Great service, friendly staff. While I was picking up my truck I saw a woman come and she was a little upset because she didn’t have an appointment and needed service (nail in her tire). They got her right in and treated her with the same dignity and respect as any long term customer or personal family member. Much love for Raben.

Everything was good but the tire changers. Inexperience. They messed up lug nuts I caught it when I got home.

Its been hit and miss on the quality of service I received. Took one vehicle in, they did great. Next time not so much. Took another vehicle in, they did ok but a problem developed a couple of days later. They took care of that at no charge. The last time I went in was the worst. Ordered some lower price tires for an older car. Told me if I dropped it off in the morning, it would be easily be ready the same day. Dropped it off at 8:30 and asked them to check the brakes as well. I never heard from them during the day so I called at 4:30 and was told it was 3rd in line and since they closed at 5:00 it wasnt going to get done that day. Called me at 9:30 the next morning saying it was done. When I picked it up, the invoice didnt say anything about the brakes. Counter guy asked around and came back and told me that since there were no notes about a problem, they were fine. 400 miles later the left front caliper seized up. Brake was smoking so bad I thought something was on fire. Pulled the wheel and found the brake pads were only about the thickness of a dime and corroded. Since they compromised my safety, I will not be going back.

Raben has been able to get me in on my schedule. They listen to my description of issues and explain their observations with our being condescending. They welcome me in and are gracious when I leave. I will go back.

Bought my tires there so I take advantage of the free rotation. They are usually booked all day. If you can leave your car over night, they can get you done early the next day. The tires I bought have over 25 thousand miles on them now and you cant even tell. Good product and great service.

I left my car at Raben Tire to have my 4 tires replaced; this was the first tire change since the car was purchased new. When I left the vehicle I reset the odometer and boost gauge since I had to return to work while I left the car for service.The first thing I checked when returning to my car was the distance driven and if it was boosted hard. I was surprised to see that the tech at Raben thought it was necessary to hit max boost in a customers car. This can only happen when driving the car and going wide open throttle. I returned to the store immediately and notified the staff. They spoke with the tech, which denied driving the car hard, but he did drive it in order to remove the tire pressure warning light (You only need to hit 25-30mph for the tpms to update). I was told management would be notified of the issue, and that was it.4 days later I was able to get a thorough wash on my car and clean up all the grease that was still left on the wheels from the change. That is when I noticed multiple scratches on each of the wheels.I have done my best to maintain this car from the day I drove it off the lot 1.5 yrs ago, and I am disappointed/frustrated/let down, that the one time I leave it unattended at a local shop the lack of respect and care for a customers property was so obvious.

Great service in a timely manner

Two thumbs down. I showed up for my scheduled appointment but my tires didn’t get ordered. So much for taking off work to get new tires today. As a bonus, they told me that the Continental tires I wanted were “club” tires — i.e. you get them at Sam’s Club. Really??? These are the original tires that came on my Mercedes Benz and I’ve bought them at local tire shops previously.

The service here is extremely slow. I have made appointments for oil change and tire rotations at various times throughout the day. Each time, it takes several hours.I am hoping that the new work by appointment system improves this tremendously.

Needed a tire for my Regal. Had hit a large pot hole and blew it out. Went to Raben tire in Owensboro and was greeted very politely by Aaron Anderson. This guy took a whole lot of time with me to find me the right tire I needed. I know when I buy the other three tires, this is where I’ll go. An definitely have Aaron Anderson help me. This is the place to go for tires.

I experienced brake problems while in Owensboro for an appointment. I called and was given an appointment time very quickly. They diagnosed and were able to complete repairs this same day. In addition to being very professional, they went out of their way to be helpful to us. Very positive experience.

Dont expect the service to be quick you can be sitting there for hours waiting for them to get to your vehicle.BUT the service I have always received from them was quality over quantity they have saved my life multiple times being upfront and honest with other issues going on with my vehicle when all they had to do was just change out a tire i highly recommend this shop in particular its full of good people that have been there for years you may have to wait but they take care of their customers

Everyone was very nice and helpful in getting my trailer tires. I was planning to re-use the spare, but they showed me the poor condition of the tire and cleaned up the rusty wheel. So, I decided to get a new spare as well as the two other tires. I appreciated their concern for my safety by not just airing up the spare and replacing the valve stem as I had asked. I am planning to get more tires there for my other trailer.

I have always had a pleasant experience with Raben. My father in law, Butch Hill, who worked there for 30+ years recently passed so it has been hard going back but Im glad that I did. Its like a family there.

Work was done fast and price was great. Had an issue when i left their garage so i took it back and without question they put it on the lift and fixed the issue... I Highly Recommend this Business...

I am not one to complain. I love Raben. I was a little disappointed that I ask for the spare to be repaired and put back on the car. I was told it was complete and found the spare to be untouched. Had to wait for the spare to be repaired and installed. The tire is low on air now. Will be coming back on Saturday to have it repaired again. Hope this is helpful

My tires needed rotating and I was 1,000 miles overdue because of COVID19. I stopped by the shop late, actually 45 minutes from closing time. They squeezed me in for a quick rotation. I am so appreciative since I was leaving the next day for a 540 mile trip. Thanks Raben!

Great experience getting 4 run flat tires ordered and installed, prices were the fairest I found. Also, road hazard is so worth it! Ended up with a nail in my tire and they replaced it no questions asked! Definitely recommend!

Took my car in because I hit a curb and caused a small chunk of the tire wall to be knocked out.Later, I got a call saying that two of their technicians looked at it and that they saw no reason for me to purchase + install a new tire, and they provided me with a few solid reasons why.I appreciate their (Jeremy + the other technician) honesty, which saved me the cost of a new tire + replacement service.

On a Saturday morning, my 75-year-old disabled momma was stranded in Owensboro while visiting her brother. She had called every tire place in the phonebook and could find noone to help her, so she called me, desperate. I called Raben because of their good reviews, and spoke to Jason, who was so understanding, helpful and professional! I told Momma they were expecting her, so she limped her car there. They fixed the problem promptly and reasonably, not taking advantage of my mothers situation. I am so very grateful to Raben for their help and for living up to the positive reviews. No matter what the issue may be the front desk workers are always trying to find any solution that would help and always reach out for your best interests, the front desk workers like Aaron are the reason I continue to reach out to this specific store and not go to other ones for assistance! And the mechanics are just as helpful always doing whats requested and even letting you know ahead of time what to keep an eye on for your vehicle which is a huge help, Ive been to shops Im owensboro where they only fix what you ask and find out the hard way months later something else needs to be fixed when its to late highly recommended this Raben!

I went there for a tire rotation and oil change. I told them I wanted standard oil. We dropped the car off and they said they would contact me before and after service. I was never contacted.When I picked the car up they presented me with an invoice for $86. They had used the most expensive synthetic oil. I protested and the original service writer adjusted the amount to that for standard oil which was $45 less. How many people just accept the full charge. Most vehicles really dont benefit from full synthetic oil. There is a less expensive synthetic blend that is adequate and less expensive.

I always have a great experience with Raben tire. Recently, I had to return a defective battery. Now I realize that all batteries are not perfect, but to tell you the truth I expected maybe a little bit of trouble returning it since it was a year old. But no! The service manager, Ben,, was extremely gracious and took the battery back- refunding the remainder of the warranty. Now that’s good service!

Service is great & always has been. Going to have to start changing my own oil again though cause the price is getting up there with Valvoline. I’ve been going to Raben tire for years to get oil changes & they use to be around $34 per change then went to $43. Last oil change jumped to $51 & that was the last one for me.

Quick service and fair prices. Initially I was to receive same day service as I waited but due to their internal quality control one of the new in stock tires had issues. They quickly offered a ride and ordered the tire immediately. They also offered to deliver it to me the next day. I declined and picked it up in person. Thanks again! Ill be back for tire rotation and tires for my wifes car.

Did a great job with the alignment. Employees from check in to pay, were great. Shuttle service is amazing. Only problem. On line doesnt communicate with location of service. They had no idea we had an appointment, and had to wait for our tires to be transported to that location.

I went there a month ago for a new tire. They over inflated my tires so now my tire pressure is uneven and because of that the tire belt was coming loose. Also, if you are a female do not go in without a male.

Overall service was very good and I was satisfied with the work.Here is why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star review. You can schedule service with Raben online or over the phone. The problem is that online and the store do not talk to each other.So in my case; there was more than one scheduled slot that was double scheduled. Because of this I didn’t get my vehicle back till the end of the day.Make sure you call and schedule instead of online. Online had a great cost estimator for services too.

Every time I have been to Raben, weather it be for tire change, oil change, or just to have a tire aired up, they have been absolutely amazing! I feel very comfortable and confident in them working on my car. Highly recommend to others! Such a great group!

Normally I give this place 5 stars, but this time Im struggling to give them 2. I feel like my daughter was taken advantage of because she is young and nieve, and I regret recommending them so strongly. She was quoted a price for 1 tire and installation (which I approved), and when the work was finished, she was presented a bill of more than double the quote...with no warning or explanation. Thankfully she had enough money on her to pay it. I think it was extremely poor customer service as she should have been informed of additional costs PRIOR to doing the work. At least let your customers know why. I personally have never experienced this from them which is why I feel like she was taken advantage of in this matter. Ill definitely be reconsidering my choices when its time to replace my tires.

All flat tires are unexpected and when I arrived I didn’t have an appointment. The place was very busy. The guy searched for me a tire. Found one at the other shop. It took awhile to get the tire and get it mounted. The point is, a first time customer arriving without an appointment and was still taken care of the same day. Good service, they do a good job. Only reason to get 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the long wait. They are always really busy and you cannot make appts for getting a flat tire fixed, so the wait was 2.5 hours.

My car had a slow leak in one of my tires so I brought it there to be fixed during my lunch break at work. They knew it would be a bit of a wait so they offered to drop me back at work. When I picked it up they had it ready and for a very cheap price! This place was amazing to me. Customer service is fantastic! Thank yall so much.

I stood there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. The person wasn’t on the phone that’s kept them from acknowledging me. I realize People are busy but it doesn’t take but a second to say hello I will be with you in a minute. When I came back to pick vehicle up same thing happened and when I finally got waited on I specifically asked if all tires were checked for pressure and was told yes. I only had 1 tire replaced. When got in car my car my warning light for pressure was still on so I had to turn around and go back in. It was then fixed. Also while I was standing there another person came in and stood there for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that person

Could stand to clean the floor but the friendliness and free popcorn made up for it. Plus we got fast service without an appointment.

Really long time to install (2) tires. Was there from 3p to 4:55p (approximately 2 hours). There was not but a few customers in front. This seams to be a re-occurring Issue. Could be staffing or lack skill of service personnel.Service at other local tires shops, notably VC Tire is much better.

Jason West was the best !!!I had a leak in one of my tires and was heading to Florida on a Saturday.... his tire guy, Cody found a nail in the rim... unrepairable ... Jason looked up my warranty and saw that the tire could be replaced !! Very nice young man !!!

Worst shop ever been to. Took my truck for alignment came out worse then it went in. Steering wheel was turned right to go straight. When I called to tell them how upset I was they said the mechanic said he had problems with it, well if he did why didnt they say something or put it in the notes. Why would you send a vehicle out of a shop with it being worse and not say anything. They told me to bring it back but theres no way I would ever let them touch any of my vehicles ever again. Ill take the lose on the money be cheaper then taking it back there for them to make it even worse. Only gave 1 star cause I had to. Dont deserve any deserve negative
