Gary the owner was a real courteous and helpful dude. Made sure I didn’t waste too much time in there and made sure I could drop off the truck quickly. Definitely one of my better experiences at U-Haul.Truck was a little beat up but there’s not a lot they can do on that. I’ll be back.

I needed a pickup truck to do a quick transport job. Even though it was Labor Day, this location was open. The owner, Gary Smith, was there. He was very nice and helpful. The pickup truck was in good condition and clean. Drop off was very easy. Thank you, Gary!!!

The store manager Gary Smith was super helpful when I needed an auto transport. I was able to bring the car being transported and he helped attach it to the u-haul.

Those guys are complete idiotsGot a trail hitch receiver installed in my car and they didn’t put the bamper back on correctly and the wiring is all messed up. Lexus refuses to take my car to fix everything because it was done by these morons. Impossible to get the repairs paid for. They keep pointing fingers at each other. Horrible place with completely unqualified staff

COVID has been a trying time for many, but Daniel was down-to-earth and informative about how I could make my first U-HAUL experience issue-less and safe. Huge thanks to Daniel

Rented a 6X12 enclosed trailer. Half way to my destination one of the wheels locked in place and the tire popped because it was dragging. The brake was so badly rusted that it literally imploded. Had I been on the Interstate this would have been catastrophic. Will not trust Uhaul ever again.

This was by far the best U-Haul I gave ever been too. The customer service was great. They were all courteous, professional, and very well trained. The general manager helped me and I was in and out quickly. Definitely recommend and 5 stars! Thanks again guys!!!

Had a great experience at this U-haul. Rent trucks often from many U-hauls but by far the best experience Ive ever had at this location thanks to the young man up from named Wyndell. U-haul needs more employees as polite and proffesional as him. Definetly reccomend this place for any rental.

They advertise propane but actually dont have propane

Came by multiple times for one move. They were helpful every time. Even when they didn’t have the equipment I needed, they called another location to facilitate service.

A month renting I discovered three charges on my credit card from U-Haul. Had to call in to learn it was damage charges (100% sure this was false) and had to file an objection. Huge hassle. Dont rent here.

HORRIBLE!!! Gave me a broken truck that broke down halfway to Tampa. Store manager talks badly about police officers. Regional manager named Miguel Caminos ignores phone calls and lies about handling issues.

Horrible. 0/10 I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.-They made us drive 45 minutes out of the way to pick up the 15ft truck we were renting rather than moving it to the store closest to our location.-We paid for a dolly and they didnt put it in the truck. When we finally got the truck home we were screwed because the U-Haul store was too far for us to drive back to.-They charged us $30 extra because we went 10 miles more than estimated. (This is because we had to drive it back where we picked it up which was 45 minutes away, not at the location closest to us.)

The truck was raggedy but the customer service was great.

They damaged my car to remove I said several times that it would damage and the official said not that I would even have to take my car he was busy and even the same person put another car in the same way and there was the problem with the other person in the get off the car, he opened the call on the insurance that was paid and they said that it does not cover get on and off the vehicle
