Karlie was awesome and a huge help getting each of my boys set up with new phones. What was becoming a nightmare on my own became an easy and enjoyable time. Karlie was knowledgeable and free with her time to answer all my questions.

When I purchased the new iPhone as per usual Carly was very happy to greet us and help us not only with the purchase but very knowledgeable of everything to set up service. She’s very friendly warm and amazing hair.
My husband and I were very pleased with the wonderful help we got from Rita at this AT&T location. Although there were several people ahead of us, we didn’t have to wait for very long at all. Once Rita began to help us everything went smoothly and we were set up and out the door! We couldn’t be happier with the iPad we purchased or the assistance we got while there.
I paid my deposits for my phones plus all taxes and was told that I would receive an email when my phones were ready to pick up. There was a discrepancy with my account number for the phones that were being ported over which I immediately fixed. Still no email to pick up. I decided to call the store and check on my order and was not able to make contact with anyone. I continuously was directed to voicemail. Mind you this store is an hour away from where I live. I tried calling customer support to confirm the time the store was closing and they were unable to reach them as well. Eventually I left work 2 hours early to get on the road and beat 5 o’clock traffic. Once I made it there I was told they were moving things around and couldn’t get to the phone and then that they never received confirmation of an in-store pick up. She researched and found my order still pending and I explained that I had corrected the account number as AT&T asked. She tells me to resolve the pending issue she would have to void the transaction and process it in-store. When she did this it required another credit check making it 2 credit checks within hours and then said I would have to pay for my phones in full. The only thing I could do was either wait a few days and try again or pay $1400.00. At this point I’m livid and ask for a refund of the $552.00 I paid for the deposit and taxes only to be told it would take up to 3 days before it would be back in my account. So not only did I have to ride an hour away but I lost wages because I couldn’t get an answer and I still was unable to get my phones and I’m still waiting for the $552.00 to be returned to my account. I called customer service to complain only to be hung up on. My experience was the absolute worst!!!
Recently, my husband visited the store here, near Kohls, on behalf of our business, Eurasian Garage. He was seeking assistance to update the account for our HotSpot (which was originally procured immediately after Hurricane Michael through a sub contractor). We had discovered that the deal we had received had been retired and we would no longer have our service. My husband spoke to Rita regarding this issue. Rita was able to efficiently and satisfactorily resolve this issue for us and got my husband back on his way quickly, which was necessary as we run a very small business. Rita was friendly and especially knowledgeable about the services we were seeking. As we have visited this location previously and had less than satisfactory service, we were reticent about visiting again. But, Rita restored our confidence in AT&T and we will be returning in the near future to address other services for our business and personally, but we will be sure to request Ritas assistance so that we can be certain to be taken care of quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.

While we working on one phone problem Kate stepped up and helped with another problem that I have been trying to fix for some time.New phone solved one problem due to dropping my phone several times.AT&T should be very proud to have two such knowledgeable and personable employees.They truly represent your company well.

On 12.17.2020 I visited the local AT& T store @ 2694 Hwy 77, Panama City FL. and was assisted by AT&T Rep RITA JONES for the purpose of renewing my AT&T Direct TV Service Contract. Just 2 years prior, I visited this AT&T location and established my NEW Direct TV service with a young gentleman that was extremely helpful.I went with intentions of renewing my AT&T Direct TV service, however after a brief encounter with RITA, I cancelled my service during this visit. From the moment I arrived at her desk, she had a bad attitude and made it clear that she did normally address Direct TV service renewals at this AT&T location, as mentioned earlier, this is where I established my Direct TV service.As a 80 year old lady, it was not appreciated having someone as RITA disrespect me on my visit and RITA apparently had no intentions of retaining me as a AT&T customer. I departed the office and immediately cancelled my AT&T service.For AT&T to be a global communications company, one would expect better customer service than what was received from RITA JONES on my visit.

Cannot assist with anything else but cellphone service. After talking to other AT&T stores I was advised to contact the corporate store. Did and made an appointment time with them. Directv and uverse issues had to call a customer service representative. Back to where I started and received no clarification of my issues about cancelled directv and equipment returned. Have proof of return and confirmation orders showing the services disco, then they started new service and sent to collections...over services and equipment they themselves have shown returned and cancellled. Beware...do not get into the directv racket as it will haunt you to the grave.

Ms. Lavender was at the door to greet us, wearing a mask, as soon as we entered the store. She led us to the item of interest, let us look at the phone but stayed nearby to answer questions. She was attentive without being annoying. Finally, she did all the work to order my new phone and set me up with all that I asked for. She checked out all other options to see what was the best option for my family. I hope she is the associate available when I return to pick up my phone because I know she will take care of me and answer my questions efficiently.

Beware!!! 1 star is too many!!At&t ran credit for a service they apparently no longer provide. Our visit took over 45 mins and it was extremely hot in there! Felt like we were going to pass out from the heat! Im now getting bills with past due amounts for service I never received with threats of credit damage!?!?! Customer service is a joke and hasnt fixed the issue!

The few times I have been in the store they always tell you a wait time of 15 minutes. Then 30 minutes later you are still standing around twirling your thumbs. You also have people that come in just to look around and the customer service staff picks them up to helpthem before the people that are in line.Maybe they should have a self check out system like Walmart. You were these be able to do what you needed to do and get out I said are standing around waiting.
An overall pleasant experience. Verizon wouldnt work with me on a discount for my service yet AT&T was more than happy to do so and I bought a top of the line phone with $700 off of it and a lot cheaper per month than Verizon can ever think of being and that includes the phone payment and service plan and free HBO Max thrown in...

I tried to buy two phones on the manufacturers website. The purchase failed four times in succession because I took too long to answer the questions. What???The fifth time, I was told that I could.not buy two phones on the same order--I must break it up into two orders.While I suspect this nonsense was driven by carrier requirements (looking at you, AT&T), thats an unacceptable experience.So Friday morning at 10:30, I drove to the AT&T store on Highway 77 in Panama City. Wore a mask and stood at the entrance for 10 minutes. Got put on a waiting list with 7 people ahead of me. Gave the clerk my name and phone number. Wandered around the store for 20 minutes, then stood at the entrance for another 15. My name was not on the waiting list, so I got put on it again. Sat at the entrance for 15 minutes, and a clerk asked if I was on the waiting list. Apparently, I was not, so she said I would be served next.After another 20 minute wait, the store manager came to the front and asked if I had been helped. When I told my tale of being added to the list several times, he decided to help me himself right then and there.Got my phones ordered and left happy.
I went in and specifically told the guy that we were seriously ready to drop Verizon and switch to AT&T, I just needed to compare the final monthly costs and benefits. He didnt seem to care much, did not give too much detail or selling points. Everything was vague like he wasnt even sure what he was saying. It was like pulling teeth to get an actual cost, I had to direct him through it (This is what they charge me for, this is my plan... How do you breakdown your charges, what does this include?), ask the same questions several times without an answer. Ultimately, with a vague potential monthly cost and no TODAY $ number available without checking my credit, I didnt feel like he deserved me to purchase anything from him if he couldnt help me see the benefits to my family. Newsflash: thats your job, to sell the customer your product! 😔
My wife and I went in this ATT location on 11/23/2020 to buy me a watch and upgrade her phone.We were immediately greeted by Alex and he showed us what we was looking for and explained in detail about the devices we was looking to purchase.He was very persable and easy to talk to so he made the process very smooth and easy.We had a great time talking with Alex while we got everything setup.My wife and I reccomend to deal with alex if you do business at this location. He will get you setup and make sure you leave a very happy camper. 2Thumbs up!!
5 months ago I Purchased a phone on a buy 1 get 1 plan. They told me it would take up to 3 months before that kicked in. I just received my bill and Im still being charged for the 2nd phone. I went into the store 3 days ago waited my turn and the representative reviewed my bill. He said he understood and saw where I purchased it on the buy 1 get 1 but did not know why I was still getting charge for it. He said he would take my information and the manager would review it and get back with me. I called again yesterday and it was the same story the manager is reviewing it. I called again today at 4:00 p.m. and got the same answer it is being reviewed and the manager was too busy to talk to me. I understand they are very busy but nobody is that busy. The girl who answered the phone was rude and short and would not even give me the opportunity to speak with a supervisor. If she could answer the phone she could assist the supervisor by taking over his customer long enough for him to talk to me. I have been waiting for 3 days for them to deal with my case. Obviously getting the new money from the new customer is more important than the person whos already paying for 5 phones. Verizon is starting to sound a lot better.
Why have a store if it doesnt have all the services available to customers lol. Only good for cell phone issues not internet or router stuff. Like seriously why cant I drop off a router there? Its your store ATT why cant they receive/ exchange equipment?
Per phone call was told I needed new sim card. Went to store to purchase, employee found I didnt need sim card. There was a different issue and he fixed it.

I have been a customer of AT&T since the were called Bell South Mobility. Needless to say that I am satisfied with my overall cellular service. With that being said, the AT&T store seem to always be understaffed. I hardly ever go into a store, but when I do, there is always at least a 30min. wait to speak with a CSR.
Team seemed knowledgeable on all my questions and they even provided masks which I thought was really neat.
Sales you are phone then dont know how to set it up properly.

The Rep was only supposed to put a certain amount on my debit card but when I researched my Bank Account, he had taken extra $50 for himself! The entire amount was NEVER LINKED LINKED WITH MY ACCOUNT WITH AT&T! I tried numerous times to have them return my money but no one at AT&T would do anything about it! I am out $60! Thanks to AT&T!

Go to this store if in Panama City. It is well staffed so you dont have to wait. You can even see their current inventory in the online AT&T store, so you know what phones are available.Friendly service, and they set up everything for my new phone. Walked out very happy.

My sim card was completely unusable and they gave me a new one. My Google play was unusable and they fixed some options that was actually harmful to my phone. I was very satisfied with their service that they gave me.

I received horrible customer service followed by a severe lack of in-store merchandise/product stock. Was given a date of when a Samsung watch would arrive and told they would call but no such thing ever happened. I tried following up with the store directly but no one will answer the phone. My suggestion would be if your looking for good service and products, find it elsewhere because no seems to care much within this store specifically!
Im a Hurricane Michael Survivor and a loyal AT&T customer. My phone fell from the roof while I was trying to put a tarp on the roof. I had no more money due to all the expenses I had quickly incurred due to the devastating circumstances. AT&T gave away free phones. I am so grateful and appreciate that you guys were there, right in the middle of it . THANK YOU! WE WONT FORGET!
The store manager and other very experienced staff did their utmost to resolve my issues, but AT&T corporate has tied their hands behind their backs.I received a gift of the Star Wars Special Edition Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ purchased directly from SAMSUNG and tried to swap my AT&T SIM from my Galaxy Note 8, but cannot use many of the AT&T exclusive features. Since the device was not purchased directly from AT&T theyve classified it as NXTGEN (treating it as if it were purchased on the black market). Not only am I locked out of features that I still have to pay for, but I also cannot use the most current cellular frequencies like, 4G, LTE, and AT&Ts 5Ge. I am relegated to HSPA, which is basic 3G connectivity. When I say basic, I mean welcome back to the 90s. So I put my SIM back in my Note 8 and still provisioned as NXTGEN.Because of the treatment Ive gotten (no doubt Im not the only AT&T customer to be treated this way) I am out shopping for a carrier that will gladly take AT&Ts customers away from them and will not treat us like 4th class citizens. AT&T wont only be losing my cell phone, but my Moms too, which is under my account.It is true that AT&T has the best price and nice exclusive features, but other carriers have good options as well. Example: Verizon has more towers around town at a higher price. Im willing to pay more for fast and stable connectivity (LTE+) on my new shiny new 5G capable device.
ATT was great for 15 years til they merged with direct TV. They promised me lower bundle rates. We ended up paying $200 more each month. And 2 yes later our accounts were never bundled.
Rita is a very rude person, and is not helpful nor personable. Steer clear of her.
Normally corporate locations are absolutely amazing! This corporate location however sucks. I went in because I was having issues with my phone. The guy couldnt figure out how to unlock my phone then he did a cashe clean up. He explained how important it is to free up temporary memory as if I had no clue what he was talking about or I was a bumbling idiot. He said he could sell me a new phone but other than that he could not help me with my account and he did not offer to help me with my phone.
Sean & Chris were tremendously helpful, even with a type of service they dont normally deal with. They were attentive and able to refer me to the appropriate people and the process was much smoother than I had experienced elsewhere..

Never in my life have I met people who work so hard to NOT offer customer service. Visiting from out of state and was met with at the door with excuses on how and why they couldn’t help me...which is SO crazy because my local AT&T store recommended going to a physical store to fix the problem. I’m currently working on contacting whoever is in charge to be sure they’re aware of the service their employees are NOT offering.This location was NOT family friendly (wouldn’t let my three year old use the bathroom). This location is NOT military friendly (wouldn’t help me get the information on how to put husband’s line on hold while he’s deployed). Basically, this location is just NOT friendly. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else to a different store.

Went into the store and was addressed y a rep named Becca. She knows absolutely nothing . We kept asking questions about the insurance that they offer and she kept saying she didn’t k ow anything because it was through a 3rd party. But ATT offers the insurance... you should know SOMETHING about a service you offer and CHARGE for. Pls remove her from store. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to deal with her! It is awful. I left and went to 98 store. Becca told us since she couldn’t help us to go to the Santa Rosa store because it was the next closest store. Most awful customer service!!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff but, the kiosk to pay your bills is a nightmare. It asks you to use your account number instead of your user name and password like most places do and it also doesnt pull up your billing info to confirm that you are paying into the right account or how much you even owe. Place would be 4 or 5 stars otherwise. The kiosk really puts this place back 10 years for people who still like the confidence and security of paying in person.

Dylan does not have the maturity nor the training for a management position for AT&T.He has no customer service experience especially to be working in a company store.If AT&T is not going to guarantee a product they sell and install on a $900 phone that lasts less than 30 days, THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS SELLING IT OR APPLYING IT TO THE PHONE !! If I have my way, Verizon here we come with 5 lines, an I Pad and direct tv.

Poor customer service. Walked in nobody even acknowledged me. Waited 30 minutes before leaving. Came back later because I really want a new phone, but might just go somewhere else. I waited another 45 minutes with nobody taking the time or effort to help. Worst place ever! If I could give 0 stars for how it was in there I would.
I went in to talk about my DirectTVNOW bill and Justin attempted to help but seemed preoccupied with the TV news. After he was unsuccessful with only trying to help for 2 min. I asked to speak with the manager Shawn Vega. Justin went to the back and then came and told me to go on line, he then walked off giving me no more help. The Manager Shawn Vega NEVER came out to see if he could help. This is unacceptable treatment and I call ATT while in the parking lot.My account was being billed when I did not have a DIRECTTVNOW account. ATT on the phone told me to report it as fraud to my bank.Justin and or Shawn could have helped but saw that it was not a commission sale and choose to not help.Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this store while the other ATT stores may be better.

Had an issue with my wifes phone. They checked several things and worked hard to fix issue. Finally they figured out a setting needed to be changed and all works fine now.
I required help to understand my 2 last unusual higher bills. The agent, Dylan, was unable to help. He claimed some international calls were made by me and these phone numbers could not be disclosed due to privacy (the numbers were blocked). I dispute these calls. And how can I verify that these calls were not made by me when I dont even know to whom they were made? Dylan refused to talk to me anymore when I said I would report this to the Better Business Bureau should it happen again. He said that this was the same as threatening legal action. Catch 22, no customer service and Im still shaking my head.
Friendly staff and great service. Staff here cant do much about AT&T tyrannical policies. But, staff at this store are very friendly and do whatever they can do.
Staff was friendly. We needed a device capable of providing a publicly routable IP via cellular towers. Turns out AT&T doesnt have anything like that. I was able to return 3 weeks later for full refund.
Very expensive compared to other carriers, but by far the biggest most reliable network. This particular location has a surplus of knowledgeable associates who are very helpful with sorting out any concerns and dinging the right plan.

Today I called to check the store hours, received an automated recording stating the store is open until 8 PM. I made it to the store at 7:10 but it was already closed. I knocked on the door because I could see people in there. It took them 15 minutes to come to the door. Meanwhile, Im standing in the cold weather. I just wanted to tell to them that the recording needs to be updated and received attitude!! I was told that he couldnt change the recording. There IS someone that can make that change, to keep other people from driving across town in a futile attempt to receive help with their phone, but they seemed unconcerned and unhelpful.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Bought an item and explained my situation before making the purchase. They sold me on a hot spot device and some phones. They looked at my service address and said I was good to go. Got home, tried to hook it all up and had no signal. Couldnt figure it out. Called tech support and they looked at a map and told me I lived in a micro cell area. Come to find out, this store knew that. What it means is that I live close to a tower, but because of the dense trees, I get no signal and I would have to buy, without a payment plan, a $750 micro tower for my home to get signal. Called ahead to say I was on my way to return it and the girl I got on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Decided to wait until the next day to make the return. The manager gave me grief about trying to return it and cancel my plan. Finally got it returned and the plan cancelled after about 2 hours.
