While our first impression was positive when we went to go look at a car, the second the test drive was over and we sat down to talk numbers, the experience rapidly soured. Lie after lie was told, we were pushed again and again to change our financing and go over the actual price of the car even when we explained we had other options and why what they wanted was not happening, we would be told that they could not change the price but multiple times the salesperson went to “talk to their manager” and would magically find another fee they could waive or price they could drop, but without actually coming back to the price we were originally told. After having to be firm with them and doing even more research and finding a competitor that was much more ethical, I would not return to this location and am advising all of my family, coworkers, and friends to avoid it as well. To anyone reading this, you do NOT need to settle for price gouging and unethical business practices, keep shopping!
The salesman and dealership was very easy to work with quickly selling me my new used Highlander. They cared about selling me a great SUV by investing $1300 in it so it will run properly after purchase. They also made a mistake in their advertising stating it had a hitch which it didn’t have one. They didn’t have but they decided they wanted to add the hitch for $700 on their dime.

They wasted a week going back and forth and then an afternoon doing a test drive only for them to Jack the price up $11,000 when it was time to do the paperwork. They used the excuse that they had no choice, LIES. When all was said and done, I ended up buying two new vehicles from their competitors with no markups or hassles. Fine I had to pay the sticker price but the prices were not marked up 20%

My appointment was at 9:30, at 10:15 I received a video from the tech telling me about the work completed. At 11:30 I went to find out where my car was and was told they just finished. I told them about the video an hour earlier and was told they send the video before they start. Except the tech told me the results of his work and that he was done. Why should a customer wait an hour after the work is done to get their car? The woman in front of me was asking the same question. It was a 15000 mile maintenance which is an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. 2 hours?
I went to this dealership Nov 2nd in the evening to check out the 2021 Toyota Venza XLE. They had one available in stock. I spoke to Ms. Cassidy and she showed me the car in a professional way, the features, design, different settings, etc. The test drive was great but once we got back to the dealership things started to go downhill. As I was walking away from the car after the test drive I thought maybe I should look at the window sticker before going inside. I realized they marked up the price by $5,000. The MSRP is 38,900 which I saw on their website before coming in. ALL THE NEW CARS THEY HAVE ARE MARKED UP 5,000 AND IT IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE. Cassidy took me inside to talk some numbers. They looked at my trade in and offered me the same as the competitors. They even tried to offer me $1,000 more than the competitor but whats the point of that when you charging me an extra $5,000 for MARKET ADJUSTMENT. I mean Cmon, seriously. I wasted my time coming here. Id recommend going to a different dealership, these guys are not ethical and are just finding excuses to rip you off. Ill make sure to let everybody in my friends and family know about this. Just realize well remember these things when things are back to normal. Id rather give my business to an ethical place than here. Hopefully everybody else does the same thing so maybe they can realize they screwed themselves in a long run. Im truly upset about the experience!
The BEST Toyota dealer I have brought my truck for evaluation and services. Very pleased. Very organized process for the clients. The client can see the recommendations given by the service department online while waiting for the services’ completion.. The mechanic will give you his findings and recommendations through a video sent by text. Toyota means top technology! Excellent!!
Dont waste your time. Terrible service. I waited for 2-3 hours without service. When I came here, the service man guided me to come to the front desk but nobody appeared at all. I moved and waited at another place because I already told my service about over the phone and verbal on site when I was out from my car.My car was supposed to be treated but no service man treated my car at all for over 3 hours. 3 hour later, I asked the person at the front desk, I understood they never worked at all, so I got my car back soon and left there.I never come here again and go to another place with good service.
If your car has traveled thousands of miles, and a woman has gone to fix the car, they will cause some damage and charging more you money. My car is over 300k. It is very good without any oil leaks. But when my wife went to change the oil, they demanded an extra over $ 600, saying that the oil had leaked and needed to be repaired immediately. This is not the first time. They want charging more money, same problem two years ago. Im believe TOYOTA, but I cant believe this service, this people. Im very upsetting.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE! Issues with rear wheel brakes. Rusted brakes. Had to put in $800 of my own money to fix issues. No support from dealership. Dont go here.
This is a great location. The staff here is wonderful and extremely helpful, and I love that the fact that their service dept uses latest technology to inform their customers about their vehicles. That to me is very convenient and it sort of puts ones mind at ease, especially when the service tech is addressing the issues right in front of you and pointing it out.
Had a break job and a few maintenance done on the car. They do a great job and are very honest. Service Manager, Ninos is great and goes above and beyond for his customer. I have been a customer since 2003 and had bought several cars from them. Highly recommend this place.
Had my 2013 4Runner serviced here. It had no valve stem caps when I dropped it off, but I just noticed Conrad put four new ones on. They didnt even mention it, I just happened to look later on.Thats excellent service when someone sweats the details and doesnt make a big deal about it. Marco was easy to deal with and didnt pressure me at all. Five Stars!

I came in today for my 9:45am appointment and I was extremely satisfied with superb customer service I received from Paul S. I am on a cross country road trip and I was overdue on my oil change. I really liked the video the service technician sent of him inspecting the under carriage. Youre a Dip Stick if you go anywhere else for an oil change :)

Everything is good, except I ended up waiting for 2 hours or more for an oil change only on a weekday service.
This is my 4th time going here to get my oil changed for my vehicle. The service was fast (less than an hour) and they did a great job. I really appreciate that the mechanic working on your vehicle sends you a video of them updating you on the progress of your vehicle, any updates, or issues that arise. Im use to having my car washed when I take it to a dealership after its serviced. It appears that at Arlington Toyota their car wash is not functioning so they usually give you a voucher for a free car wash for to this local car wash thats around the corner from them. This is the second time I go and they forget to give me the voucher. The first time I noticed it before going to the car wash and I was able to ho back in and ask for it. This time I didnt realize I didnt get it, so when I arrived to the car wash, thats when I noticed I didnt have it. I just wished they were more consistent with that aspect. Other than that I have no complaints.
While I usually get good service this time it was average at best. I waited for a week for a part to come in and get painted only to find out after sitting in waiting room for an hour that they had painted the part the wrong color. Is there no quality control ?
The check engine light came on my 2017 4Runner because a squirrel chewed through the wire harness kit. Chris in the service dept helped work with my insurance company to file the claim as well as coordinate the rental car. Konrad, the technician, seemed very knowledgeable, trustworthy and took time to answer all my questions and offer his professional advice on the best repair option. They were both great to work with and would highly recommend this dealership because of them!

The service was good but the notification of when the service was very poor. I had my phone on silent so did not hear the ping when a message came in. I checked my phone and I had received a message51 minutes prior but all I received was a view of my car with no audio. I am sorry to say that before I take my car in to Arlington Toyota again I will double check the customer notification system.
The salesperson I worked with was Ilya Gorodetskiy. He was very professional, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend working him to find your next car purchase. The finance team I felt was a little overwhelming which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I felt a little pressured to purchase various additional things and that was very stressful but everything resolved in the end. I love my new car and will be recommending the dealership to my relatives who live in the area.

I went for an oil change service. Service took a little extra longer than usual but otherwise service is good. They used to give complimentary car wash in their facility but now they partner with Lake-Cook car wash which is ine everybody should avoid, unless you want to risk damaging your car. IMHO, their partnership with Lake-Cook car wash is a terrible idea. They should probably give people $2-3 discount that sending people to a terrible car wash shop.

My purchase of my newest vehicle finished with me feeling on top of the world given the fantastic deal and service from the staff/Mike, and the head finance manager/Matthew. Matthew in-particular treated me like family and ensured I was totally satisfied with my car purchase which included the extended warrant plan I wanted, which I am; that my follow-up appointment for my owed-services included a rental car, and making himself available if I forgot something in the traded-in vehicle that I might need to retrieve - Like I said, a great guy who treated me like family!!I definitely will be doing business with Matthew and his team for any future transportation needs and I would strongly encourage anyone else looking for a good deal, professional service, and family like service to stop in at Arlington Toyota, you wont be disappointed!

Fred my sales rep was great and honest. Quick to respond to all texts and emails regarding the 2021 Rav4 XSE. Matthew the Financial manager it truly and amazing man! He has helped me both times I bought a car from you. But, I would not recommend the service department to anyone.. I took my car in for aftermarket stuff to be installed (ceramic coating and Xpel paint protection). Both sold by the dealer. Both times I took the car in they never called with an update or competition time. And when it was completed they actually brought out the wrong car completely. Different color, year and trim. Just horrible customer service.
The Arlington team, from first online contact to driving out of the lot in my new car, was truly excellent! I dread buying a car (I would much rather purchase a house.), but everyone was tremendous. I took my car in for the fuel pump recall. Very professionally handled by the service department. It took less time then expected. Car pulled up promptly on pickup. I was sent a video of my car when it was ready!

One of the worst place for collision repair. They give you low quote for repair and then keep adding up.. that is not problem if you have insurance.. my problem is my vehicle repair is in some blackhole.. I have been calling them to get some update, finally I got hold of someone and I was told they are swamped. They will call back if they have any update.. its been two days, no update..I would NOT recommend anyone to use their service or repair facility.
UPDATE - Wish I could give 0 stars! Still waiting on a refund on the warranty they talked me into and cant get a response. Not sure why Im paying interest on a warranty I cancelled over 2 months ago. Havent been able to talk to anyone on the phone and still waiting on an email response.Very poor customer service and little to no negotiation on used cars. They were not willing to work with me at all to be satisfied with my purchase, and I would never recommend them to anyone.I test drove the car that I was ready to purchase and as soon as we came back to the lot, I was told someone had already purchased it. Not sure why I would be able to test drive when someone was seriously interested. Then I test drove two other cars and settled on one of those.I brought the car back 3 days later and was told by the service department that the car was in good condition despite significant vibration in idle and poor acceleration. They explained that the car is just made like that and the price I paid is what I get. They tried to hand me the keys and send me on my way without a second thought. They werent willing to negotiate financing on a different car or offer a refund when I clearly indicated how unhappy I was.I purchased the warranty on the car and was told by sales that it wasnt valid for 30 days when financing told me it was immediate. I cancelled the warranty but was told if I am going to keep the car to let them know immediately so they can reinstate the warranty. I cancelled the warranty for a reason and am not interested in taking the car in for them to tell me its in great condition.

I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. I was ignored until 8:30 AM. I had issues with the LDA which was not resolved. After the vehicle was serviced, it took a very long time until the car was released. I don’t expect these problems from a Toyota dealer.

Frauds watch out for the $1700 from “mandatory” “vin ech and pro pack”. Cassidy has no idea what vin ech is. Mike in finance is a professional distracter, slipping in the “extras” didn’t explain a thing to me just kept talking about boat, motorcycles, and the auction. Never ever coming back this dealer again.

I said I am interested so was invited for a test drive. Test drove the car and said, I like it, let’s write it up. Sales lady showed up with a price of 53,500! I asked what happened with 47,500 that was quoted online? I was told that best can be done is 53,000. Still couldn’t believe what was happening... suddenly the price was 6000 more than what I was quoted???? Here is the explanation I got... it’s like with the housing market, the price is 6000 more than asking, I guess Arlington Toyota wants us to get into the bidding war! It’s said that these lying people have no respect for our time. They also need a finance education. While bidding for housing may make sense since it can be considered an investment, we are talking about buying a depreciating asset here... Please stay away and save your money or spend them somewhere else!

My 2010 Prius with 250K miles has been maintained in great running order at Arlington Toyota since we purchased. Because we’ve been religious about following the maintenance guide for oil changes etc, this car has been fabulously dependable due to the quality, professional care given by the service dept. We appreciate the suggested maintenance recommendations but no pressure if we decided not to do it or postpone it until later if it’s not emergency in nature. At this stage of the life of the car we might want to spend a ton of money on repairs that may not be efficient use of funds. Basically, they do what they say their going to do and deliver when they say they will. That’s a pretty simple expectation but not what you get from other service providers these days.
For car servicing, I have bad experience on waiting time .I was waited each day for 4 hours in my office hours timing.all the time they said just 1 hour to complete and they Handover car after 4 hours .Even having appointment or not having appointment same thing .And they won’t have parts in stock and suggested come back again next day and when I come back again next day for brakes service after sitting 3 hours, they said again another part need to fix and when I say go head and to replace, again out of stock that parts too and said parts need to come different place .They given my car after 5 HOURS and I waited in the lobby .I feel very expensive for servicing and charging more and diagnosis they charged me 150$ mandatory .if we get it repaired, they will deduct other wise waste of money for just checking car health 150$.They should improve lot on committed time to give car on time to customers or they should say correct waiting time before only and I would suggest check whether they have parts or not in stock before only .And one last thing, i was here a regular customer from past 4 years and I never ever gonna to this location again my liFe !!!!!
Made an online appt w no issues. Was in for oil/lube/tire rotation. Had noticed noise in back of Camry. Tech able to diagnose issue w rear stabilizer bar. Price seem normal for time/parts. Have had AT maintain this car since purchased. Bout 19 yrs.

AT did a great job except the interior of my car smells terribly of gas. The technician worked on a recall that I believe involved my gas pump. If the technician spills gas on himself or his hands he should clean himself thoroughly before getting back in my car. Im hoping the smell of gas dissipates over time but so far it hasnt. Other than the gas smell I have been very happy with the service I get at Arlington Toyota.

I needed to install remote starter for my car and Paul assisted me so well from beginning to end. He explained me how to use my remote starter and made sure it works well and I am comfortable using it. The driver who dropped me and picked me up was very nice and professional too. I dropped off my vehicle at the collision center to have my rear bumper replaced and other repairs done and had such a great experience. John was my point of contact while my vehicle was being serviced. I had some questions and concerns, all which John was able to help me out with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a stressful situation. Additionally, all of my mats were soiled from the winter, and they were all clean when I got my vehicle back- such a nice treat! A big thank you to John and Arlington Toyota!

Salesman was helpful, not pushy. Finance office was painless too. Just upset that I brought a Certified Pre Owned vehicle and the day I bought it the remote start doesn’t work, and they need a whole day to fix them... it shouldn’t have left the lot without it working. What is the point of the 160 point inspection? Now I have to take time off work to drop it off at 8am and get it fixed. Apparently, it takes all day. Bummer. This should have been a 5 star review for you.Update: they fixed my remote start for free and gave me a courtesy car for the day. I’m happy they fixed my problem, but I wish i could have spoken to the technician that fixed it (I had to google instructions on how to use the remote start) Unfortunately it is a 3rd party so that did not happen. All that matters now is that my car works properly! Thank you

After searching for a upgrade for my wife, I went to Arlington Toyota to check out a 21 Rav4 Hybrid. They had a few in stock. I was greeted immediately when walking through the door. I told the young salesman. Nikita, what I was looking for and we were looking at the car within a few minutes. After the test drive, I went back home to discuss the purchase with my family and was back a week later to do the deal on a Saturday.When I returned that day, they still had the car I wanted even though I did not put a deposit down but made it very clear that Im a serious buyer.This Dealership has a couple of Polish-Speaking salesman so we were introduced to Mr. Bob Bejda to make the buying process easier. Bob didnt try to sell us on something we didnt need, he told us how it is, and more importantly he is very friendly.The dealership is/was very busy on Saturday as any dealer but the overall process was reasonable and smooth.This was my first Toyota vehicle and the first BRAND-NEW car I have purchased.Very satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to servicing my car at this dealership.If you are looking for a new or used Toyota, there might be better deals out there, but you WILL NOT beat the attitude and personality of the staff working at this Dealership.

We did a huge mistake when applied online to other Toyota centre than this. In a different salon they didn’t helped us at all even if I had a good credit score, I did not get approval and even more, they were sending requests to other salons without me knowing, so I got more than 5 hard inquiries! However, here Olga was very professional. She helped us a lot, she explained to the bank the whole situation and we finally got approval. Moreover, she knows how to speak Russian too, so it was much easier to us to explain what we want. Again, thanks to Olga and the team.

I loved my service at Arlington. I couldn’t get into the dealership right away and Adam did a nice job sending over videos of the vehicles I was interested in. With that Mike the manager sent a video over just saying hi and excited for me to be a part of Toyota family.Unfortunately I did not work with Adam because my schedule did not a line with his. I than met Bob! He was so wonderful, had patience, answered all my questions, and if he didn’t have the answer he found it. The process was very smooth for me. The car I wanted this dealership did not have it. Within 24 hours they located one and brought it in. I totally recommend Bob every time.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars because they do not have lifetime car washes. I think this should be a standard. I believe they are in the process of potentially building on. I hope I get that benefit when it’s done.The day I wanted to buy the car it took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. A lot faster than I thought. Along the way everyone was very welcoming, easy to talk to and relaxed. We were able to connect with both gentleman that did all the power work. I didn’t get the names, but we enjoyed them.Thank you Toyota Arlington!!!

Wanted to give a 0 star rating . Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. We bought the currently listed 2013 white Chrysler Town and Country. We were lied to from the start. We were purchasing the vehicle for cash and they lied and said they had to do a soft pull to verify our identify per the Patriot act, the Patriot act states a 10k purchase or more which this was not. They also did a hard pull, completely illegal as we did not consent to them trying to size us for financing. We drove back to WI and the check engine light came on. After multiple failed attempts to get a call back filed a complaint with the attorney general they finally called back. After going back and forth we scheduled to take the van back down to be repaired, the code that pulled was the torque converter clutch. We left the vehicle down to be repaired. The following week we messaged the manager to confirm the vehicle would be ready on Wed as they advised because she was taking the train down with our 5 kids to pick it up. They confirmed it would. She arrived at the dealership and checked in with the service manager whom handed her 2 sheets of paper and told her the vehicle was complete and where it was parked. She asked him to confirm the check engine light was off and it was repaired. He quickly responded yes. She started the vehicle and the check engine light was still on. She went back in and talked to a manager who apologized, said they would provide funds for the inconvenience and get the vehicle checked and repaired. They called her back and said the vehicle was now ready. I drove down there to ensure her and my kids were not stranded again. Luckily I did as she went back and they tried making her sign a new delivery confirmation and release form. She knew the IL used car law, the dealership had to repair anything powertrain up to the purchase price. She advised she would not sign, after that they threatened her to not work on the vehicle anymore, she said fine and then they told her they would not give her our vehicle back unless she signed them. She had to call the cops. The manager then bullied her into taking a refund and told her he didnt care what the law said, she wither sign which releases them from liability according to the IL law. He also said if the engine blew up they wouldnt care or fix it. Legally we still own the vehicle according to the title. This company knows this vehicle has a transmission problem and dont want to fix it. They are trying to sell even though they dont have the title. Dont trust this company. Toyota also has a class action lawsuits against them for illegally pulling peoples credit. Buyers beware.
I generally dislike going to car dealerships but today was easily the worst experience Ive ever had.I wanted to test drive a vehicle but was almost instantly told no by sales representative Bob. The reason cited for not being able to test drive the vehicle is because I was not ready to purchase the vehicle today. How are customers supposed to know they want to purchase a vehicle if they have never driven it? The job of the sales representative is to show the vehicle to the customer, let them drive it and sell them on the vehicle. All this shows to me is that the salesman is lazy and simply had no qualifications to sell anything.In all my other experiences with buying vehicles, I have always been allowed a test drive. This dealership essentially slammed the door in my face and told me to get lost. Clearly this dealership does not want to sell vehicles. I will never give this establishment any business and urge others not to as well.
Came in for a scheduled 24,000 mile oil change and check up. Wonderful service. Polite and kind employees. Waiting area is clean. They had me on my way in 45 minutes. I especially like the video that was emailed to me about my vehicle. I will definitely come back.
My salesperson Danny Cuevas was decent, he barely knew anything so I mostly talked to the sales manager. I ended up buying a car but they were sneaky and overcharged me on taxes. Do not recommend Mike from Finance, make sure he prints out all your paper work and REVIEW before signing anything!! Also he lied about extended warranty. They do not have a return policy!! So they say but I feel like they lied to me. Stay away, had a better experience at Autonation Toyota Libertyville.
I am greatly appreciated for the service I received, Paul Shergill service advisor was highly professional and friendly, lowest service quote in the area, shuttle service was on time.. for drop off and pick up. I had great experience and I am very grateful. Arlington Toyota will be my service place for now on.

Technician met me immediately as I pulled into service garage, confirmed I had an appointment, reason, and directed me to Service Technician inside to specific numbered desk, then began to sanitize the car. Service Technician met me, pulled up car record, advised maintenance due and confirmed my acceptance and time required. He explained new system by which Id receive a text and video confirming services completed which would require my response. Received text at confirmed time and located Service Technician who displayed repair notes, reviewed additional recommended services and estimated time. I decided to delay for another time. He noted on my record, had me sign confirmation and retrieved car. Very smoothly handled and courteous friendly service. 👌
Went in for service expecting the usual and was delighted by Shannon’s smile. Aside from being knowledgeable, she was quick to extend her help with the tech and made the experience much more pleasant. Thank you for your help. I will recommend this department over most of the tech shops in the area. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Waiting area is comfy.
