DO NOT COME HERE!I paid $100 to get my IPhone screen replaced they did the job then a week later on a Sunday my phone screen went pitch black and would NOT come back on. I called them to realize they weren’t open on Sunday & the very next day we had a tropical storm which I wanted to have my screen fixed before then cause I wasn’t sure if it would turn into a hurricane & would need to get my family somewhere safe.So I go to the place near Walmart in Lynn Haven $20 cheaper and he didn’t give me a faulty screen which he told that’s what I had. Finally I’m able to contact fast Lane they would not do a refund or anything although I had receipts from both places & had the Faulty screen they gave me kept in a bag to give back for refund. If you don’t want to pay $100 for a faulty screen DO NOT come here! MUCH CHEAPER & BETTER PLACES!!!!

These guys are the absolute BEST, they’re honest and do not price gouge, I’ve sent several people to them and they’ve also had nothing, but good things to say about them!!! An employee from Best Buy recommended this place after running diagnostics on my iPhone X. I had made an appointment with Geek Squad for a battery replacement but Apple requires ANY other issues with the iPhone to be fixed too due to liability. In total it was going to cost me $500+ so I went to Fastlane and they replaced the battery for around $50. Saved my wallet a good chunk of change!

I am quite the klutz with my phone, but FastLane really lives up to their name! I joke that I’m their most valuable customer, but really I’m the lucky one to have them so convenient to me! 30 min - 1hr tops & im back in business!

Took in a working computer, got back one that didnt boot. Called & was told how to fix it myself... Even though that was literally the reason I brought it in. They rebuild it but dont set the bios settings, etc, install drivers, etc. Never heard of a place that didnt give you back a computer that didnt boot. Pretty standard practice. You gotta turn it on first to see if it works before returning it right? I ended up doing it myself in the end. Just a headache over all. Never used a computer shop in 25 years & now I know why.Also (get written quotes). They forget what they were going to charge you. I was told $85, then we added $140 onto it give or take, then was told around $240, then they ring it up $315 & Im like wait... Thats not what was said on the phone. The lady up front had overheard the convo & corrected him too. Kudos to her. Ended up being $260 something for what should have been $240 tax inc. I wasnt going to sweat the $15 but $75 more? Imagine when I got home & it didnt boot!Im sure these guys are good for simple virus removal & all (who isnt? Even I can do that), but sometimes you just want a pro to handle the bigger stuff. I would not recommend a rebuild here.

I always go to fast lane for any of my electronics needs. I have had phones fixed, bought phones had my laptop fixed up, Tablet screen replacements and soo much more done at fast lanes. Brandon is our dude, he is honestly and quick. If there is something he is unfamiliar with he is honest and will try and if he cant (which i have only stumped him once) he is up front with you about it. SO GLAD TO HAVE THIS PLACE AROUND !!!

Fast lane was great! I had some old desk tops that needed to be tinkered with to get to work for the office. Brandon was great, he was very communicative and the computers are in great shape now. They are definitely my go to shop now!

I got my Samsung S9 back glass repaired here. They had to order the glass took a few days not long at all. Once they got the replacement it took them 30 to 45 minutes to repair. Very great customer service and only cost $54.

Came in to fix broken phone. Bought high quality phone for around $100. It was recommended to me by the guy behind desk. Couldnt be more satisfied. Cheaper to buy a new phone vs. fix my old phone screen in my situation. New phone was cheaper than screen replacement and is better quality.

They are quick with repair time, I went to get my iPhone 11 Screen replaced, and it was $118 / but there’s something about this new screen, like it fits the phone and all but it’ doesn’t seem like good quality, or not as good as the old quality, it’s worse quality when you look at everything on the screen then when the screen wasn’t cracked .

I believe Brandon was the man who fixed my phone. An incredibly kind guy who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Although busy, he did his best to make sure my phone was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The issue was, that as soon as I got my phone back, the touch ID did not work. After a full week of numerous calls to Apple, a diagnostic was run, and the internal software of my touch ID was determined to be malfunctioning. I called Fastlane to ask if they would look at it and maybe see if it was an easy fix, but Daniel basically told me Yeah, we can look at it, but there is nothing we can do. I know Brandon would have taken care of it with no problem. The other guy happily turned me away.Update: After I had written my review, Brandon called and was very kind. He gave me numerous options on what he may be able to do to help me. I had already paid to have a replacement sent from Apple, but the fact that he called back with such concern earned him his 5 stars back (When it was originally a 3).

My laptop would not charge after hitting the floor so I took it over to Fastlane Computers on a Monday. They called me the following Wednesday at 10:30 am saying it was fixed!!! How awesome is that?? I hard a hard time hearing in my IPhone XR for a couple of weeks now. I went to a repair shop on 23rd street where my son asked me to go and they told me it was a difficult repair and one they could not do. I LOVE fast lane! They have fixed two of my iPhone screens. They are so quick and efficient. I always deal with Brandon and he is a great asset to the business. He recently fixed my iPhone 5s which was literally in half when I brought it to him. At first the phone wouldnt read the SIM card from when it was dropped, when I brought it back to Brandon he was very helpful and helped me get the SIM card tray re arranged so it would work. It now works like brand new. He had both of my phones done same day as well. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I was referred to Fastlane Computers by a friend. Let me say I was VERY HAPPY with the service and price they provided to me. I went to Best Buy and they quoted me $319 to replace my screen in my laptop. I thought that was a bit high so I went to Fastlane to just see if I could get it done cheaper. Fastlane quoted me a price of $159. When they told me this I said are you sure. The manager laughed and said yes. I allowed them to do the repair and I am very happy with the service I got. I would recommend Fastlane to everyone and they have a customer for life.
