Updated:Time and time again, these guys are friendly, honest, and standup folks. I recently had an issue that presented itself after some service, and I kindly requested it be redone with some notes I gathered. Not that they needed my notes, but they redid the work, the issues/alarms went away. Stand up shop! You cant say that about too many places.Always friendly and professional. On my last visit, they couldnt figure out the issue, so didnt even charge me a diagnostic fee. Because of visits like this and my previous ones, theyve earned my business going forward.

They exuded a spirit of service that made my experience easy and convenient. From the moment I entered the door to the time I drove off the lot, I received great service that was professional, timely, and accurate. At no point in time did I feel pressured to purchase services. I had a great experience and I plan to return.

The Best car maintenance/repair shop I have ever been to

1) my 2001 Mustang would not start and it seemed to be more than just a battery, so I took it to them to repair. They replaced the alternator and put in a new battery for $1134, saying that was the problem. I drove the car home, but when I tried to drive it a couple days later, it would not start. I jumped it off and let it run, then turned the engine off and tried to re-start it. Again, it would not start. I called them and just asked for a refund, but they said I had to bring the car back in. They basically stole $1134 from me.2) Around the same time as above, I took my daughter’s 2014 Cruze to them for ac repair, thinking it was the compressor. They gave me an estimate of $3600 and said that the radiator needed to be replaced in addition to the compressor, since this could also be the problem. I declined the service, paid the $57 they charged me on diagnostics, and took the Cruze to Bayway Chevy. Bayway fixed the ac for $1623 total. It was just a compressor.3) I give them a 2 instead of a 1 because they have a quick turnaround and have a warranty on their work. They replaced brakes and rotors on my 2012 Accord. It was pretty expensive, but they work was fast and seems good so far.

I’ve had the same trusted mechanic for over 10 years near my old home in Houston. He’s nearing retirement so I decided to give this shop a try in anticipation of that impending retirement. I found the service representatives and technicians at CB to be extremely professional and attentive. They identified the problem I was having right away, indicated some additional concerns, and suggested I take advantage of the warranty I had on some previously installed parts. The warranty suggestion alone is going to save me several hundred dollars when addressing the issue. I highly recommend them and they’re definitely getting future business from me.

I had taken my 2006 Mini Cooper it needed a cooling fan for the radiator I had already ordered the part from a dealer online for $120.00 they wanted to charge me $645.00 for the same part and $350.00 labor to install. Then they did and inspection of my car and gave me this outrageous bill for about $6,000 supposedly for all repairs needed. I paid them them the $176.00 dollar diagnostic fee and picked up my car . I ended up contacting Your Mechanic which came out to my home and repaired the car for $148.00 since I already had the part. I will never take or refer anyone to their shop.

They rescued me when my car died, gave me a ride home, took my car back into the shop at no charge and worked tirelessly to find out what was going on with it. They fixed both my cars in one day. Quick fast service. Detailed receipts. They gave 36 months warranty on parts and labor. So grateful for the ride to home and pick up from. Great customer service. Beverages in the lounge. Clean looking place.

Highly recommend this shop! While trying to replace my exhaust manifold myself I discovered 2 broken studs that’s were near impossible to get out. After my failed attempt at 1 stud I took my truck in knowing that my failed attempt at one stud was a lost cause but with hope that the other broken stud could still be extracted. Worst case scenario would have been me having to replace the head of the engine which meant tons of $$$ but to my surprise Norman and Kyle went above and beyond and were able to extract BOTH broken studs! They made countless attempts but they never gave up! This shop will always have my patience and trust! They even have a first responder discount!

Well, I have visited many a mechanic in my years, and I’m not a senior, I’ve just been unfortunate enough to be saddled with car problems a plenty. I recently went through not having my AC in my car for several weeks in Houston during the summer, if your reading this, you may already feel the heat from that statement. So, although I have driven past many a Christian bro’s, I have never used them for service, preferring to keep it cheap and manageable, this time however, I knew the repair was going to be expensive. I visited and was greeted immediately, there was a super clean facility, friendly staff, and the diagnostic was quick, the price was high. It hurt, but this time I was lucky enough to be able to afford the pricing (and I did price check.) so I decided to get it done. Within under a half day, my AC was fixed and blowing air, the issue was explained to me, and not once did I feel like I was being pressured or lied to. I am over the moon happy with this service and will return for other fixes.

I took my car there to be repaired. A diagnostic test was ran. The problem they was found, the work was completed with a guarantee. A few days later my engine light came on again. I took it back and they fixed it with no extra charge.You don’t find businesses like Christian Brothers anymore. They represent Christ in their business. I am a customer for life.

I like this automotive facility. My car had a terrible oil leak. They worked me into their schedule. I waited several hours but I am very pleased with the repairs and service. One of the guys offered me lunch because I waited so long patiently. I recommend this facility for all car repairs.

I went to Christian Bro Automotive for my A/C on June 18. Was there at 7am. They had my car all day. First Matt gave me a Price of $2400 ( like that was going to happen NOT ) Told him that too. Then he came down to $1710.31.I really hesitated to go ahead with it. But being single older woman and still have to go in work I went with against my better judgement. Also on my concerned list was my Driver’s side running light. So when I picked the car up at 6PM they had forgot about the running light which felt that should be in part of pricing. So the mechanic took my car for two seconds and light was on. He said it wasn’t broken he pushed it in . Today I noticed the light was off again. I called talked to Matt and said it was probably an electrical Problem. Advise that was on my list just like the A/C. Should be included cause it was on my list. I feel there were too busy to follow thru on something as small as running light (tell that to the Police who pulled you over) Matt said I would have to pay . I told him I would not spend anymore money that I don’t have . I felt out of Courtesy he should of handle this with no charge . I am regular customer there but NO LONGER WILL BE, and will tell everyone and anyone do not go there. SHAME ON YOU Christian Bro’s. Thanks but NO Thanks
