my time was not wasted and they gave me a free carwash.My normal place had a 2.5 hour wait I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I went to Kwik Kar Ocean Car wash, like I often do. I got the Ocean signature, and they did a great job. The reason for the 3 stars is because they somehow (still not sure how this happened) locked the keys inside the car... The real problem I have is that nobody told me. I see a couple of guys pushing my car out of the car wash, then pull out a device and start jimmying the door. I understand that things happen like this from time to time. A simple we screwed up, can we jimmy the door open? goes a long way. Ive attached a pic of the minor damage caused. Again, thats not really what bothers me. It was the lack of transparency when something goes wrong that annoys me. 5 stars for the wash, 0 stars for violating my trust.

Today is a Sunday with showers. Went in for an oil change at 11:50. Gone by 12:20! No waiting this time@

I’ve been here before and I felt the service was good. It was even on a busy day. Here I come today, I paid for the mid range service and all I got was a mediocre of service. It wasn’t even busy.I was told it will take like 25 minutes. But my Car was done in 10 minutes or less. I pointed out various places that was untouched and all I got was it wasn’t included even more reason why I had initially upgraded from the basic wash to the middle one.My Dashboard felt as if it wasn’t even touch, and for the first time, my Car Seat were untouched from a Car Wash which wasn’t even an express service. And a Supervisor or so said they don’t wipe those. It’s just ridiculous.I feel as those I wasted my money. I’m never coming back here.

I needed my car detailed. So I got everything. $140.00When I went to pick up my car I noticed some wax that didnt get wiped off so I asked for a towel. Well, if they missed that, what else was missed? So I went around the outside of the car and started looking. Just exterior. I didnt go hunting under the hood or anything. Doors, below the windshield wiper, plastic around the wheel wells and this is how the towel came out after 10-15 min of wiping down my car. Maybe Im too picky when I think detailed, but it seems a little less detailed that what I was expecting. I dont think Ill be coming back for another detail job, but I am going to try the works unlimited package for a month and see how that goes.

Okay, Ill admit, I should check the workmanship before I drive away...but I shouldnt HAVE to. Got both of my cars washed here today. Before that, I had been once before and they did an okay job. Not great, but they were busy and short staffed so I was understanding.2 stars for poor workmanship and poor communication / advertising.Today, we paid for the second most expensive wash, got back in the car, and the rubber mats were still full of sand. We asked about it, and they said its not included in the wash we purchased...okay, fine. I probably just missed it and didnt order what I actually wanted. Came back with the second car, and looked at the menu again. Mat washing isnt listed under any of their options, so how was I supposed to know? To me, its a given and should be included in the very basic wash. Since it wasnt listed, I asked, and purchased the most expensive wash which they said was the one that included mat washing.When I got home, I noticed they didnt even bother to vacuum the back seat. It was literally untouched. Disappointed and wont be back

I just got an oil change today, my radiator flushed, engine flushed and fuel injectors flushed. When I got my car back, I noticed the engine light on, the guy that worked on my car went to get a device to clear the message. When I got in my car it was running hot. The guy said it was probably and air pocket after the flush and he said once I drove off it would go away. Well it didnt!!! My car overheated and I got stranded in front of Lupe tortillas. I tried to call but they had already closed. My car was running fine before this. Im so upset because I just spent almost $800 in maintenance ...so my car can be in tip top shape .....only to be left stranded on the side of the road. This is unacceptable!!! They should have ran the car and figured out why it was running hot. Not just tell me its going to go away once I drive off!That was my original post...Here is my new oneI called Kwik Kar the next morning and spoke to Trey. He sent someone out to look my car. They took it back to to Kwik kar and fixed the problem which was an air pocket. Im upset that I got stranded on the side of the road but they picked up my car and fixed it. They did their best to make it right. I respect that! Thanks Trey!

The Pearland location is top-notch. Friendly greeters, who will explain the various packages and assist with other issues you may have. The waiting area is large with amenities like coffee and snacks available. The restrooms are clean and well lit. Lastly, the service is quick and the your car will shine like new money. Ask for the Manager Gonzalo, them him Alex sent you.

Normally busy especially on Saturdays. Staff does a great job detailing the inside of the cars. Each time I feel like my car is brand new. They have nice packaged deals for various services. Good customer service.They just need a little more organization for longer jobs. They forgot to call me to come pick up my car. I had to call them 45 minutes before closing time to figure out why I hadnt been contacted (I had dropped my car off 6+ hours before). They apologized. During the time my car sat outside it had rained so they rewashed the outside of my car and discounted the price due to their mistake.

My husband received an oil change in February from this location. A couple of weeks later, his car stalled at a stop light. It happened multiple times in 1 day and he was almost rear ended while trying to turn his car back over at a stop light. He had no choice but to take it to the nearest Hyundai dealership near his work. The dealership found that the oil technician overflowed the oil past the fill line. They had to drain all of the oil, clean the intake manifold, and do another oil change to replace the oil removed.I brought my receipts to the shop and report from the dealership that clearly states it was overflowed, where I filled out a complaint and the lube manager assured me that if it was a mistake on their part they would make it right. I received a call a full week later (after having called them after to check on the status of the claim) from Adam the manager. I was informed they would have to investigate by reviewing camera footage and speaking with the technicians. He informed me that because the dealership did not contact Kwik Kar first before doing repairs and getting approval, Kwik Kar is not at fault. He said there was no way to verify that the oil was overflowed despite having a report from Hyundai stating so. To make things better, he offered to refund me the purchase price of the oil change.Their technician caused us to pay $550 worth of repairs because of THEIR mistake, and the best the manager could do was refund roughly $40. Obviously, I am not trying to scam this business, I am simply trying to get back what I had to pay due to their mistake, however, Adam insists that this is my mistake because I told my husband to take it to the nearest dealership due to the potential safety issues that a stalled car on a busy intersection presents. Avoid this business at all costs, they absolutely will not take care of you even if the mistake is clearly on their end.

Went there a month a ago to get a car wash and they left dirt under my seats and in between my seats stains on doors that needed to be wiped and complained to the manager he gave me a complimentary wash blue ocean just to go back today for the free wash stains still on doors trash under seats they do a poor job and don’t care and will no longer get my money 22.99 worth of nothing

This place was awesome! Came in for an inspection & oil change (while they were pretty busy), and they got my car done in 45 minutes! An oil change also comes with a free car wash. Staff was super friendly. This will definitely be my go-to place now.

The lead mechanic Trey was very helpful and gave me information about car to help keep it running in pristine condition. I would recommend this place to anyone for car servicing. The prices are reasonable as well!

The two guys that helped me were good. Service for oil change was quick and comes with free car wash. If you cant do the wash that day you can come by again with the receipt and get it done later. Very pricey though. Cost almost twice as much as a big dealership I usually go to and Gilman gives free car washes with service too.

I’ve been a customer at Ocean Car wash Pearland for well over 5 years now. The personable Customer service and car wash is great! They make a great effort to get you in and out while performing a good car wash job at a reasonable price. If there ever is a concern, all you have to do is politely let them know and they correct it immediately. I love the convenience of the location as well. This is my go to car wash!

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GET MY OIL CHANGE & CAR WASH! They’re very quick, and the sitting area is nice and comfortable! Very clean and neat in the office! They also have vending machines and coffee while you wait! The staff is amazing too, they’re so nice! 🙌

After being denied by iShine up the street because a passenger vomited in my car while Ubering, Ocean Car Wash gladly accepted my business and they did an excellent job. They offer appointments because they can get busy. For all the negative reviews on wait times; the reason there is a wait is because they are superior to the surrounding competition and their repeat customer base is aware of this. If you want it done right the first time, come here.

Wish I could put zero stars. I went to this establishment today and was so disappointed...... $25 to wash my car and the mats were not washed at all. When I asked about it, the lady told me that’s not included in the package. My car’s exterior was washed and the interior wiped with a wet cloth. Nothing more or nothing less. My worst car wash experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy. I have pictures and receipt to show.

My 1st time here and the lady who received our van did a great job in explaining what includes in each package they have... the staff inside the waiting room is very accomodating and friendly... most importantly they serve free fresh brewed coffee! Tea is available upon request as well... will definitely come back!

Why pay too much at this aftermarket Kwik Kar place when they dont even know the difference with the make and model, ignition type and engine size when doing state inspection? They charge over way too much for service using cheap parts, might as well go to the dealership. They drive customer cars in without using gloves and sanitizing disinfecting. They put my van as a sedan passenger car when it should be a van type and also they put conventional instead of distributorless as ignition type. It clearly shows they dont know how perform car correctly. I will not come back here again. I also told my wife about this and she agree we go back to Kia dealership instead of this place for convenient.

I came here today to get an oil change and a state inspection. All the employees were nice and helpful. They vacuumed my whole car which is normally difficult to get all of my dogs hair out of the back seat, but they did and it looks so amazing. I am very pleased with my overall experience and will definitely be back!
