Love this store. The people are always so helpful and polite. Amy has helped several times and makes coming to this location more than worth it. There was also a rep named Michael who even though he recently started working here, he was all over the sales stages and also did great. Horrible is an understatement. My husband had been lied to by one of the employees resulting in a huge bill. We called AT&T and were told this was a huge mix up and the manager of the store should credit us the amount the carrier is charging us due to deductible fees that shouldn’t have been charged due to the phone being under the warranty. We have called the store several times asking to speak to the manager and were told;1. He is too busy.2. He isn’t here now.3. He left for the day.The excuses are laughable. We left our phone number to call and he never did. We will be reaching out to the corporate office filling a formal complaint. We will also be leaving AT&T after 10 years. We have multiple phone lines with this carrier and will gladly take our business where customers are being treated with respect.UPDATE: STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THE MANAGER!!!
Not only did the associate Amey P add an unauthorized line on my account, she added hbo and upgraded all of the lines on my account. She lied and said she couldn’t help me transfer my contacts and information from my old phone to my new one because it would take 4 hours, if you don’t want to provide service you shouldn’t be in the customer service field. Didn’t notice she did this until we got our new phone bill. The manager isn’t anymore help than she is, he lied to cover up his associates unauthorized changes to my account. Hopefully the district manager has better work ethic. I’ll never ever go back to that ATT just look at all the horrible reviews!! Who knows how many people have been lied to and taken advantage of so they can get a fatter commission. FRAUDULENT!!!!! Don’t go here
Went in there, was greeted by a young lady named jasmine. Very friendly and very focused. She got me a very good deal and a couple great phones. Best place to go to.

Going into the store is pointless. They dont perform ANY customer services there. You are on your own for all tech even when buying a new phone for a ridiculous amount of money. It is POINTLESS to go in because all they can do is sell you things you can easily order online.
Empty promises and lies. When I needed a new phone I was deciding between staying with Verizon or switching to AT&T. I visited this store and was promised two different promotions (one on the phone and one on service). This made the decision a no brainer. They said it takes three billing cycles for the discounts to show up on the account. Three billing cycles went by and NEITHER of the promised discounts were applied. I contacted AT&T and they said the issue had to be dealt with at the local store. I visited the Palatine store, where I purchased the phone, and spoke with the manager that admitted I was lied to and assured me he would deal with it. He told me he sent emails to his bosses and would be back in touch... He never contacted me. I went back to the store and he said he hadnt heard anything but would follow up. I have never heard back. I cant wait for my contract to be up so I can go back to Verizon.

The service that Jeffrey Gave me was exceeding customer service expectations! I appreciated all the help he gave me building my quote from giving me different options to go with and what seem reasonable with me ! It was very different from being In a regular at&t store where you feel pressured to buy instead he actually let me and my wife see all the options and take home our new IPhone XR & also Upgrading my wife’s phone which was not in the plan but it made sense ! Bought a phone this past Friday and switched over to attnt. Jose, the manager, assisted me with my purchase and all i needed was a new phone and a basic unlimited plan. I was signed up for an unlimited plan that included hbo. Already have hbo through another provider.. also was signed up for an internet installation in my home. Which was never discussed because i already have internet with another provider. Super unhappy that i had to go home and adjust my own plan through the app. Also just got off the phone canceling the internet installation. Annoyed to say the least! Happy with my new phone though.
Went in to update my iPhone and Artur presented many options. He was courteous and friendly. I had an issue with another phone at a separate address and was given several choices as to how to proceed. Very much liked introductions to other team members while the backup and so on proceeded. I will return for service at this store.

Zero star review. I lost two days to get the phone with those people... they screwed up my online order and then I was waiting another 24 hours for my phone.. after that someone cancel my order and they push me to do everything one more time in the store.... so I paid 30 activation fee ( they never remove this from my account) and they add all kind of insurance to my phone.. the guy who sale the phones in that place got no basic knowledge about cellular phones networks etc.... for almost every question I asked his answe was I dont know.... just avoid this place ... find another att store.....

I was there about two weeks ago and was in need of a new cell phone. Im usually too busy to keep up with newest phones and Ive had my previous cell phone for over 4 years so I wasnt sure what I wanted. Rafael was the one who helped me and he showed me all the phones and was very knowledgeable about all the futures so it made my decision a whole lot easier. I went with a S10+ and two weeks later I am still impressed by this phone. Its perfect and makes my job a lot easier. I highly recommend everyone to check out this location and ask for the manager Rafael. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed with his professionalism and knowledge of every item in that store. Thanks to him I got the perfect phone and service I need and definitely will be back to see what other services I can switch too and make my life and work easier.

Jeffrey was extremely helpful he sat there with me while working with a crowd of customers and did an amazing job at multitasking I’ve been to the location at deer park and Arlington Heights and they did not assist me nor take the time to resolve any of my problems like Jeffrey did ! I wish I could give this 0 starts. I called them to discuss an issue with my bill. I spoke with Hunter. After going through the bill several times, he refused to consider what I was saying and that I might be right, that there was a credit warranted. I had to print off my bill and drive to the store to discuss further. When I arrived, he was standing there, waiting to confront me. He immediately launched into why he was right and why I was wrong. Then threw his tablet down on the table to emphasize his rightness. I calmly pulled out my printout and showed him why I thought the fee was in error. He quickly realized I was right and backed off. I was exceptionally frustrated he was so combative. He didnt seem to care one way or the other. Nor did he care that Id just spent the better part of an hour, first on the phone with customer service then having to call him and eventually drive into the store just to prove I was right.
Quality service, personable staff and exceptional customer care. Alfredo Jimenez, employee, was outstanding and guided me throughout my whole time in the store! Was kind, knowledgeable and professional, without being overwhelmingly salesy, which was awesome! Great to see that there are still folks out there that simply care about the well-being of the customer and not simply making money off of them. Highly recommend this location and advise you ask for ALFREDO, he will not disappoint!!!
This location is really good because I enjoyed the great service. This location helped me pay my bill regardless of the long wait. They knew how to prioritize each customer’s requests. This place got packed but the employees knew what they were doing. Dan and AJ were very patient and kind. They knew how to solve the issues of other clients. I recommend to go to this place if you need to upgrade because the gentlemen are very patient and informative.

In July 2018 switched from t-mobile to AT&T at this location... I was told by signing up that my activation charges would be waived..signed up for 3 lines originally. My first bill was higher than what the manager had explained. Second bill was $1,000.... How can this be so? Paid the bill as it was due and proceeded to go back to this store... Spoke to the manager at the time who also was the one who signed me up.He was only able to get me credit for $300 of the $750 I was over charged, He explained the following month he could credit me the rest.Well, that next billing cycle I go in and he was no longer working for this store. Second manager Ron said he would contact his district manager and get back to me, he never did. Now Ron no longer works there...Long story short Employees seem to be lying to customers for commission $$$ and then the bill hits... Worst experience ever... Will Never use AT&T again.

My wife and I went to this store at the end of October to buy new phones. Just to buy new phones. Not to make any changes to our plan or our service.They pitched us AT&T’s internet service while we were chatting, but we declined. We were only there for the new phones. Nothing additional.We bought the new phones, did not discuss adding anything additional to our bill other than the cost of the new phones. Did not discuss adding any additional services, features, etc. The word “insurance” was not mentioned, but if it had been, we would have declined.Once our first bill came from AT&T, there was an additional line item for insurance. We disputed this with AT&T, they removed the insurance moving forward and have told us they’ll credit the insurance charges that were billed so far.AT&T customer service corrected the situation, but this individual store location has left a bad taste in my mouth. Adding the insurance was either shady or incompetent, either way it’s not acceptable. Do not recommend.
Antonio was very professional and caring, I came in looking to get answers on my phone not working. He gave me my options over upgrading my phone but also acknowledge that I had insurance. He saved me from having to buy a new phone. I will be back when I want to get a new phone. This is my new spot.

*long review but worth it * PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!I walked into this store in need of internet for my home. The sales rep that enrolled me pitched me a combo package deal which included direct tv for only a couple of bucks more. I was sold. Unfortunately the rep completely lied about the terms and price. They then send out the installation crew to set up cable but also does not mention they will send another sales rep out to your home to try and sell you more stuff. I was unable to be home for the installation so I had my gf let the crew in. My gf signs for the installation because I am not there.Now my first bill comes and it’s 20$ more then quoted. I call customer service because I am just curious on why this is. I come to find out that the deal I was given doesn’t exist.I go back to this store to address it and I’m lucky enough to encounter the rep who actually enrolled me before. This guy literally acknowledges and apologizes for lying but informs me that he’s just a rep and I need to come back when the manager is working to resolve it.So I come back a few days when the manager is in and then he also acknowledges and apologizes for his employees mistake. He says that he’s the new manager here and is trying to change the bad habits and culture of the store. However he explains that since they’re not a corporate location he can not help resolve any issues. He also reassures me that this is just a minor issue and I will be helped.Soo I go to corporate and wait hours just to speak to someone just to find out they can’t help either because it did not take place in their store. Their advice was to call customer support again or go back to the original store.I call customer support and explain everything that has happen only to be insulted, criticized, and belittled. These people were so unhelpful and were doing everything they could to get me off the phone. They told me that they as well can’t help because the sign up didn’t occur over the phone.They told me since my gf signed the installation agreement that it serves as a contract for me to be stuck in this plan. Which I don’t know what type of institution does this.Moral of the story. Do not buy from this location and possibly AT&T at all. Rude customer service and dishonest team. I am completely shocked that AT&T has no way of keeping their employees accountable and doesn’t even try to accommodate for these mistakes. THANKS FOR WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME AT&T.

Not very helpful and while youre theyre trying to get customer help theyre telling you its not there department or they dont have access to certain things on your account to call customer service!!??? Really are you kidding me thats why I personally went to the store with my 88 year old father for customer service!!! And when you call customer service the run around is ridiculous. And if you get an operator that doesnt know the answer or doesnt want to be bothered they will tell you to hold on and either disconnect you or youll go to the recording all representatives are busy now your approximate wait time is eternity (20min). Are you kidding me so frustrating!!!!!! Employees working at a store should be giving you customer service. Im doing my research will be changing to xfinity across the street they seemed more interested in my business.

I have been coming to this store for years! This is the only store that always helps me out on deals. Yes the wait can be a little bit longer than corporate store but it is worthed. Couple of days ago I upgraded my plan the manager stayed 2 hours after closing just to make sure I would get what I needed. Not to mention my mom forgot her brand new phone and he went beyond my expectations to contact us ASAP and waited until we went back. This store has been much more helpful to me than any other store in that area. I would not hesitate to go to this store because I know I would be treated with respect and the employees there would do everything posible to satisfy my needs. Highly recommend this store!!!
