Visited Car City to look at and test drive a couple of trucks, one of which they were still detailing it was so new. We met with Yuriy and he was helpful, answered my questions, and was respectful without being pushy. We were able to test drive our choice of trucks and felt welcome to do so. I appreciated not being sold to as so many other dealers/sales people do, and expected to come back for another look. Yuriy followed up by text a couple days later, but again was not pushy or pressuring.I ultimately chose another truck from a private seller for my purchase this time, but when I next need to buy again, Car City is on my list. Based on my experience I definitely would recommend giving Car City a look.

Brought what I thought was a nice used car only to find out that the car was no good. I’m a female so I trusted Gabriel when he showed me the car fax saying 1 owner no accidents low miles. Found out that really don’t mean a thing if you don’t know how the last owner cared for it. All they do is clean the cars up & detail them so the mechanical is hardly noticeable. I felt rushed into buying by the salesman. My transmission went out on my car & I only had the car one week. I didn’t even pay my first car note yet. They said it was nothing they could do about it. Now I’m stuck working overtime to try to get my transmission fixed before I have to come up with my car note. Bad customer service after they get you money would not recommend.

Not worth your hard earned money. This company is very unprofessional. Money is the only thing they are concerned about. Yes they sell luxury cars! We bought a car $18,000, were told nothing was wrong with the car. A few days after we really noticed the car was just not right. A mechanic took a look, $3500 of repairs needed to be done. I called the dealer and was told wait 15 days for warranty. Not sure why I was told this but I call the warranty to confirm this anyways. Warranty would not cover any repairs! This dealer refused to help me out at all with these problems. The car was sold to us with these issues! I went back to the shop to talk in person, this guy had asked me to sign(forge) my partners name on a document because he forgot to ask him when we sold them the old car... this was not my car! They also kept my key did not call. I drove 45 mins all the way home before I Realized they got my key! They make me drive all the way back to get my key. From their mistake! That was over 2 hrs of driving.. They literally will not take any responsibility for their mistakesThey will lie straight to your face. They will rip you off. They will not care about your needs at all. When you spend $18000 anywhere you should get some good customer service. Nope. They also refused to let me speak to the owner as well. The manager Gabriel tried to tell me all these stories about the cars he bought and how he had to put money in Them a month later after purchase. He had the nerve to tell me if i want a perfect car to buy a $60,000 brand new car.. This has been a week. They literally pushed me away everytime i called, after 15 days they said oh shoot its been 15 days we cant help you... but I was calling them about this since day 3! he also told me i should have done better research and maybe should have gotten a crv instead of a lexus. That shows you who knows what they are talking about.. whats more reliable guys?! A Honda or Toyota?! Tough one! Over all I spent $18,000 on a used car that needed $3500 of repairs from day one. I spend days trying to talk to anyone to help me. Honesty is all I was looking for.. when someone already put down a big chunk of money for a down payment they may not have $3500 to spend on repairs. Its ashame that companies will lie and cheat their way for some extra cash without even blinking an eye to see that the damage they caused could be so bad for their customers.

Ugh, I feel so sick. We just discovered the hidden $2000 fee in our financing contract. We basically paid an extra $2000 just for the privilege of buying a car from these guys, which was explained as the cost if we paid interest over the full life of the loan. Since we planned to pay it off almost immediately, we didn’t think twice about it. It wasn’t interest, just a flat $2000 markup written into the paperwork. Lesson learned, cash only, local dealers only.

This is a very unprofessionally run business. I had a deal in place with Miguel regarding the purchase of a car. I came in to take it for a test drive, and noticed a few things that I wanted corrected prior to purchase. I was called to come to pick it up, and I notified them that I would be arriving in about an hour due to the distance away. Shortly after that, I received another call stating that the car was sold to someone else. I was not originally given an option to put money down for this car, as I would have done so. They brushed it off as “first come, first served, and “they paid cash.” If that is truly the case, then the car should have been offered to me first, or I should have at least been notified that another person was also interested. This is a breach of a verbal contract, and my credit was also pulled for this sale.Upon calling to discuss this with a manager, I was told that nobody was really in charge, and that it was a small place. Basically this business is just a free for all, with inexperienced people doing whatever they please in whatever way they feel that day. They claim to “take pride in their professionalism and integrity,” but fail to put this into practice. One of the employees probably purchased the vehicle for themselves. Terrible business etiquette.

Car City was not understanding of our budget, and continued to persist on their price, disregarding and being utterly disrespectful of our situation. Gabriel also took my moms driver license before we went out for a test drive, and never returned it. When we called back 10 min later, he said yes, come on by to pick it up. When we got there 10 minutes later, the place was closed up. I called him, and he said that We are closed she will have to get it tomorrow at 10 AM. I was livid and he continued to say theres nothing he could do. On our very first trip to their dealership, when we held the potential to be customers, Gabriel had given me his cell number and called us twice to ensure we were coming. After rejecting the car and forgetting our license there, he didnt have the courtesy to call even once. His character did a complete 360 degree turn, and I am glad we didnt purchase a car from such dishonest people. The next day, when we went to pick up the license, he wanted me to remove this review and basically said he wouldnt be returning the license unless we took down the review. After an argument ensued, we finally got our license back.

I would like to be able to recommend this dealer but unfortunately I simply can not. While they were initially helpful in acquiring a vehicle they were not forthcoming in the condition of the vehicle. Upon receiving the purchased vehicle it was discovered that the answers to specific questions were not correct. Further, the description and functioning of some items that will be expensive to repair were not represented correctly in video walkthrough. For instance, the AC does not function correctly. After initially ignoring requests to rectify the situation and then after exchanges, they dealer fell back to the age old refrain of it is not covered under any sort of warranty, implied or otherwise. Use caution when working with this dealer especially if purchasing remotely.Update for clarity:Deposit: 01/11DOP: 01/14Delivery: 01/20Date of issues notification: 01/22Some issues cosmetic some issues mechanical. Full code pull showed dash lights had been cleared.
