The place is so clean and the staff is very helpful. I called in several times to get my daughter set up in Orlando. I talked to Kristine every time and she was always patient and took the time out to answer all my questions. When we arrived to move in our daughter she was just as nice in person. She made sure we were comfortable and even moved our daughter into a spot near a camera. Thank you for making this nervous mother feel a little better and thank you for always giving my daughter tips to avoid traffic.

Its very clean, climate controlled, employees are very helpful, good lightning and very accessible with carts in the entrance of every unit building so you can move heavy items easily to your unit. There are many sizes of units so you can pick the one that fits you. Plus they have the best prices in the area and I know because I looked at quite a few different ones and they were more expensive. So do the home work and compare.

Personalized, professional customer service! Kristen and André do an absolutely wonderful job at this facility! We are very happy with the cleanliness, maintenance, and administrative service provided. The location is convenient, lighted well, and monitored via video cameras. Their prices are competitive for the area but, what sets them apart from everyone else is the teamwork, positive attitudes and results from the employees. They exemplify a perfect mix of professionalism, personal service and pride!

I was looking for a storage box for my parents move next month. The process has not been easy and a lot of companies have hidden costs. On Saturday we went to Metro Storage and Kristen was a huge help. She answered all of our questions and even gave us the total cost of 3 different boxes. Staff is super nice, was a quick easy transaction. Place is super clean. Have 24 access to your belongings which for us in Florida avoiding heat is a great bonus and other storage places normally close at 9/10pm and open again at 6am so to not be worried about being locked out is a HUGE benefit

Andre was the best! Very helpful getting out of state customers signed up to rent a unit. We spoke with 10 other storage places and all said we had to be present to rent a storage unit. Andre made the process very easy.

Love the facility nice courteous help.Short comings: need a small outdoor covering and a bench outside... we keep a van stored to use when we arrive by air as the airport is extremely near. Often come in after hours and we have to wait for Uber or Lyft from the airports so far it has never been raining but the time will come when it will be.Love the 24 hour availability. Id recommend the business.
