I have known JJ the store manager for a long time which is why I choose this Verizon store. JJ always provides the best customer service.. I recently visited the store to see what we could do about my moms iPhone. Today I had the pleasure of working with Frankie. He listened to me and gave me options. Verizon has a great buy back program. We took advantage of the buy back program and also got a newer android for my mom. Frankie provided excellent customer service. Thx Frankie!

BUYERS BEWARE......I just got my bill and Im so up set! I just found out the phone the sales man said would be free if I added a new line for only $20 a month was not FREE! Also, I was NOT told about the phone number change charges to my account for 2 phones number changes $27 each and an additional activation fee on 2 new upgrades phones $40 each. I wasnt even explained about the 3 set up fees of $35 from the store (not Verizon) until he had me sign a little electronic black box, then after printed out a sales receipt. I didn’t complain about that because he DID do a lot to help me set up all 3 phones and I felt that was fair. Which I paid right then. $360 (set up fees for 3 phones, 3 cases and 3 screen protectors).Then when I got my bill it was $372 more!! I only expected it to be $99. ($20 a month for 1 new line, $17.50 X 2 for 2 new upgrades phones and $45 for insurance on all)Here I where I feel mislead and even tricked..... after signing the electronic black box he handed me a two page receipt which I thought was all I was supposed to get but obviously the sales guy was suppose to give 3 new contracts with all the details. Which, if he had I would have realized he never told me about all these extra charges. Especially, where he talked me into adding a line and I was to get a phone for my handicapped disabled mother for FREE. I would have never added that line because she already had a phone with Boost that was working fine. I was just trying to put her on my plan and save her a few dollars since she is on a fixed income.BUYERS BEWARE......make sure you get all contracts upfront, read everything before signing a little black electronic box!!! Not just a sales receipts. Dont just believe what the sales man tells you! Trust me he seemed so knowledgeable, honest, upfront and nice.I spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to figure all this out and came to the conclusion I was already locked into 3 new contracts for 2 years and couldn’t do a thing about it. The only thing the nice lady on the phone Diane from Verizon could do for me is give me a $60 credit. So, now I’m paying on a phone I didn’t even need for two years. WOW!!!If you look at all my other google reviews you can tell I’m not a person that normally complains or slams a business on purpose. I just feel very taken advantage of!
I ended up at this store last year during COVID lockdown because nothing else was open. Let me just say, with the level of service I received from Jeff I will NEVER go to a corporate store again. I have been back in 2 more times since and he has rocked it every time!Thanks Jeff 💥

From start to finish(or should say infinity) I love both beach store by Home Depot and the one in Calloway. The managers and staff is why I always ONLY DEAL WITH THESE VERIZON GUYS. B J Coleman, josh and Xavier your customer service speaks for itself. I own an air conditioner company and have only dealt with BJ no mater what and wait for him no matter what I have to handle or what days he’s off. After BJ being out he lined me up with Josh which by the way is top notch as they come too. Due to my son being eager for phone I had to deal with some one née and wasn’t happy about it at first with my son not waiting because they were off. After dealing with someone new Xavier I was very pleased as if it was BJ or josh because the customer service was exceptional. This is why I Send Everyone I know to you guys. The Specialists All were eager to speak with me numerous visits and explain why the contract was different than my verbal consent ato sale. Thanks for validation of my concerns, with professionalism and PATIENCE.🌟💯What I was told by the sales Representative Derrick, and Frankie, is not the contract. A contract binding with in 72 hours of nearly half of my income for 24 months. I would think a 💍 would be in order😊 It is great product and network coverage. Wooohoo!

I used the Callaway Verizon location, all employees friendly and courteous.I made an appointment with Danzelle, he came in on his off time to accommodate my schedule. Fast and painless phone upgrade, he had an assortment of covers and screen protectors already pulled for me to choose from. He also ensured I got the Max. exchange price and discounts towards my new phone . Highly recommend you see Danzelle on your next Verizon visit. He does work a PC Beach store also, call for his schedule.

My wife cracked her screen on her S9 edge, So it was time to upgrade. There is a big verizon store just a minute away from her work on 23rd street just infront of Home Depot. We like to look at touch/hold the phone before we buy one for around a 1000.00, but not today! We arrived at this store on 23rd street and a big angry guy with a mask meets us at the door. I said meets not greets. He said with frustration DO YOU HAVE A APPOINTMENT i explained we did not and didnt know we needed one, but just wanted to upgrade a phone. They only had one customer when we arrived, but anyways. Then he continued by stating the wait would be too long we need to order online what we want. And could pick up curbside our order when it was delivered.Made sure to tell me that we ourselves could set the phone up because they dont do that here anymore so we went left. I remember seeing a Verizon store just down from my job in callaway. So we arrived at the callaway store and walked in, all 3 employees greeted us and said we will be with you shortly. Each one was busy with a customer. After about 5 minutes of browsing, this young lady approaches and asks if she can help. Thats when i met Gabby(hope I spelled it correctly). So we explain to her my wifes phone is cracked and would like to upgrade her phone. She talked with my wife and found a phone that she liked, and also made sure they had in stock so she could have a phone when she left. Gabby was so nice with the whole process, she even talked me into buying a new phone and I really didnt need one. But Im glad I did!From now on we will be doing all our business and telling friends and colleagues about our experience with both stores. There are already alot of decisions to be made when buying a new phone. The last thing I need is someone treating us like a burden when we are about to spend a few thousand dollars on a few phones and accessories. Gabby made sure we were taking care of and did it professionally, Cellular Sales in Callaway on Tyndall Parkway is the only Verizon store to go to when you are in Panama City Florida.

Bought a new LG V60 ThinQ smart phone, getting a dual screen with a promotion. John Huffman is the man to talk to. Knowledgeable of all phones and plans, found the best phone for me, even if it wasnt what I came in to buy because it was what everyone else was buying. The LG fit me better. AND he found an over 50 unlimited plan for us. Amazing customer service skills. Hes a RockStar!!
After trying to get me to buy a phone I did not want and explicitly said I did not want they promised I could trade in my old phone as long as I could get it to turn back on and show it had been reset and find my iPhone was turned off. Having spent a month trying to work with my phone to keep it on long enough to do that I brought it in and was informed that that instruction was indeed wrong and the phone had to be functioning as normally. Wish they could just be honest to save everyone time.
I was with straight talk for quite a few years and got sick of how sometimes I would not receive text messages. I came to the Tyndall Parkway Verizon and I called and they said they were happy to help me. They made sure I had everything I needed. It was so nice. I appreciate all the help I got considering i am young but not to knowledgeable on technology and phones. In my book out of a 1-10 the help was a 20. Awesome service!

I met with Jeff Johnson at Cellular Sales in the Callaway store today. He had some great advise on how to upgrade my phone to the IPhone 11 that I wanted. He handled all the details of the upgrade efficiently and quickly. My long tenure with Verizon Wireless is largely because of the excellent and professional service Jeff has provided over the years. He moved my entire business to wireless under a great plan that saved me Hundreds $$$ yearly from Comcast business. I highly recommend Jeff to you. Hes very busy but well worth the wait!

After a lot of consideration I spent $1,200 on a Verizon Ipad Pro 2020. I use it for work. It is under warranty. It broke after only 3 mo. I patiently called the PAnama City Verizon as listed on their web site.... for days... no answer or I was re routed to a chat bx who didnt have a clue.!I tried to go in person today during my 1 hr lunch break... out in the Heat..someone finally came to the door and I simply asked for a bx to mail it to repairs. The blondish lady was very Rude said I had to make an appt. So I am now 2 weeks without my ipad and jo way to get it repaired. Verizon has gone way down hill. Ill never recommend them to my co workers friends or family. They dont get it

Customer service was terrible and no information was pulled up on their computer about my account and they did not resolve any issue or problem that I had on Sunday. The two that were working were making hand motions to one another regarding my conversation just very rude.

He explained everything so well that I immediately knew he is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my equipment here as well as with my mom in another state. With COVID-19 stay at home and teleworking with a government laptop I use my jetpack to get the laptop brought up. I have been a Verizon customer since @ 2000! SJS, Panama City FL.
Best experience with Verizon ever by far. John was my salesman and I couldn’t have asked for more or better service. He made sure every aspect I was concerned with was handled to the fullest. Made the extra phone calls. Went over numbers multiple times to ensure everything was clear. And most of all, he established fantastic rapport. This guy is what a representation of Verizon should be.
We needed to get an iphone and ipad updated and went to Cellular Sales in Calloway, FL. This was our third trip to this store and each time the service was excellent. Today John Huffman spent a lot of unhurried time getting the updates done, getting my husband a new iphone 11, setting up the Hum in our Jeep, and getting us a better unlimited program. He answered all questions, took care of all glitches in changing plans, reprogrammed the new phone and was a delight to work with.The store was busy, but we never felt rushed. We went in to activate a gifted Phone, Chris tried but it wasnt a Verizon phone so it wouldnt work. Chris was very kind and extremely helpful. My son and I not only have wonderful new phones, but they are working perfectly. He presented me with a plan that stayed within my budget and helped me learn how to use the new device. The service Chris has provided is exemplary, I love this store!

I can honestly say that Cellular Sales is by far more customer-oriented than the corporate stores! John went above and beyond on several occasions to help me. Twice now he has met with me on his day off and handled my issues, JUST TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE. Grade-A customer service and the level of professionalism was tip-top!

Jj has been our used car dealer from the past. He is now our new phone dealer/sales. Rarely do you find someone that, yup, Id buy a used car from this guy to, yup, Id buy a really expensive phone from. Done both. Me and my wife have been very happy with the sales and service he has provided. After the hurricane Michael, Verizon got bashed hard. No service for days, not an easy time to work in the cell phone business. Took a while but Verizon got things going again. The only way we could use internet was wifi hotspot on Verizon service. So all in all, Ill keep using the service. Very happy with provider and service providers. If you want someone who wont leave you with buyers remorse, hit up J.J in Callaway, Florida. Outstanding! I was barely greeted as I entered the door. When a representative opened up, I was great please tell me you are buying a phone today. When I explained that I had a problem with my current phone I was told to call the warranty department. I ask the salesman to please call them. He dialed and handed me the phone and then continued to complain with his co-workers in the background about how many hours they had left in the day.
Will has been handling my business account for a few years now, and I have multiple lines. He keeps us up to date with the best phones and services. Theres never been an issue he hasnt been able to solve. He even comes by my shop when I am needing assistance, or just to stop in and check to see if we need anything. Hes absolutely amazing!
John was absolutely GREAT. I have worked in retail for over 20 years. Great customer service is hard to find. I made some changes at a Verizon advantage store and my account is totally DISadvantaged now. The whole experience in this Cellular wireless sales 1000% better than my experience in the other store. This is now my Verizon of choice, and being a business owner, I will generate quite a bit of revenue for this company. Its a pleasure doing business with someone who actually knows what they are doing. This young man should be training all Verizon store employees, the proper rules of outstanding customer service. I came into see David about upgrading my phone and he made a great recommendation to edge upgrade. I got a brand new very durable smartphone with no contract and low up front costs. I would recommend this store and employee to anyone.I was helped out by a man named Nick.He assisted my mother and I with combining our cellphone plans into one plan.He did not try to convince me to stay on my own plan, he understood that combining our plans would save us a fair amount of money a month and helped us in every way imaginable.I was going to switch my cellphone service in April of 2015 to save money, but now I will stick with Verizon seeing as how I was able to go on a family plan without loosing my ability to upgrade next month.He also gave me his number to text/call about the new HTC One M9 that comes out next month, although I will not need to contact him because I can search google myself for answers.I can see how offering his work cellphone to his customers for help and information can be useful to people who do not like to search for answers themselves. It is a very good business practice on his part.His co-worker was also a kind man.

Would not recommend this store to anyone. Visited store with problem on my phone person who checked it out had no idea even implied that I had no problem. Had to come home and called Verizon who sorted problem out within 3 minutes would recommend going to authorized Verizon Company store on 23rd Street. I will never go in this store again.

Some of the data was not easily transferable, but he call for support and found info on-line to get the job done.
