Worst car dealership I’ve ever come across. They sold me a car with a bad transmission. I took it to get checked and joe the owner said it would be fixed. Brought the car back 2 times same problem. With in the first 3 months after buying it. The first time it broke and had to be towed in. I hadn’t had it for 45days at that point... A friend had problems with his car and I asked where he got it. Same place, top notch.after $2500 worth of work His car has yet to pass emissions... this place sells useless cars... yea I got ripped off and stolen from, from this place... u can find better cars and better deals on the south side of Chicago.

Black list this dealer. Sales guy Anthony lier like the devil. I purchased a car with findings of multiple mechanical issues. Several inspections and they will lie that repairs were done. This was during the 500mile warranty they supposed have when you purchase. After that we took to Firestone n found a list of issues that should of been seen. Liars and abuse the consumer laws. Dont buy go somewhere else.

Guy named JJ sold me on a used 300. Two weeks later after the 500 mile warranty I started to have all sorts of problems. Someone removed warning lights that would cost $1000 to replace and thats just the tip of the iceberg. And he completely up sold me. Fool me once.

Zero stars if possible, Please BEWARE this place is horrible. Not only their vehicles are overprice at least when a friend did business years ago. This place likes to practice the Spot Delivery Scam. They would tell you, you got approve and drive out the lot. Couple days later the financing deal fell through and then come back and sign up for another loan, while making another down payment. I dont believe the five star reviews I see here are real.

I had a really bad experience here, we financed a car Buick regal 2011 and after a month it started giving us problems with the transmission, we took it to their mechanics they told us they were going to give us a call whenever they had checked the car to see what was wrong with it. They never called that day. We had to call the next day & told them we had problems with our car and were following up we also showed up but they said that our car was probably out of warranty since we had used the 500 miles they said they would try to fix it. They never did we waited more than a week for them to follow up with us the car was never fixed and they never called us to follow up. My wife called and wanted to speak to a manager but they kept telling her that manager was in a meeting,that he wasnt in, when she finally got the chance to speak to a Manager he said hold on let me transfer you to a manager.? We never heard from them again.

Work there for a week. All about cutting corners and selling car with no far treatment. Just want to get customers stuck in a car that will not be reliable.I can not work with folks that don’t take care of there customers.

Very rude sales people and most of them have know clue what they are talking about
