Do not buy a car here. We bought a 12,000$ vehicle from them 4 months ago. It has had electrical problems since the day we brought it home. The airbags turn on and off at will. The blinkers just stop working occasionally and it only starts when it wants to. Then yesterday it totally broke down and wont start again. We took it to the service department to have it checked out before it broke down and they kept it for 3 days and then just said nothing wrong with it. I tried to call since the first service visit to try and get it in again and nobody ever answers in the service dept. Got through to the sales dept. (Of course) and they wont help with a tow to get it back to the service dept. So I Got it towed there and now they cant even look at it until Monday and dont seem to even care that we need the vehicle for work. We missed 3 days of work the first time and who knows how many days will be missed this time. They dont offer a loaner vehicle or rental car assistance either So here we are with a 12,000$ loan, a vehicle we cant drive, and the dealership could care less. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.UPDATE: Tried to call the number in the response to this review. No answer in the service dept or the sales dept. Im guessing they are closed since it is a holiday. Even though they assured us they would look at it MONDAY morning and let us know the issue and what will happen next. Day 5 of not being able to work and not knowing when we will be able to return. Still zero answers.

Was feeling down on my luck when I talked to Byrider in owensboro Kentucky when they talked with me and got me a very nice 2007 ford f150. It also came with some great deals like my last oil change was 350 miles ago and next one is free and for the rest of the life of that truck as long as its in my name I can take it to them to change oil for $15. Then it comes with a nice warranty

The staff at JD Byrider were friendly, easy to work with and got me a great deal on a vehicle. But, no more than 15 minutes into my ride home, my vehicle started malfunctioning in the dashboard, and the transmission started slipping. I bought this vehicle in good faith, and experienced immediate problems on the parkway. This isn’t the fault of the sales team, but a company as a whole has to be at fault for a defective vehicle.

My niece has a 2012 Chysler they bought from here and have it in for service right now. I was confused about the limited warranty and called and spoke to Steve and inquired about the difference between a junkyard transmission, and a rebuilt transmission.. He seemed very nice and hopefully they will get their car back at the first of next week. I will re-review how the repair work went after they get it back, & 30 days after that on how well it is running. Will keep our fingers crossed. The other reviews on here are favorable so Im hoping for the best. :)

My credit didnt qualify to get a vehicle from this business ...not a big deal, what is a big deal is talking to 3 different people for 45 minutes only to be sent back to the original person I was speaking with to be told I live more than 60 minutes from their dealership so company policy says they cant do business with me. Well they knew from 5 minutes into talking to me where I lived so instead of being honest and saying my credit score was too low they had to lie. So if theyre willing to lie about something so petty I can only imagine what they lie about with the vehicles. I consider myself lucky my dealings with them lasted 45 minutes and not years and I got a better vehicle from another dealership anyway.

They went the extra mile to help me and treated me with kindness and dignity!

We would never go there again! We bought a truck March 12 2020 and are to afraid to drive very far. Yesterday my husband was driving it and in less than 20 miles (once again) it started losin power and he gad to pull over. Worse auto purchase we have ever made!!!
