I walked to the store to get some information about plans, phones, etc. I met there Jennifer, she was really helpful, patient and gave me as much information as I needed. She helped me to switch from different company to T-Mobile . Jennifer made the whole process painlessly, she even stayed to help me when her shift ended. Highly recommended . Thank you for very good customer service . It doesnt happen that often.
I brought my father into this store a few months back after I finally convinced him to upgrade his old flip phone to a smartphone. The sales reps who assisted us throughout the process were polite and professional! Lorena did a good job recommending the phone we purchased based on my fathers basic usage. Manuel was the pleasant young man who set up our account and service. He did an awesome job transferring all the contacts on to the new phone (which I did not think would be possible!). The assistant manager Daisy was attentive and noticed there was a defect on the phone. She was able to swap it with a new one patiently and promptly!We had a great experience. Not only was everyone very knowledgeable on their products, but their customer service was excellent!!
My wife and I went in prepared to be there forever, get questionable customer service, and walk out frustrated even though we did what we needed to do as we have in the past from a completely different location. BUT!!!! From the moment we walked in Alex greeted us with a smile and really took care of us. Customer service is a big thing for me I’ve walked out of places for less than decent customer service. He was very patient with us while we made up our minds on phones he made the entire visit very easy. Most of all he was straight with us! He wasn’t trying to hide any extra fees or pushing us to buy something we didn’t need want or ask for. I would definitely recommend making this location the one and only one to go to if you want great customer service from REAL people.

I recently stopped by the TMobile store at 1590 N Rand Road Unit B on two separate occasions. The first time, I was helped by Loraine and then the 2nd visit Jennifer. Both were extremely nice and very helpful, setting up my new phone as well as correcting my operating issues. Very excellent TMobile service.

I recently switched over to T-Mobile. I went over to this store only a few blocks away from my house. I was helped by a very smart young man named Christian Vargas. Extremely helpful and respectful young man. I was given the greatest deal thanks to him. My visit there was nothing but good. Went home with a very good deal and BRAND NEW PHONE! So far I love it! Dont let the negative reviews stop you from going to this store. Everyone there was very friendly!

Went to turn in my wife’s phone after discontinuing service and switching providers. We ended up not turning in her phone because they said we couldn’t. After FOUR calls to corporate both before and after going to the store, we get confirmation every single time that we can turn it in the store. Call to confirm, and we were hung up on. This is the exact reason we left T-Mobile. This is truly a terrible company, and the people at this store make it even worse.
Jenny worked with us and she was great. Cecilia brought us chairs to sit in because we are disabled, they were both so nice and helpful!

I went in with my family to buy some new phones, and saying the customer service here is great is a complete understatement . They were phenomenal, specifically Christian . He’s your guy . Stopped in this store after two other stores could not help be activate my new phones. In 5 minutes Manuel was able to get my phones up and running. This is a new converted store that I will come to when I need another phone or additional help with something.

The worst store ever. Dont go there because they wont take care of you. Their service is bad, they made many mistakes when switching the plan, and manager didnt want to fix them later.
Where do I begin. Worst customer service ever. I asked to return a tablet the manger goes to the back makes a fake call and tells me she can’t return it. I guess they only help if you’re Latino. Do not get here!

Horrible service long waiting when they just chill and making view like working.
This is a corporate store but doesnt do repairs at this location. The will ask you to go to Rolling Meadows for repairs. Ive had two encounters with them recently and both have been a very positive experience. Although I had to wait a half for a rep during their busy time it was more a factor of the process they go through when buying a phone through the Sprint process. They make certain you understand what youre signing, leasing or buying. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Sales staff refuses to sell you a phone unless you purchase their accessory package, which is severely overpriced. What a joke.
The sales folks here are terrible! They can’t get anything right. They don’t even know the current promotions that sprint currently offers. After I was setup on the system, I started to notice errors done by the sales person. I switched from ATT to Sprint because of the monthly cost; now I see why it’s cheaper to go with Sprint; the sales folks with ATT are truly more professional, know their stuff, and they don’t screw the customers.
All these reviews are old and outdated. This is by far the BEST Sprint store that I have been to. The customer service was excellent and speedy. I was crunched on time because I was on my lunch break and they did the upgrade really fast & applied the screen protector and case all within like 40 minutes. They were really friendly and attentive. I laughed the whole time & it was just a great overall experience. I will definitely be visiting again. PLUS the music they were playing was awesome!
Nora at this store is terrific, She was very helpful and took the time to explain to me exactly what I was buying and how much it would cost. Even looking for way s to lower my BILL which I really appreciated. I recommend to anyone who ask to use this store and see Nora.
I went into Sprint at 8:45in the evening right before closing. They were so polite. I had been to 5 Sprint locations. I received zero help from those locations. Alex is the bomb. He was so patient and professional. He had never seen the problem I was having. He took the time to figure it out. I walked out with a fixed phone. This kid is going placesThank you Alex. Lacks customer service skills. The supervisor Mr Hector, barely gives attention to waiting customers and looks for every opportunity to ask customers out the door like suggesting that people can try other sprint locations. The Junior supervisor, Mr Christian is just the same, with the worst lakadiastic attitude Ive ever seen from a sales or customer rep.After waiting for more than an hour without any attention from any of them, I had to leave in frustration 😡😡!
Rude, crazy staff. I wanted to change the color of the brand new phone and so did my sister. So we wanted to exchange it with each other. Since we are on the same family plan. If we did then we loss the promotion on both phones. Would not recommend this store, not helpful. They do not know how to use the sprint system to exchange the phones numbers within the same family plan. They only know how to open new accounts.

I honestly have wanted out of my contract with sprint for about a year now, but my last experience with this store and a particular employee, changed my mind! Alex Acuna (snagged a card to spell that right😁) not only helped me switch my service over to a new galaxy s9+ but he also helped my boyfriend switch hes service over with care and urgency! He was knowledgeable about products and just a pleasant dude to talk to. Guys, most mobile phone service provider companies suck to deal with, do yourself a favor and go see Alex so its at least a lot less painful!

I was surprised when I stumbled on this Sprint store on a walk around the neighborhood, lived here all this time and didnt know that my cell carrier was a around the corner. The store is tuck away amongst a small set of store fronts, overshadowed by the Home Depot, so it proably gets overlooked alot. I went in and store more spacious then it looks from outside, store was clean and had a nice layout, that displayed real models of all the latest phones and much to my surprise the new IWatch 5 and Iphone 11. All the store clerks were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the products, it was great they just let me checkout the phones, I appreciated not being pressured to buy ... left me alone and I was entertained for hours. Great Sprint store, clerks had good customer service skills, so much that I left the place with 2 new phones. So if you got Sprint service this is a good store to do business with.
I am very frustrated in the customer service here. Some of the staff is very friendly here, but I recently had to activate a new phone after my old phone bricked. The man at the counter said that I would have to buy insurance whenever I activated a new device along with a $30 activation fee. I know that is not true because I had activated a temporary phone to use at the Arlington Heights location just a week ago with no hassle or fees.The man also told me the only way to activate my new phone without paying the insurance would be to call Sprint or go online through live chat. I shouldnt have to jump through all of these hoops to get a phone activated.Truly disappointing. I am not going to bother going to this location again.
12/25 update: I came in Xmas for help with texting. Rafael Herrera, Sales Supervisor, managed in just a few minutes to fix a block on the phone. This Palatine store is great & we love the music variety that is played. What a friendly helpful team they are!12/20: Terrific experience when getting such great help from Daisy Arce. For 7 days I was struggling to figure out how to get a replacement phone for the one I lost. While I had been calling the 888 line of the customer service network (who tried their best), it wasnt until I spoke directly with Daisy at the store and to the corporate customer care representative (of the 888-group), that I now believe my situation will be resolved. And I have the proper phone needed to suit my needs. As a long term Sprint customer, I have to say that Daisys help has been the best. I would recommend her and the Palatine store to any customers, especially those seniors and people like myself who dont know all the latest technologies. Thanks for the opportunity to post this gratitude. MH
Do not go to this store. They do not honor the 30 day return policy. Customer service repeatedly told them that we were in the 30 days and to let us return the defective phone we were sold but they would not. Go to any other sprint location it is well worth the extra 10 minute drive.
Every time I go here the service is slow and very rude. Ive been a Sprint customer for 13 years now and am so disappointed as to how Ive recently been treated at this location. My 2nd to last visit, I walked in with a question and the employee rudely responded Let me make sure nobody else in the store needs assistance before I assist you and literally asked EVERY PERSON in the store if they needed help (none did) before helping me. The last visit, they recommended a cell phone case that doesnt fit the phone I purchased as a Christmas present. They refused to allow me to return the case that THEY recommended and said would fit the phone. Now Im out $80.
New staff seem little better but still have worker with attitudes this time when contract of phones are paid i think a competitive company might be better to switch

He did not listen to me when I said what I wanted and just denied that he can not support for the device return. Even corporate Sprint told me to go to the store for the service.After argument for some time I called Sprint and he finally accepted.I wish I could give worse grade review.Look for other store or providers.
Store associate was dishonest about monthly price of the phone in an attempt to raise her accessory sales. When asked about her sales tactic, she became irrate and rude. She was wearing a jacket so I was not able to get her name. I decided to go to a different Sprint store to complete my purchase.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Got lied to about monthly price, the salesman told me he was using fake social security numbers to help me out so i wouldnt need to pay anything for a brand new iphone 8+. Got into a car crash in palatine where they promised ide have full service, no service and unable to call 911. Went to rerurn it and the other salesman did not cancel my account correctly, lied said my,name was off sprint, and now i see that they charged me a full month of service for 2 days of service that did not work. Lied to me about my billing date so just went to pay the first and only bill and of course the payment is late and charged me an extra 35$.spent atleast 50 hours in the palatine store and was on the phone with customer service for atleast 20 hours trying to fix what these inbreds did to my account. The store manager is completly useless and rolls her eyes and giggles while walking away whe she doesnt want to answere your questions. The team at palatine did such a horrible job at opening my account that no other store manager at any othwr location could help me, and every supervisor at customer service had no idea what they did. Going to palatine sprint has cost me over 1000$ in late fees, lost time at work, lawyer payments, and gas and time. Never have i ever experienced anything as horrible at a store as this. Absolutely do not go here.
This place has been a major disappointment for many years but its the only Sprint store near me at the moment that I know of. They have no clue what the words customer service mean, and even more so last time I checked not everybody in America speaks or knows the Hispanic language so its not very professional to have music playing rather loud in a different language. I wouldnt expect the next time I go to Rome for them to be playing Garth Brooks in an everyday store.

Do not go to this store. The most irresponsible customer service I ever had.I lost my sim card for galaxy s7 and Sprint Customer service told me to go to this store. A guy whose name Erik gave me a new sim and I asked him to activate my phone. He said I should wait additional 10 mins so I did for more than 20 mins and checked another guy if I need to wait more. The guy had no idea about my issue and repeatedly told me to call Sprint customer service to activate it despite my request. I insisted and he eventually tried but the new sim was not compatible with my phone. Nobody took responsibility for the waste of time. Irresponsible and unprofessional.
Nora, was trying to get me to trade my phone ( worth more than 200 ) for 150 in accessories. Said no multiple times. Than she gave me this cold shoulder attitude. Very rude. Wont ever go back to the location.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this Sprint store. I went Saturday to get help and they were busy and short staffed because two employess were at lunch. When they came back from lunch you could tell they didnt want to be there and when it was my turn for help. Not only was the person unknowledgable in being able to help me she acted like she was doing me a favor for even talking to me. She did the bare bones to assist me with my issue but when I mentioned I was going to go look at headphones she jumped to sell something but she never did fix my issue and I left the store very angry. Later that day my phone acted up hugley so I went back to the store and I showed my phone to the person remaining he very rudely told me he wasnt a technition, didnt even look at my phone and set me to a tech store in Hoffman Estates. Talk about being frustrated and angry! He was rude and couldnt be bothered to even look at my phone and sent me on my way and I was the only customer in the store at that time. I went to the Hoffman Estates center to where the repair tech not only fixed my issue but explained I should go to the Iphone store in Woodfield which would be the closest location at that moment. He also told be the entrance to go in and how to turn once inside the mall to get to the destination. Their customer service skills are extremely poor. I question why Sprint would hire people for a customer service driven industry when clearly at the Palatine Store they are too worried about joking with each other and being unprofessional and unwilling to assist customers. They acted like they were doing us a favor by being there.
Don’t recommend this store. Made me buy a tablet with 100$ bonus for sprint products, but after i found out they have put 100$ in my bill. Liars!
I walked into the store to see if I could trade my iPhone in and was waiting in line. A Hispanic couple came in after me and one of the sales people asked if they needed help while I was standing long before them. Dont go in if youre white! Rude! Never going there again! They are playing Mexican music in the store, so unprofessional!!!!
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Incredibly rude staff,nl Daisy and the male manager. Very unprofessional. They stole $30 from us by suddenly adding fees without letting us know before hand and when we complained they kicked us out the store. Def complaining about them on every website i can find regarding Sprint.
