I went to the storage and the girl in the office her name if Im not wrong is xiomarie was given me and excellent service and great customer service she have a great personality always smiling and have a lot of great advice for self-storage

Would be nice to at least access my storage unit but when the office changes the system and doesn’t upload my code then I can’t access my stuff though I pay every month on time and Simply Storage won’t prorate my move out date. How about you tell your customers when there is a change or ensure that all the codes are loaded into the system properly.Doesn’t seem like a great place for families to store stuff especially during a pandemic when life is a bit crazy. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The 24hr service advertised is apparently is also closed on Sunday. Now have to pay to reschedule my movers and pay extra money, thanks Simply Storage! Won’t get recommending you guys at all!

Are you looking for storage? Are you tired of storage places ripping you off? Well look no further! Do you remember the story of baby Jesus and Mary and Joseph? Remember the nice lady that let them use the manger to stay the night after everywhere else was full? Let’s just say I had a similar experience. Everywhere else was full, but the very nice lady who worked here made sure I got the best deal in the whole city of Orlando! She even skipped lunch for me! She was so nice, if her manager sees this, give that woman a raise. The storage unit I thought was gonna be scary at first because I saw a spider and I’m not a fan of spiders, but when I went to move in, the unit was so clean you could eat off the floor. They even sell these moving kits with boxes, dividers, and bubble wrap to make your move easier than the first time you learned how to ride a bike. Definitely would recommend. 5 out of 5.

Horrible place and management They lack any type of security cameras in the property of the buildings also exterior, they told they were damaged they promise security cameras and they do not have! They do not answer, the gate is always broken. permanent staggered robbery, they break the locks, they open the cars, we’re robbed and the manager laughs and told us no one cares... The lack of care and security makes this place horrible. We don’t recommend and trust in this place either the company itself!

Xiomarie is a great employee. She helps out alot around the facility and always has a big beautiful smile on her face. I would recommend anyone to this facility.

We just moved our 3 units to this facility only to have our lease terminated. The office staff is absolutely horrible and I would never recommend this place to our enemy. Su Marie puts on a friendly face and persona but deep down she is just like the rest of the people here in Orlando. Absolutely horrible and wretched. Glad we waited for our Yelp review so we could see this place for what it was. If we could give zero stars we would. Btw ants run rampage throughout all the storage units here and the facility is not kept clean

I was checking Orlando storage areas and I was disappointed until I found Simply Storage Lake Nona, Xiomarie and Liliam went far and beyond in my experience, quick, efficient and awesome customer service! Will definitely recommend this place specially with those awesome ladies working there!

My stuff was stolen from a unit here. The rating wouldn’t be so low but the staff absolutely did not care, not for longer than two minutes anyway. I was told to call the police and while I was waiting for them to arrive, I called the front office to see if anything was being done or cameras were being checked and was told no, the employee was “doing other reports right now.” In case anybody is interested in keeping anything of value here, know all internal units in the C building (and probably all others) are not secure. They have three foot gaps at the ceiling that can easily be accessed by someone with a ladder, or even a chair. The door to get in the building is unlocked, and anybody in the building can access the units through those gaps. Poor/unsafe construction. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

Fantastic staff very friendly. Storage unit was immaculate and prices extremely fair couldnt be more pleased. Highly recommend it to anybody needing a storage unit.

Simply Storage is that. a simple, basic place. They should fix the lighting system. it does not work in the rear sector.

If I could give this zero stars I would.My sister had a TV, piano, guitar, amp and suitcase full of mint condition books and plays stolen from her unit and the manager on site couldn’t care less. They lack any type of security cameras on the inside of the buildings or on the exterior and maybe only at the front gate though I personally didn’t see one. All the manager did was take pictures of the unit and told us to call the cops. The lack of care and security makes this place really terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else where your belongings can be trusted.

Poor communication and shady business practices. No notice of billing issue until receiving a lien and $70+ in late fees. Phone call with voice mail? Email? Letter? Nope. Just a pay up or well seize your property. Disappointed to say the least.

I wish I could rate this higher, but I was a good customer for over a year before I terminated my tenancy. On 12/1 I called within 4 hours after my automatic payment was charged (at 8:30AM rather than at night, prior to next day or even end of business) to let them know I was moving out by 12/5 and they charged me for the full month ($175) and would not refund or pro rate. is was totally contrary to what the on-site manager told me! I made attempts to call and speak to a manager - but never received a call back. There is a lot of competition these days - go elsewhere!

SCAM! They quoted me at a certain price, then LESS THAN 4 MONTHS LATER, they hiked that price so much that my credit card company contacted me bc they thought it was fraudulent. They did it AGAIN only FIVE MONTHS LATER. I now am paying close to $1200 per year MORE than what I agreed to initially & cant do anything about it bc Im overseas. AVOID THIS BAIT & SWITCH SCAM!!!

These guys are great. I called and got a last minute drive in unit to shelter a vehicle from Irma before it hits. When I said I wouldnt need it once the storm passes they decided to only charge me a very small couple day rate, instead of having to pay for a full month that I wouldnt use. Will definitely use them again if needed, no question.

Altamonte Springs.Batman to do anything with your account he charged me $70 threatened to call the cops when I was trying to explain it that was not my account he put the $70 on and instead of apologizing he told me that hes not my therapist when I got upset about him not listening stay far away from him and do not let him take your money
