Absolutely terrible place. My friend went in because his phone wouldnt turn on, they said $35 and they’d tell him whats wrong with it. They werent able to tell him the issue with his phone and broke the back of his phone and told him they would charge him to buy the replacement part and to fix the damage THEY made and He would need to pay for everything. He told them he wanted a full refund and they refused, said theyd give him half of his money back even though they were able to do NOTHING for him and broke his phone in the process. This VOIDED his phones warranty now he has to pay the $200 insurance fee to get a new phone. Never visit this place EVER. Also not military friendly and bad customer service. Owner is a trash human being and deserves to go under. Trash business ran by trash people.

How bout negative stars? You accuse a military person that came in and trusted you to fix their phone they leave a bad review and you accuse them of being a thief and stealing money ? When you don’t even have a name? Hmmm sounds to me like ya just need shut down . Close shop, find another job . Your whole company is a disgrace. Worst place ever!!! Don’t ever go here they are scammers my brother took his phone there they said 35$ To tell him what was wrong with it. Not only did they not find out what was wrong they broke the back of the phone which voided his warranty so he has to pay 200 outta pocket for his phone insurance. Then when he asked for a refund because obviously these douchebags broke his phone and just tried to play him as a fool they refuse him and then offer half his 35$ back for the inconvenience. Hope this place goes under.

This is a horrible place… my brother in law went in to get his phone fixed and they said they couldn’t fix it and broke the back of his phone.. this place is legit trash. I don’t recommend going here..

If I could leave no stars I would. These people are scam artist who claim all of their bad reviews are scams. Don’t take your phone to this place. They’ll replace the broken parts with cheaper parts that hardly work and are very glitchy. If you have an iPhone, don’t expect your Face ID or fingerprint scanner to work after bringing it here. You’re better off leaving your phone broken.

I just got my iphone screen replaced here today, they provided good service and a decent price but they replaced my screen with an obviously cheaper screen and they used an “off brand” sensor cluster (4 different sensors; 2 cameras and 2 microphones/speakers at the top of the phone). The sensor cluster is encrypted by apple so you can only use the apple brand, they did not, now my Face ID will no longer work. The front speaker is HORRIBLE quality (also part of the sensor cluster). Literally have to put my phone in speaker mode to hear/talk to anyone. All of theses issues occurred AFTER he had my phone for those 60 minutes. Then when I asked why my Face ID didn’t work he immediately told me that they “are not responsible for any software issues” then told me to have a good day. I would not recommend this repair store AT ALL. I literally made this google account to leave this 1 review… don’t go here they are truly scam artists.

Do NOT take your phone to this store. Horrible customer service and horrible repair. They will destroy your phone and refuse to pay for the damages. If I could rate them lower than a one I would. Reported them to BBB.

SCAM ALERT! (FYI all the 5 star reviews are generic ones that they paid for)I just took my phone to the Parker location this morning at 10:30 for water damage. At that time I was told I would get a call at 1:30. After not receiving a call, I called the shop around 2 and asked the status of my repair. They told me it was drying and would call me back in hour. At 3:30 I went to the shop and asked the status of my phone and was given the run around, but the worker said my phone would be ready in one hour and he would call me if it was not. At 5 I called the shop and asked for a status and he told me it was unfixable, but wanted to hold it over night to have someone else to take a look at it and told me he would call me back in 5 minutes to talk about pricing. I did not receive a call and felt the situation was shady, so I went to the shop and requested my phone back and I got it back with the screen not fully connected to the top of the phone and the worker argued with me that it was how I turned it in.

This place is a joke. I gave me a defective screen my phone stopped functioning after 2 days. I got a reputable company to replace my screen telling me that original screen put in it by this man was defective. I brought him his old screen back and a receipt for the new one that I just bought that works and they are not willing to do anything. So basically they will just steal your money. Do not trust them

This place is nothing but crooks they broke my daughters phone so that the backlight cannot be seen it came in there with a cracked glass I’ve been a repair technician and the baloney that they were spilling to me was lies ended up charging me to put my own screen back on and gave me the broken phone back cops were called and everything bad business and they laughed about it crooks

Horrible customer service paid 140.00 for screen replacement the phone screen wasn’t right after I got it back. I thought it was a iPhone update because the resolution was horrible. The next day the screen blacked out completely. I was traveling on business in Tampa Area and called talked with Mohammad and he said he would refund my money. I paid 180 to have it repaired at another store in St Pete FL and they said the screen was cheap and it was defective. When I went into the store the guy working asked for a receipt and we found it in his book he than said the screw wasn’t his and wouldn’t issue the refund. The are scammers that are horrible business people. Don’t trust them and don’t take your phone to there shop. You have been warned.

Please for the love of god stop doing phone repairs. You constantly damage phones on a day to day basis. Terrible business practice by unknowledgeable technicians.

I took my phone in they told me it would be 1 hour to fix 5 days later I have received no phone call about my phone when I went in to ask was my phone fixed yet it was taken apart just sitting on the back counter took him an hour to find it very bad business have not received a phone call about an updated service and was disrespected when I went in and asked why it took so long with my device

Not good people, I brought two I phones in and he said that if he was able to find the problem he would charge me to fix them. If the battery was bad for one it will be $35 the other $55= 95 So he kept my phones wrote a receipt and didnt call me. When I went to pick them up he said the mother board was bad. Yet he charged me for his labor $75 for finding a problem he didnt fix.and offered to buy the phones for $20 on both because he said getting the motherboard fixed was to expensive. Bascilly i paid 75 just for him testing batteries..humm something dont sound right.

I went there to get a broken screen fix and sreen was fixed on my iphone but they tell me that my home button dosent work, well it worked b4 i brought it there. Now wants me to pay 35 extra dollars for somthing they most likely the didnt connect to get extra money!!

Went to go fix my antenna for my iPhone 6 that I have received from Verizon, I went to Verizon and they unwilling to help me and figure out why my phone was randomly switching from 1x to 3G to LTE, and would drop my phone calls. So I decided to try out this place. Once I arrived here to PhoneHub, the most formal and well trained specialist here, told me the only problem was my charging port which cost me 55$ and also gave me a discount. Which then solves all my problems with my phone. Would definitely recommend this place for any phone problem that you may have including cracked screens and etc...... Best service ever.

Got my phone fix in an hour fast easy and cheap

There should be a 0 star. Will NEVER come here again and wouldnt recommend anyone possibly wasting your money. Complete scam which is sad considering what the Panhandle has been through. I had my iPhone6splus screen replaced here. Expecting to pay $70, my mouth dropped at the extra charges added to fix my sensor and charger port, both $35 a piece for an additional $70 totaling $140. I explained to the owner/MOD that I only wanted the screen replaced and nothing else and didnt understand why I was being charged for things I didnt ask for. He ended up taking off the $35 charge for the charger port but not before writing down my DL information for reimbursement at a later date.The very next day, sitting using the restroom, my phone fell from my pocket to the floor and completely cracked. I couldnt believe it. I then noticed how paper-thin the screen was on my phone and how bad the quality was.One returning to the store, the manager wouldnt even try to help me without MY receipt, even though he had a carbon copy of the receipt in his book along with my DL information that he had taken down. Not to mention I was just there. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. BAD CHEAP SCREENS, INSANE UPCHARGES, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Brought my cracked iPhone 7 Plus in to get fixed, when my phone was returned to me the color on screen was faded & after a period of time the touch on the screen malfunctions or stops working. Brought it back twice and finally he admits it is the motherboard that’s the problem and it is an expensive fix. Mind you my phone was only cracked & still ran smoothly until I got it back from the man who “fixed” it & his only solution was “we can try a different screen” so now I have to go elsewhere & pay way more money than anticipated for something a professional screwed up. Yeh don’t go here

Shady place. Went to pick up the phone they said they had the screen but not my phone. Then went up there to check again and they had it but it wasn’t fixed another week goes by and they finally call me and say it’s ready. Total of 3 weeks without my phone. I called the number back that notified to find out what there hours were today and the guy told me I had the wrong number.

Had my phone fixed here twice and was told it would be an hour, Im currently standing outside the next morning waiting on the store to open...late... I dropped my phone off yesterday at noon to a man in pajama pants and I wish that was a joke. And to make matters worse the liquor store next to it can open on time at 9am.

Took in my tablet which only had 2 cracks on the screen but the tablet still worked fine. Ordered a new screen, paid the deposit and waited for it to come in. After not hearing from them within the 4-5 days, I went in to be told that the screen was there and to come back in 2 hours to pick it up. Not even 20 minutes later I get a call saying that I now needed a new LCD screen which is ridiculous cuz there was nothing wrong with the LCD screen. Everything was in working condition when I dropped it off. I drove back up there to get the tablet and noticed a new big crack in the screen and thats the reason I need a new LCD screen. So in the 20 mins that it was there the tablet ended up with a new crack and now is completely broken. Then on top of that I get told I cant get my deposit back cuz they had already ordered the glass screen and couldnt do anything with it. Worst place ever! Will never go back there and wouldnt recommend that anybody take anything there to be fixed.

My phone screen cracked and I took it to phone hub to get fixed he didnt charge a lot and the screen is fixed now but my phone glitches and I never get good service none of this was like this until I took it to phone hub.A friend of mine also took their phone there and it doesnt work right it glitches and wont connect to wifi.

Went to put another screen on my grandsons phone an it wanted to come off..they use cheep screens ! Got to the one it Mall they do a great job!!

Horrible I went to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed which was $85 and when I went back to get it and went home i noticed a crack down the middle and i went back and they said oh no we didnt do that and wanted to charge me $60 more

Owner or worker was very Rude.I was trying to get rid of a phone I haven’t used in a while he kept trying to shove his charger into the charger port when clearly you could see it went upside down not right side up.

-Ladrones !!!I went for a change of battery to my iPhone 6, the man told me that he was totally broken, that the card was broken and he offered me $ 20 for the phone. I said no, I went to another place, they changed my battery and now I have the phone as good as new.They charged me $ 35 just to review it and give me a FALSE diagnosis!I do not plan to go back and if somebody thinks of going to this place for some repairs, be prepared well that you will surely be scammed.
