This place tried coming up on me and girlfriend in so many different ways its unbelievable. First the car was way overpriced compared to market value by at least 3,000-5,000 dollars. After pointing it out they only dropped off 2,000, the staff is so unorganized and will tell you anything they can at the time of sale to just try and finesse you later. i paid an initial down payment at the time of purchase which i informed the sales lady was all i could put down for the time being and then called me a week later asking for another 1000 down payment otherwise the car would get reposed. This placed Forced me into paying more money than i had agreed too and the staff is so lost and ignorant i would not trust to do business with this place ever again or recommend this place to anyone. This is coming from a person who works at a BMW dealership so i know the quality of service that should be expected from a salesperson or dealer and this place is far below that standard. please save yourself the trouble and go to a real dealership with someone who cares about your experience.

Was informed prior to the visit the car was available from online. I was also contacting the worker through Facebook messenger as well as spoke on the phone before showing up to the dealership. Afterwards once I get there I see a very empty lot and they told me they have a storage lot where they have lots of cars there. They seem to lie to you just to get you down there and waste your time. Not only did they lie to me saying the car was there, they also said I had to wait 20 minutes to even see the car since they’re on a different lot.

Terrible.. driving over hour for car that we were promised is there, soon after we arrived car was sold to someone else.. we were told to drive another hour to different location to look at another car. Terrible customer service, nobody speaks English well . Someone needs to report them to bed business bureau ( BBB)
