Good customer service and they usually have what youre looking for or the option to order it online

This location is great and the manager is very helpful. It really is too bad that corporate GameStop sucks so bad. I hope the new BOD gets this place in shape from the corporate level.

I needed to go to GameStop to exchange a game I bought on the website that arrived damaged. The guy who helped me was super nice and it a super easy experience to exchange the game. I would go out of my way to that game stop just for the customer service in the future.

This is one of the few game stops that is friendly and wont talk down to you when youre choosing out items.

Nice staff. Helpful. Used games are a bit overpriced. Dont have much in-stock for older systems like Wii U or the 3DS.

Was visiting on leave from Fort Carson. Wanted to get a big gift for the younger sister I never see. The worker refused to sell a switch unless he bundled it with 100 dollars extra of merch. I had to buy two screen protectors to get a switch. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Also got NO discount for bundle

Was greeted right away from the moment I walked in, and helped right away too with an exchange. There was no hesitation from them in helping us and they made sure we left completely satisfied. They definitely took care of us which we appreciate since the xbox one controller we had was less then a month old, and started having issues. Thanks guys!

Covid review. Store offer pick up orders at the door. And had signs regarding masks / social distancing prominently displayed. Limited to 5 customers at a time. Customers were properly wearing their masks. I bought a *new* Switch game. However the cases were opened and out for display. The game cards themselves are stored behind the counter. So your *new* game has been opened. Which isnt a huge deal but a bit odd and not the best if its a gift.

I love this GameStop. I always come here before going to the movies AMC.

This place is awesome. The staff are polite and conversational, great people that almost feel like friends from how often Ive been to this store. The store is always clean and organized. With everything clearly labeled, I can find almost everything I need without assistance. If one needs help, the staff do a fantastic job with assisting and can find what youre looking for quite quickly. Contrary to popular belief, brick-and-mortar game stores are not struggling and always have at least one other customer in there each time I visit. The store was packed when the latest Pokémon game was released. Whether youre there to pick up a new or used console, a game, or just chat with some other people with the same interests, you wont be disappointed. Needless to say, Im definitely going to be returning to this store as often as I can for the things I need.

I sold some old game stuff my kid didnt play with anymore, and they gave me a reasonable amount in store credit. They offer less if you want to get paid cash.

99% chance if you bring your kid here they gonna want something.

I wish GameStop would have older games in stock. Other than that, we took my grandson to the one in Oswego. He hadnt been to a GameStop in a while and was very happy with a fortnite dragon and a yu gi oh trading card set for his birthday!

The selection is great, store is clean and the employees are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Two employees, each working on extensive trade ins. Waiting for over 10min to check out with a single game without being acknowledged. Update: in and out of target next door in 5min and for a dollar less after gamestop employee said they were both too busy with trade ins

I rarely, if ever, give a publicly negative review but this location has some terrible customer service and it needs to be said. Some staff have been inappropriately/unapologetically rude and condescending over what should be simple transactions, and lack knowledge over store events and policies (have given out inconsistent information).Very disappointed. Not what retail should be. Will not be returning.

Game stop is by far the only game shop that low balls people just because there brand is well known....everybody who sees this take your business to Disc replay great deals on used games whether your buying or selling

Eh... you know the deal. you wont get much for used games. Buying used games only saves you 5 dollars sometimes. But there are nice employes.

This gamestop needs improvement, a word of wisdom for who I believe was the manager there when you see 5 diff customers waiting in line . Open the 2 register and help out dont just stand there. Not a big amazon buyer but with this being a 3 experience like this at gamestop may start purchasing my DBZ figures online. For sure after this I will take my business online I will no longer step foot in a gamestop

My local Gamestop everyone is always very nice and helpful I stop in here about once a week to see what new collectables they have. Wish they would get a larger ThinkGeek area but overall great store.

Put product out that isnt physically in store, only for order which is not labeled anywhere. Rude and disrespectful to patrons. Very unorganized team in here and it seems when there is a rush of people in the store they lose all concept of customer service. Advise visiting other gamestops.

The associate who assisted me was able to answer all of my questions. My problem is more with how gamestop handles things as a whole. Upon purchase I was almost charged full price. I advised the game is on sale. I just saw it on the website. They then went back and saw the sale add and changed my price in store which seems a bit ridiculous. Why wouldnt it show in their system as on sale? How many people have been overcharged in the past? Just a bit fishy...
