There is only one cashier and she was busy with a complicated customer at the time. I finally gave up and left.

At this store both Ana and Pedro were so very helpful. After 6 hours over several phone calls with a problem that the 800 support could not resolve we stop at this location and in less than 20 min the problem was resolve. Want to say Thank you Mike

Been a Cricket Customer for several years, been very happy with the rate structure and quality of reception. But most importantly is the very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the palatine location. Recently upgraded my phone and had some problem moving files to new phone. The staff knew actually what to do. In no time phone was working and I was on my way. Well above and beyond good customer service!

Jerry was awesome today. I am from another generation and needed help activating a new Cricket phone and needed a lot of help on getting going on other things. He spent a lot of time with me and got me all set up. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable, which is exactly what I needed. This was so helpful to me. He is great employee!!!!!! I am so thankful to him.

I bought a phone from this location the Friday before Thanksgiving. The phone stopped working Wednesday night. The store was closed Thursday for the holiday. They refused to exchange the phone on Friday because it was outside their 7 day return policy. I buy multiple phones a year and have 4 lines. They couldn’t bump the return policy 1 day given the holiday. Don’t spend your money here.

I had purchased a new phone here and they asked me about an insurance policy and I firmly declined and I was then given in the mail stuff about insurance! After that I went into the store and opted out of the insurance and also found out they turned off my auto pay! This has happened to me Everytime I go in there store and tomorrow is Christmas Eve so I cannot have auto pay turned on before my bill is due thanks cricket not satisfied at all 👎

The sales people at this location are selling you services you don’t need or request. I purchased $30 phone and firmly declined an offer for the insurance for it. 2 weeks after I have received a welcome enrollment package: I will be paying $5 per month insurance on $30 cellphone. Now, I need to waste my time and sit on hold on Cricket customer service to cancel the service.

I first became a Cricket customer in April 2016. From day one the assistance at this store has been excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Ive been in a handful of times just to get help and more information on the ins and outs of my ZTE Grand X 3 and no question or concern is ever too small or silly. Thank you a thousand times to Jerry, Lucy and the rest of the wonderful staff!
