This has to be the worst place, went in to get a free phone, wound up spending 230.00 on a screen protector and a cheap case! They did not refund my money, they lied I had to call corporate and the Chinese man that works there is very prejudice, he told us he had to go look at the video camera to see what was said. I have it all on video! How do you not show a customer how much something costs? This store is not a CORPORATE STORE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

I was very grateful with their service. They not only left the store open in this chaos, for someone like me that needed emergency help with the phone, but also manage to keep the store super clean. I felt very comfortable and happy getting service there and even was able to soothe my anxiousness through the incense sticks they had on. I normally dont post any reviews, but I really wanted to let everyone know of the outstanding services they perform regardless of the situations. They really are the best!

I walked in to buy a new phone because I was informed by another metro store that the issue I have with my phone was not fixable, but guess what? They fixed my issue without charging me any fees. Then did they lose their business? No. This will be the store I will buy all my friends and families phones from now on. Thanks guys! I will recommend you guys to everyone I know.

It was very cheering and warm to pay my bill at this location. The store was very clean and they were practicing social distancing exactly as it was instructed by the media. A trustworthy store to get services in this season.

Mike at the store was extremely helpful and made the process of getting my mother a new phone very simple. My mom still had an old flip phone and at 60 was finally ready to get a smartphone, and Mike gave us all our options, never pressured us, and made the process very easy and painless. Thanks Mike! Only the ones that have had issues with the businesses leave bad reviews to explode their madness and the happy and satisfied ones arent bothered to do anything.Every single person that works there are super! They know what they are doing! Using metro for 13 years, Ive been to hundreds of locations. This is by far the best store ever!

Best Metro PCS store in the area. Owner works very hard to provide excellent service. Other locations are closer, but I drive to this location because I know it will be a positive experience.

This is the best metropcs store Ive ever been. They are knowledgeable. They are kind. They are there at all time according to their business hours.People, be rational! If you broke your phone after using it for 40 days, what can any store do? Its then the insurance company or the manufacturer that you should deal with. What can they do, if their system says youve got to reapply for any reason? They wouldnt lose their business by giving you a false information for no reason.Try the stores in Wheeling! They are so ignorant. They know nothing about phones. And they dont even answer their phones.

My experience was wonderful with them. I had an issue with my phone which made me drive over 2 hours to visit countless metro stores near where I live. And they were the ones that finally fixed my problem. Next time I have a problem, I know where to drive straight to.

I received a free case of my choice and they put a tempered glass screen protector on my new phone for free. They even did a perfect job on it. The best store with the best people ever!

These people do know what they are doing. They were able to retrieve everything from my wifes previous phone which was stolen. We walked in almost crying but walked out with big smile on our faces.

Such nice people. I had recently bought a smart ride device and took it home thinking it would work......it didnt.I Feared the drive back to palatine cause simply I live 40 miles from the store. But. I mustered up the energy and patience to go back and let them know of the issue.Im actually glad I did. Anna and Lois have pretty much the patience of a Saint. They stuck through the issue and got my problem resolved. Which is what I value the most.This issue was an ISSUE. Apparently the smart ride device wasnt talking to the app for some reason.Poor lois was getting frustrated trying to figure it out, but she was AT it. Kinda felt bad for them cause I had to bring them such problems. But, she got it working even to today its still working no hiccups.Big Thanks again to Anna and Lois especially Mike, lois silent collaborator. Quite possibly with out him. I probably might have returned it.I never post 5 star reviews. This was a well granted one.

Honestly i wish i could give it zero stars. Tried to finance a phone that i have approved for a good amount and had 7 days to get it, but according to the owner i had to reapply again bc it only lasts two days supposedly. This location lost my business.

My phone had not been working properly for weeks, but I wasnt ready to purchase a new phone. Mike was very thorough and helpful with what needs to be done.

Went to this store to port an account over from AT&T and take advantage of the $49 iPhone promotion. Called ahead to verify they had the phone in stock, which they did.When I got to the store, the sales representative said I could only buy the $60 plan and not the $50 one, and then the store owner told me that she would not sell me the device unless I purchased an extra $30 worth of useless accessories and kept tapping away at a calculator with different numbers for me which kept getting higher!Finally, another sales representative (the owners son?) kept calling the number I wanted to port in and told me he wouldnt do it anyways because it didnt ring or go to voicemail. The line was suspended on AT&Ts side due to the device being lost, and he refused to initiate the port without being able to hear my voice on a voicemail greeting first. Just silly - it was an active account under my name and I had the full account details ready. Maybe this was just a way to get me out the door, but I just walked out at that point.Anyways, I called and drove up to another store at 678 South Lake Strett in Mundelein, where I was treated with respect and was able to buy the proper plan, no forced accessories, and fully opened an account with a ported number in about 20 minutes. Its worth driving a little father into Lake County for that.

The happy virus that these people has makes everyone walking in there happy.

Thursday August 30 2018I stopped by to this metro pcs store to buy a Samsung J3 Prime at the promotional price of 59 dollars I was told I was eligible for the promotional price instead of the full retail price however AT THIS STORE they do not sell phones alone without purchasing a bundle from them that includes ( Case,screen protector,headphones ) at a value of 110 dollars I told them I was not interested in a bundle came for the phone alone. They kept telling me that the bundle would be free because with taxes on the phone and the upgrade fee would equal close to their bundle deal so thats why they offer the bundle instead. Thing is they lied I checked myself the palatine tax rate its only 10 percent and their upgrade fee is only 10 dollars. When you do the math it does not equal 110 dollars. It equalled 84 dollars. Despite telling them that the woman sales rep started arguing with me that the cheapest they will see me the Galaxy J3 Prime would be 90 dollars because thats how much other people are willing to pay so they are selling it at that rate. Although on phone price it states 59 dollars plus 10 percent tax on the full retail price & 10 dollars upgrade fee. She admitted to me that dont sell phones based off what metropcs sells them for but for their own profit !I used to work for metro pcs in the past and these people are forcing you into buying these extra accessories for their commission! They are lying to you if you are ever in doubt call customer service and report them for the fraud or call corporate I already did.

Dont go there! They are scammers! (asian lady who is one of the owners)They are charging 15$ per SIM card for new customers which are actually free! Go to the one on Dundee and Wolf or to the corporate store in chicago! We went to the first one and was very happy to switch from AT&T to metro pcs in about 20 minutes in the store and save some 45$ per month! AT&T is overpriced garbage and the coverage in palatine is BAD ! Tmobile is not great but atleast is reasonably priced!

I bought a galaxy s7 edge and lasted 40 days with it and it turns out that it broke down from the microphone and I went to claim the warranty and they didnt want to make it valid ... I mean it is the worst place to buy a phone ... I hate those things they think which is easy gives 900 dollars to last only 40 days .....
