What I assumed would be a difficult process was the furthest thing from. I simply made a phone call inquiring about car repairs and or purchasing a car. I am not keen when it comes to making Auto purchases. I dont like the process or anything to do with it. However I bought a car today. With the help of Harrison, Robert, and Steven they made the process so easy for me to deal with I couldnt be more grateful. Ive been to other dealerships in the past few weeks and there was something about this place that stood out from any other dealership I had been to, like they actually wanted my business. I could go on to post an entire 10 page article on how friendly and kind they were to me, nobody giving me the cold shoulder or telling me what I could or couldnt afford, just simply working with me with what I had and driving away a very satisfied and happy customer. I highly recommend just going in there and checking them out as to my understanding they are under new ownership. The absolute BEST car repair/body shop Ive ever had the pleasure of working with.My car was rear-ended by a driver that was tailgating me on the highway. The rear of my vehicle was completely destroyed, car had structural damage, and it was a HUGE repair.Jeff Remick at Leader Collision Center was a lifesaver. State Farm Insurance quoted a low-ball estimate for the repair and asked the repair shop to cut-corners just to minimize their cost of the repair.Jeff with Leader Collision pushed back and made sure my car was repaired CORRECTLY. He bent over backwards to work with State Farm and they increased their payout to more that DOUBLE their original low-ball adjusters estimate.WATCH OUT! Insurance Companies like State Farm are pressuring your body shop to cheap out on repairs so they can save money on paying out claims. Insurance companies are NOT your advocate, but Jeff Remick and Leader Collision looked out for MY best interest from start to finish.Communication was great, I was kept in the loop on the progress of parts order, received, work being done, and ultimately when it was time to pick up my repaired car.And when I received my car back, the damage was repaired to pre-accident condition. Lots of horror stories about shady body shops over-charging and unscrupulous insurance companies under-paying on claims, all of them basically thinking the average car owner (like me) wouldnt know any better.Thank God that Jeff and Leader Collision Center was there to look out for me and prevent State Farm from taking advantage of yet another customer.

I am so impressed by the teamwork at this dealership and their sister Company, Chevrolet of Palatine. I spoke without a doubt the nicest Sales person, Matt Nielsen who was very happy to take me on a test drive and I ended up with a beautiful silver Hyundai Accent.But the deal would not have been made without the exceptional teamwork of Matt, and Bahas can do attitude, and Jared in the finance completing the deal, all the while offering me extra services. i.e. oil changes on my car for the next 3 years and gap coverage. Plus the deal couldnt be completed without Itzels taking the downpayment and doing the bookkeeping. We needed a repair to our 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Toyota of Lincoln Park pointed us in the direction of the Leader Automotive Collision Team in Palatine, IL led by Jeff Remick, and I am so glad that they did! Jeff was extremely professional and personable. He worked with me and my insurance company, resulting in a car that was as good as new! The team at Leader Automotive also went above and beyond by washing the mud out of the vehicle, not once, but twice (we had traveled to a place that mainly has dirt, sand and gravel roads)! So, the car is just as good as when it rolled off the dealership lot, and I could not thank Jeff and his team enough for the great work and great service. I highly recommend this team and I know exactly where I will take my car should we ever need any work done to it again.

I had a pretty seamless experience with Levin Bennett over at the Chevy dealer across from Hyundai. He made sure to give me thorough info about all 3 cars alongside recommendations or benefits to each. Overall, Kevin didnt act pushy like a salesman. He actually showed alot of care. Id recommend him working with anyone!
They lie when they say Certified used vehicles We got an used car and asked for their inspection report and they say the service department was closed and that they were sure nothing was wrong with the car otherwise they wouldnt have it for sale. We believed them (oh mistake) and the same week we got it, we had to take the car to the mechanic for service. They keep telling us the inspection report is only accessible by one manager there whos happen to be that is never in the office.
Under new ownership, Grossinger is definitely working to improve their business. Purchased a new Hyundai and found the process straightforward and friendly. I recommend taking a look at Hyundai Palatine.
Rude salesman
Kind of a frat house atmosphere. The salesmen (I didn’t see a woman other than receptionists) were quick to laugh it up with each other and while attentive to customers not always responsive to the actual questions asked. Bottom line, I went in needing a car and bought the one I wanted for a fair price, although it may have still been a little higher than I could have negotiated if I tried harder. Matt was quick to waive the $40 temporary license plate fee so I’m guessing they were happy with whatever the healthy margin was on the used vehicle I bought.
I recently purchased a new Hyundai from Richard Rudzena at Grossinger Auto Group in Palatine. It was truly a wonderful experience. Richard went over everything in detail, showed me all the wonderful new options on my car. There was never any pressure in purchasing this car. If there had been I would definitely would have walked. Richard made it a true pleasure and he knew exactly what I wanted to pay for the car and he never said it could not be done. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. I recently purchase a car about three weeks ago and I still dont have my original car to the car. They will sell you a car and then treat you like you are no longer a customer. Never again

I recommend the service department staff they are extremely knowledgeable and prompt with responding to inquiries. The mechanics are fine but will fix anything they mess up. I would not go here to sell your car. Came across very sleazy and unprofessional.
Poor service ill equiped to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. I have had my car serviced here many times and went back because of the great service however this last time I was disappointed as my car was returned dirty and missing two valve caps. Small perhaps but it shows a level negligence. I am sorry to write this review. I hope that this will encourage the dealership to review the work and wormanship

Worst after sales service. I bought used car in Apr2017, Still not received my title. Called many times, visited many times. In December they said that I will get before end of January. Still not yet received.

Posted hours say service opens at 7:30 A. Noone answers the phone. Had my car in for service this past Friday for oil change and fuel system service. Had problems Sunday starting the car and this morning it wont start at all.
