I went to go in to upgrade my phone, and the whole experience was easy and seamless.The staff knew what I was there for, had my new phone waiting for me as I walked into the store, helped me transfer everything over, and was in and out in 30 minutes.One of the easiest visits to any Verizon I have ever had
The associates there are extremely nice, but Everytime, they tend to not really ask about what they throw into the plan.They will always throw insurance onto your phone, but the cost of having it, especially if you go to replace your phone with said insurance- you mine as well buy a new phone.But little things like that, it would be smart to always read the fine print. Dont pay for what you dont need!

I came in to this store to take advantage of a promotion back in April of 2019. If you traded in your phone and switched from another provider, you could get $300 off of your new phone and a $250 Visa gift card. I got the $300 towards my phone, but never received the gift card. I called the store and customer service multiple times, but they were never able to help me. Finally, I was told I was supposed to receive a code while in the store buying my phone to redeem the gift card online. I never received the code in the store and the worker who was helping me there at the time wasnt giving me much detail other than that the gift card would come in the mail toward the end of summer that year. I believe that the worker helping me took MY code for himself and thought because I was a female college student that he could take advantage of me. I am feeling helpless from my experience at this store. I was never able to get help from how I was treated here and its just sad. Ive called customer service several times over the past year and no one is able to do anything about the situation. I will be switching to a different carrier in the near future because of this.-A very dissatisfied Verizon customer

I went in the other day to get a new phone with my family. There was one employee there who was already helping someone so I didn’t mind waiting. We waited for about ten minutes when an older couple came in to wait also. After another couple minutes, the first customer left and the employee automatically went over to help the older couple. So I left. While we were leaving the employee stopped in the middle of helping the older couple to chase us outside. He seemed to be more worried about losing a sale than actually helping. It was pretty rude. I’ve worked in customer service all of my life and that’s not an appropriate way to act. If he had even just said something along the lines of “do you mind if I help these people really quick?” Or “these people have a quick question, do you mind waiting a second?” It wouldn’t have been so bad. But I’m not going to stand there waiting with 2 children while you help everyone before me when I was waiting first. I went to another store and had a much better experience with a lady that wanted to help.
My boyfriend and I walked in a half hour before the store closed and we were treated so kindly by Tyler. He helped me choose the right phone and accessories and even stayed a little after closing time to ensure everything went smoothly. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Verizon store!!!! Thank you Tyler!!!!
I went in close to closing time and they stayed open late for me to upgrade my phone. The staff was super accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to work with my plan to find me the best deal and recommended a different phone for that offer going on for the holidays. The price was amazing, so was the bundle of goodies included with the special offer and I love my new phone, but the customer service and staying open late for me was what really stood out. Id come back here.

The reps name t as g said Mitch. He knew the products very well. My husband purchased an iPhone and I purchased a Samsung. He was well versed in the use of both products as well as accessories. His demeanor was welcoming and friendly. I did not feel pressured to purchase products or rushed in any way. He also was very clear regarding the cost of the products and the affect of the new phones on our monthly bill. We will look for him when we return to the store. He is an asset to the company.

I think the person was very entertaining helpful courteous and made you feel like family when he was dealing with you and I told other people about him and that they need to get a phone from there and go see him cuz he was really good
Mylek was kind, courteous as well as knowledgeable. Regardless of how busy he was he would recognize everyone that came in the door. He also had customers that came in after closing time and was helping them also. He is an asset to your store.

The store rep was rude and very very unprofessional
Not organized, my phone was not able to use for a month because lack of proper knowledge or ambition, or laziness. Box didnt work, and the box had a picture of an antenna, but the antenna didnt come with the box. So they ordered the antenna and it came to be the wrong one. So they ordered another one, which is at an additional cost. But then when we went to to the other version store and they gave us the one on the shelf that was on the modal and guess what? No charge. Although we still could not get service with the antenna.So by now we are at a months time, without a house phone that in important to us.we go We have had it for over 20 years. So we go in to tell them we want to cancel and switch company and makes us wait 45 min, to tell us to come back tomorrow. Then on the way out, there on the shelf was the antenna, the whole time. We could have bought that one, borrowed it, whatever. The other store gave one to us for no charge. A bunch of kids work there and they dont know what they are doing!
Mylek was incredibly helpful and patient, my microphone broke and ha gave us a number of options to fix. Great store
