Adam was a great help. Truck was ready and waiting in the morning for pick up.

The guys at the Florida Mall Uhaul are the best. I rent trailers from Steven, Jose,, and Adam all the time. They get me in and out quickly and take great care of me and all their customers. I highly recommend this location when you need great service and nice equipment.

Made my move from point A 2 point B .and I still had a savings, no reservations. Best spot!!!

My husband came here yesterday to pick up a truck so that he could get materials to one of our properties since his truck bed was full. When he went to pick up his material, he realized he PROBABLY could fit it. So he went back to this U-Haul and the guys were nice enough to help him unload and re-organize the back of his truck and let him return the U-Haul. Such a great experience and saved us not only money but a ton of time! Super helpful here, highly recommend this location as Ive been to others and they are less than exceptional by all means!

Adam the GM is always on point. Ive rented from this location several times for work purposes and they always have what I need. Pick up and drop off are quick and easy, even without a reservation. Trucks are always clean and the crew is helpful. Ill continue to rent from this place.-Tyler H.

Cant speak for equipment rentals here but they did a great job installing my hitch and hitch wiring. Initially the wrong hitch was sent to them (not their fault) but they had me back in the next day and it came out great. Customer service is great here, especially considering how most places are in Orlando.

Be very careful they tried to say I damaged a tire its a con scheme I contacted my lawyer they tried to charge me 228 I will be going to small claims court just becauae I dont want what happened to me to happen to other Im a disabled vet they yelled at me ran a scam then tried to run my card 2 Times. RUN AWAY SCAM SCAM Owner is fraud and employees help him. Not good STAY AWAY

Customer service is on point at this location. Shane and Eric are very helpful and went above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend this location for all your moving needs!

This location was such a disappointment. Spoke with the general manager Adam about setting up an appointment to get a wiring kit installed. He himself gave me a 11 am appointment. When I arrived they said my appointment was at 12:30. Wrong . Was told other cars were ahead of me even though I was the only one waiting . Asked to speak to the manger and the assistant manager was there . His name was mike. He told me other cars had been waiting and he had to honor the other appointments again however I was the only one there . Waited I till 1 to get my car worked on and it took over an hour for it you be completed . This place is horrible don’t even bother coming here . Everyone there is super unprofessional. The manger Adam has previously given us his number for basically noting because we called and he ignored our calls ! Again what an awful experience!!

The pick-up process was fine and the front desk staff are friendly. When I returned the vehicle the staff didnt process it on time so I was charged for a second day, and as a result reached out for a refund. As other reviews have mentioned, the General Managers lack of professionalism is shocking. There are plenty of other U-Haul locations in the area; if youre partial to U-Haul I strongly recommend spending your money at a different location to avoid the possibility of ever having to interact with this locations GM.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t get greeted by anyone for at least 15 mins and they were not busy. They wouldn’t let me get a uhual truck because they said they didn’t accept debit card, only major credit cards because of policy. But then I go to another uhual and they say that’s not the case. Inconsistency

Owner was not helpful.. I rented a truck and trailer combo. The associate came back and said that the trucks had their hitches taken by the previous renters.He then told me that I would have to purchase one in order to rent the trailer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME . WHAT A COMPLETE SHAM OF A BUSINESS.. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Good truck prices and good service. I had to cancel the truck due to my move date changing and they cleverly rescheduled my reservation to fit my new date. They have the right truck ready and offer supplies at the store including boxes and moving equipment, although everything is quite expensive. I have used this location several times and always have a good experience. Although they are a large location, they are busy so book ahead especially when moving at the beginning/end of the month, or they may not have any trucks available.

My friend had a reservation at another U-Haul and that U-Haul fell through. He had to schedule a U-haul from here and had to pick the truck up a day earlier than planned. This left us with only an hour to unload his stuff. We got it unloaded and I dropped the truck off at this location right at the drop-off time. No workers were out there to check the truck in, and so the first time they saw me with the truck was one minute after the drop-off time. They proceeded to charge my friend for an extra day. What kind of a jerk does that? If you can rent a truck from any other U-haul, then avoid this place.

Quoted a certain price for a trailer hitch and then was charged a different rate. When I questioned them they said to call customer service who then told me to call the store. Ended up being charged almost double.Employees hung up on me and were extremely unhelpful. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Made an appointment online and prepaid for a Class III hitch install on my Pacifica. Dropped off and took an Uber to the Florida Mall which is very close. Adam texted me when the hitch was done, what a simple pick up! Adam was excellent, no problems, and has been responding to all of my questions even after the install. Would not hesitate to use them again. Excellent service!

Horrible customer service. Today 06/26 at 5:30 pm The guy in the front desk named Samuel was really unhelpful, rude and disrespectful with me and my husband. I don’t understand why this guy is working in this place he doesn’t care about the business. I feel sorry for U-Haul at Florida Mall having this guy in the front desk. I’m not coming back.

I got here 8:25am. My appointment was 8:30am. They not even know I was scheduled. The employee took my suv to install a hitch harness. After one hour I heard I dont know how to do it. Really, how professional this place is.Never again.

Amazing staff and crew, I come here pretty often.

Returned a trailer early, shop never checked it in, called me a few days later asking if I was going to return it. Told them I had dropped it off and asked why it had not been closed out. They apologized and found it in their parking lot. Proceeded in billing me extra days. Called to ask why, they apologized, and billed me another day. Apparently they don’t know how to close an account after a return but they sure know how to bill extra.

I am giving these folks a 2 because they couldnt manage to get the car tow disconnected from my vehicle properly. My husband hurt his hand and back in the process because they couldnt get it done. Then, when they thought nobody was looking. One of the reps came out and jumped on the bumper of our truck really hard to knock it loose. It scratched the bumper. I filed a complaint and they had the nerve to call and tell me it is standard procedure and safe to jump on a car bumper to get it released from the tow ball. So they added insult to injury by insulting my intelligence. Surely they can do better than that.

This location provided the best customer service Ive ever had with U-Haul. I had a very stressful move over a three day period and the team at the store was very sympathetic and worked with me on extending the length of my rental. Hector appeared to be a hard worker but still had a smile on his face the whole time as he checked out and in my truck. He made sure I had everything I needed. Ill be returning to this location.

Horrible experience. Argued with me that truck did not have enough fuel in it. I took pictures before and after and they still charged my card. Also told me truck was late when I was in fact almost 4 hours early. Employee laughed after he said he was going to charge my card another $72. I asked to speak to manager and was told I would have to go out back if I wanted to talk to him because he was to busy to talk. This place is absolutely the worst.

The service was great but the manager/Owner Adam bullies his employees. I felt bad for the young man helping us. Instead of teaching his employee from his mstakes, he laughed at him and told us to “not listen to him”. I was ready to smack him Lol!! it wasnt profesional from the owner even if that’s their relationship ...sorry. :/

Came in to get a auto transporter, since the location on OBT messed up or order. As we was awaiting further instruction on what to do next with the vehicle. From the short time of being in this location the manager Adam Madawi was straight rude and unprofessional. This location won’t get my service again.

Clean and quick, kinda dangerous area. Unless you want to put a bunch of hookers or drug dealers in the Uhual truck.

Just spoke with Megan on the phone, she was incredibly helpful and polite. So far this is the best experience Ive had with renting moving equipment and vehicles.

The truck was almost undrivable at highway speed. Tried to charge me for a hand cart that I didnt use.

This is the worst experience Ive had with any business...ever! I spoke with Jessie and made a reservation, he gives me a confirmation #. The day comes to pick up my truck and Jessie says I cancelled, they claim they called to confirm my pick up time and spoke to a woman who said (actual quote) I dont know whos moving. I dont need a truck and just like that they cancel my reservation. Heres the fascinating thing...i never received a call from anyone...at all. Did no one even asks questions like oh, is this not Jane Doe or whatever name is on the reservation? THEY obviously made the mistake and dialed the wrong number. Jessie refuses to admit to wrong and says your call log doesnt prove we didnt call you, I can pull up our log I offer to wait and he says oh are you gonna wait 4 hours? cause thats how long it takes. This pitiful excuse for a Uhaul is an absolute disaster the photo above is Jessie just in case you wanted to put a face to the ignorance in the review. All this mayhem he and his staff caused, caused me to push back my out of state move and miss my first day of work in my promoted position. I refused to give my business to them and instead went to the Uhaul 840 South OBT to someone who was compassionate and gave me three best service and an awesome price...go see them instead and ask for Danny Ramcharitar!!

Worst experience ever. Rented a pick up truck for an hour. Charged by the miles. They claimed the tank was full. I returned it using going ONLY 14 miles. I filled one gallon gas before returning. Charles whos works there claims it was low and charged me for 2 gallons!!! At double he normal rate. How can I have used 3 gallons of gas for only l4 miles. He wouldnt even listen to me. Worst experience. Probably will never use uhaul again. And this is my first time ever reviewing anything. Thats how mad I am

I have read the previous opinions and how much this place has changed, respect for the client and professional treatment is not part of the work environment of these people. I made an appointment and I paid online to place a trailer hitch and when I went there after two weeks of waiting they did not have it programmed and with total indolence they told me that they did not have the people to do the installation and they could do nothing, without even offering me Some other option, they just wrote me a phone for buyersclub and they told me if you want to call for the money back. My experience in this very bad place and of course I do not recommend this place.
