Extremely unhappy with this company. I was quoted and told 2 hour minimum was what I wanted but ended up taking them over 4 hours. I felt the quality of service was poor and the service is one huge SCAM it cost me over 1200$ for 3 men to move 2 bedroom and a couch over 4 hours. On top of that was wall and blind damage left behind. On the way to my new location they stopped on the clock to get a drink and caused a time delay.DO NOT use this company (Orlando, Fl area). I’m really upset and puts me as a single father raising a child in a financial issue. I am contacting them regarding this and also I never had a form signed, no paperwork, no contact about the experience, and the price was beyond what I was expectingPlease consider a different company. I can’t stress enough how horrible this experience was I will be reaching out to solve this or legal action will take place

They were also very compassionate toward an Elder w/ heart condition who was severely stressed by the packing & moving. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst moving company in the world. They damaged EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE. The moving process was a disaster, ZERO packaging materials, we even had to give them our bed sheets to cover the TV!! NO straps, ZERO Profesional, even the truck was not good, they guy told us that it was leaking on the roof so if it rain my furniture could get wet!!! the worst experience ever!!! They did not even had a mattress bag and they dragged it trough the driveway and grass. their branch manager Cristian had the guts to call us and process the payment, you have got to be kidding us. He insulted me stating that I cannot complaint because I was not the one doing the moving, he had no idea who he is dealing with!! he threatened us on taking what was left on the truck because we did I not agree to pay on a HORRIBLE SERVICE that damaged all our belongings!!!!!!

Archie, Mike and Khai showed up and handled business. The move was handled quickly and carefully. They took extra precautions to make sure no floors or doors were damaged in the process. I would hire this crew again in a heartbeat, you should hire them too.

Otis, Roy and Austin were amazing!!!!! They went above and beyond to help us move from Orlando to Fort Myers. They demonstrated great communication and professionalism throughout the move, as well as worked efficiently and carefully with all of our belongings. I would not recommend this moving company to anybody. Our experience has been absolutely terrible. The movers brought my sons bed to his room and did not put it together for liability reasons. However, when we went to assemble it, the hardware was missing. I called several times to try and find out if the movers could recall where the hardware was. I was transferred to corporate, claims, and the Orlando office and despite saying they would assist, nobody responded back.This company also moved our piano out of our first house and we were told it would be fine for them to take it to the second floor of our new house. They refused to take it upstairs, but said that they would schedule to have it done a different day. My baby grand piano sat in my garage for almost three weeks. All my Sons never full-filled their promise, so I hired Baltic Movers to move my piano into the house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BALTIC MOVERS- it was the best experience dealing with this moving company.I am disappointed in the responsiveness and how All My Sons completely dismissed us. I had to hire another moving company, and we also had to buy my son a new bed (because the furniture store no longer sells his particular bed and the hardware was not available).

To begin with I was told that the movers would be at my apartment anywhere between 8-9am. The movers called at 8:45 and told me that they were 45 minutes out… they didn’t arrive until 10:15. As they were loading things up they were putting large heavy boxes on top of smaller boxes labeled not just fragile but VERY fragile. I’m honestly surprised nothing broke inside the boxes. The movers punctured my couch with a metal rod leaving a giant hole. I also got charged a fee for a plastic mattress cover, however my mattress topper was still damaged with a hole in it and dirt everywhere because they scooted the mattress across the concrete instead of lifting it. My dresser has marks all over it from them as well. When I called to set this up the guy who helped me made it seem like a great deal because I wouldn’t need to move anything out of my dresser but they charged fees for having a plastic wrap things, honestly such a rip off. It took them 3hrs to a small one bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and cost around $800, over $100 of that being for gas. Definitely not worth the money.

Esteban and Edwin were very friendly and moved quick. Little on the pricey side but they took very good care of our furniture during the move. Everything was wrapped and packaged correctly.I would recommend these two in the future for anyone looking for hard working movers with friendly service.

Joseph, Austin, Archie and Evan moved us today. They are an amazing team and worked so well together. They stayed so positive despite the heat and heavy loads up stairs. They were super quick and all of our belongings arrived safe and sound. We are so grateful we selected All My Sons to move us.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. We were initially sold on professional movers, full insurance coverage for ALL damages (reimbursed at full value), a competitive hourly rate, and a timely move. We did not receive any of that. We had amateur movers (one was on his phone the entire time), three pieces of furniture damaged (two ruined), boxes destroyed, a move that took three hours longer than necessary, and received an initial offer of $192 to remedy our issues. I should note we moved .7 miles down the road....I’ve hired other movers in two states, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They did not meet our expectations for a professional moving company in any way, shape, or form. Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else for your move. BRB while I go purchase NEW furniture to replace what they ruined.

We had to reach out to a mover at short notice. Carlos Sullivan at All my Sons and his whole team were excellent.The estimate of labor and drive dive was accurate. The office staff helpful, communication and documentation were good.Carlos and team were on time,very professional in their work, working efficiently and productively . They asked questions if unsure, placing all furniture where I needed it at the end of the road trip. In 90 degree heat-they all worked hard. I would recommend Carlos and his team if you need assistance when moving .

Evan, Archie, and Austin were great! They deserve a good review, they were awesome employees. However, the management is horrible. They originally quoted us $159 (the down payment being $100) to move ONE medium sized couch and arm chair from a one story house in Winter Park to an apartment with a freight elevator in Winter Springs (approx. 20 min drive). After they finished and it was time to pay the remaining $59, they tried to charge us over $300 for a SIMPLE MOVE THAT TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR. After my boyfriend went back and forth on the phone with one of the managers multiple times, they agreed on payment of $100 extra on top of the original down payment ($200 total instead of the original $159). Lo and behold, they charged my boyfriend’s card $200 so that they could get the $300 that they demanded regardless. We’re very disappointed in the way this company conducts their business, we’ll be disputing the additional charges, and we will not be hiring them again for any future moves.-The response to my review is hysterical. They didn’t even read it. Do yourselves a favor and hire a halfway decent marketing representative with experience in customer service. Good Lord.

I can not say enough wonderful things about All My Sons. The two men that showed up were very professional and efficient. There were a few special items which were very large or weirdly shaped and they just made it work. Everything arrived to the new house in perfect condition. Aside from the actual movers, All my sons ended up being a couple hundred dollars cheaper than some of the other companies for the type of move we required. They answer emails and phone calls promptly, even on weekends. You can not go wrong with this company!

Evan, Joseph & Donald arrived this morning, Bright and early and in good spirits. We had a lot to move. 5 bedrooms and an office plus a garage full. I pack heavy and felt horrible they had to move all of our stuff down stairs and through a small garage door. Then to move it all back upstairs to a small apartment. They stayed in good spirits through the day and handled all of our stuff like they would their own. I would hire them again ( although I’m sure they would run the other way because of how I pack). Everything went quick even with it being 100 degrees outside. Great company to work with also. Thanks guys!

Donald and Evan were extremely professional, kind and efficient!! We moved a 1 bedroom apartment (2 residents) from FL to GA. I was very nervous for how this process would go as this was my first experience hiring a packing/moving company. All breakables were packed with care and we’re protected during the move. It was a long day of packing and a long walk from the apartment to the service elevator and not one complaint throughout the day and a half process. It was also a LOT of stuff for just 2 guys and they were amazing. The unpacking process was extremely fast but done with care and respect for our belongings. It was such an enjoyable experience and the 4 of us made a great team! I would highly recommend them for any in-state or out-of-state move!!!

We were quoted one rate when we reserved and then we’re told a completely different rate the day before our move. Because it was such short notice we had to continue with our reservation. We were also charged additional fees that we were initially told were waived because of the extremely short distance of the move. The movers were nice, but they definitely took their time. My husband and I moved an entire 3 Bed/2Bath house in two hours. The movers moved an entire 1 bed apartment and it took 4 hours. There was no hustle. They missed a lot of items too where we had to move ourselves. They broke a few items of ours and scratched the new apartment walls and broke a light switch panel. They also dropped our tv. Because we moved the tv to a storage unit, we don’t know if it broke. What should have only costed us under $500 ended up being more than $1k with damaged and scratched items. I can say they wrapped the couch pretty good. That was at least a solid 20 minutes of wrapping a small section of a couch. We definitely will not use this company again.

I originally contacted All My Sons in mid July for a move on 8/8. The rep explained the rates and told me no travel fee, 3 movers and a truck would be sent out for me. I didn’t receive an email or confirmation but they did charge me a deposit. I called twice a few weeks later and was told there was a system issue which is why no email was sent but I was definitely on the schedule. I received an email the day before my move that they tried to contact me, despite no emails or calls made to me. I called and was told the same details I was when I originally called. The day of the move, 2 movers showed up and they were great. Edwin and Javier moved everything I needed, were great guys to get along with and got the truck loaded in a pretty timely manner for being on the 3rd floor. Edwin had me sign some things and told me I would pay at my new place before they unloaded. We get to the new place and he shows me double what I was estimated. He told me that I would be charged a travel fee due to the travel being over an hour. He got the office on the phone and Christian was able to lower the price due to the “inconvenience” but I was still charged way more than I was quoted. About 85% of my stuff was still in the back of the truck. I don’t blame the movers, I have no complaints about them but the way the office handled everything felt very shady. Make sure you get something in writing!

I requested services and had to cancel with 24 hours of booking. Upon calling to cancel within the 48 hr cancelation period, which is their policy, I was told by multiple reps on several different phone calls within the same day, that I will be emailed a cancelation confirmation. Long story short, I had to go to their physical location just to ensure that I received a cancelation email (which I received while in their office face to face with a rep) I did not want to risk not being refunded my deposit so I wanted evidence that I canceled with their 48 hr cancelation period. I was getting the run around by the staff. I recommend not booking them at all because theyre sneaky but if you do ensure you get confirmation of everything for your records. Upon booking I received an email immediately so it baffled me that I go to their establishment for a confirmation I should have been able to get once requested over the phone. It just seems they were trying to be deceitful so they can keep my deposit.

I’ve needed professional movers a few of times since moving to Florida and I’m so glad someone recommended All My Sons Moving. I can not say enough positive things about them. They listened, figured out how big of a truck I would need and how many guys it would take to get my stuff relocated without me having to repeat myself. What a blessing. I don’t know what their employment requirements are but they hire the nicest people. I know movers work hard and it’s especially difficult in Florida because of the insane heat indexes we have but even after working all day they are still extremely nice. I have no doubt at all that I will use them again.

With the amount of money a person is spending to use this service, the OWNER of the business needs to assure the ones representing their business cares about customer service!!! A person has the right to ask questions about charges and services being offered to avoid hidden fees in the end! OWNER, please invest in customer service courses for your staff!!!!

Nado and Matt moved me out of my old place and into the new one. They were friendly and professional. They listened to myself and my relatives who were helping when we explained what we needed loaded first and last, and then they got to work. Getting some of the larger furniture out was tricky, but they were up to the challenge.Once we arrived at our destination and began unloading, the estimated completion time was accurate to within 30 minutes; Nado and Matt clearly knew how long it would take to finish the job.I would definitely recommend All My Sons to anyone looking for a good quality moving company that provides friendly, competent service.

I would not recommend contracting All My Sons for your move. One crew member dropped a bin full of fragile items inside the truck and didnt bother to pick it up. He stood there as I picked up the items and carried the bin off the truck myself. The same mover then knocked a stone table on the floor tiles, smashing the stone and chipping the ceramic tile a bit. He didnt apologize or attempt to pick up the table. One of the movers broke the door off my stainless steel grill and didnt bother to alert his supervisor or me. They also lost one of our smart bulbs. Although the company cut me a check for the damages (which I appreciate), it doesnt lessen the bad experience. Moving to a new home is among the top most stressful moments in life and dealing with careless movers, such as the ones from All My Sons, only intensified that stress.

We had scheduled All My Sons for a move on Wednesday, had scheduled a week and a half two to weeks in advance. For my mother who is unable to return to her second story condominium which was explained to them. They called the Monday of the move week and said “they overbooked” it would be a weeks to reschedule. There’s zero professionalism in this company. Would give zero stars if possible. Found a local company more than happy to pick up the slack of All My Sons, and was also shocked at the lack of professionalism of this “national” company.

For my move from FL to VA I contracted All My Sons to pack and store most of my furnishings. The guys packing were very careful with my belongings and answered all my questions. After being without furniture for over a month, I was excited to finally have my possessions delivered to VA. Reynaldo Rosario and teammate delivered everything as scheduled. They were awesome unloading and placing things as requested and answered all my questions and concerns. They were also great to interact with which helped with the stress of moving. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I will definitely call All My Sons Moving and Storage.

Evan, Dre, Joseph, and Kymani helped me out on a last minute move. Got everything I needed them to and in a time efficient manner! Called to make sure I knew when they were coming and when they arrived and reviewed every address with me to make sure everything went smoothly. I didn’t have some lamps, paintings and a TV in boxes and they helped pack those safely. All my furniture they helped wrap up and safely put into storage! Definitely going to use them when I take it all out into the new place!

Where to begin.. I was quoted a price of 205.00 x3 for 3 hours of moving and that included the truck, gas and time. S0 it should have been $615.00 for 3 hours. If I went over it would be additional $175.00 per hour which I saw as fair. When all was said and done, I was charged over $1300.00 dollars for a 3 and half hour move. What they said in the beginning to seal the deal was all a lie. On their website they show their own trucks to move you. In reality, they showed up in a U-Haul and charge you for the truck, gas and travel time. A move that should have cost me no more then $800.00, ended up costing me over $1300.00 dollars. When I spoke to Chris he said sorry if I miss understood their charges. I said I didn’t, you and your company say one thing over the phone to get the deposit and then Over charge you when you need to sign for the bill. God hates nasty, and this is the definition of Nasty. I will be reaching out to an attorney and a local billboard company to see how much they charge to take out an add warning future movers not to use this company. This review is all business not personal. I am not confrontational and I hope if your reading this you will take to heart what mine and others have experienced with this deceiving moving company.

These guys were amazing. They were prompt and got everything done we needed and were very helpful anything we needed it was done no questions asked. The 2 men (Jamie and Louis) who moved me were very professional and nice. I had no issue with them and would give them a raise and a bonus if possible!The problems were that All My Sons missed my move date, sent a truck that wasnt big enough, and under estimated the time and manpower for my job. If the truck had been larger, it may have taken less time but they had to strategically fit everything. And moving from a 2nd floor should standardly require 3 men, not 2. A couple items were scuffed up and a wooden dog crate was completely broken in the move (but no electronics or glass items broken). I did receive a lower mileage rate and $100 credit for the crew coming on Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the whole move still cost $1400. Im lucky I had a couple days wiggle room.

I used All My Sons to move from one bedroom to another, in a roommate type situation, and the whole ordeal was just okay if not less than. For starters, the communication beforehand was the absolute bare minimum. They called weeks in advance to schedule the time for the move but never confirmed again after that via email or phone. This led me to be worried they wouldn’t show up, due to the amount of time passed between communication. Then, the two guys came and they were super friendly yet unknowlegable about certain things. For example, they saw my various bags prepped for them and asked if I wanted to condense them down to a few boxes instead. I, who already had a tight budget in place, asked beforehand how much each box would be and they said, “it’s included.” I asked if they were sure which they responded yes than I was I don’t see why not then. It’d make it easier on them so why not? BIG MISTAKE. Not only did it take them an extra hour to condense the items, when everything was done and settled the bill showed they charged me an extra $150 for those materials. None of this was conveyed to me before they used such materials which I would’ve denied beforehand. Don’t use this company if you need to stick to specific budget. They will up charge you for things and take their time. Other than that the move went smoothly. That’s the only reason I gave them two stars rather than one.

I just called to try and get a quote for a move from a storage unit in Orlando to my home in South Carolina. I spoke with a girl who told me I would have to either meet with someone at the locker so they could see what I am moving, or do a facetime call with them. I explained that I am out of state and do not have someone that can drove out just to have someone look at a packed 10 x 10 storage. You wouldnt even be able to see past the first layer, I say. Just charge me based on the size of the unit and the knowledge that it is packed. She didnt say a word. She just hung up on me. I guess she didnt like my answer. I feel I just dodged a bullet.

Eduardo, Ruben, and Zachary made our move sooooooo much easier. We couldnt have been happier with how efficient AND pleasant all 3 men were. They even stayed late to MAKE sure all items that were too heavy for us were moved in their proper places. Hopefully we dont have to move again anytime soon BUT if we did, I would definitely not use anyone but them

Great experience moving my father in law. After the passing if his wife and deciding to move closer to our family there was so many things to do in a short period of time and All my sons made it easy. From doing a facetime call w ryan to get a quote, the confirmation process and day of moving it was smooth and professional. Otis, Roy and Austin showed up on time and got right to work! They were respectful and fun to work with all day! We were able to get most of the packing done ahead of time so we were credited for the materials we did not use. Cant say thank you enough!

Although our move has not yet taken place, I am beyond satisfied with the customer service provided by Cody (I believe from the Orlando office) and feel confident that this service will follow through to the crew that will move us. I spoke with her to get a quote, and ended up scheduling our move during the same call. Ive gotten quotes from a few other companies and definitely felt the need to ponder on those quotes before booking with any of them. Cody took the time to go over every detail of how their business works, what all theyll do leading up to the move, and the date of the move in extra detail. She has just the right (tenured) crew in mind to assign to our move based on what bigger furniture pieces I listed off, and factoring in the dreaded stairs. The quote offered was literally half of the quotes the other companies gave me, which might seem a little off, but again Cody did a really great of outlining their business service goals to me and I have no hesitations since I know theyve been around for a while. She really put my mind at ease knowing that they dont charge astronomical fees to move us out of a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator and into a 2 story home. Additionally, they dont charge an extra little fee for every.single.little.piece that goes in with a move (gas, mileage, disassembly/reassembly, wrapping, labor, insurance, etc.) like other companies Ive spoken with do. Im no longer dreading this move with this officially being booked, and am thankful I took just one more quote phone call this morning! Thanks, Cody! :)

Movers were great but the office staff called me the day before our move and raised the original price that we were quoted, by $166. Very disappointed! We are moving more items in a few weeks and will not be choosing this company for that reason.

This people are not good professional. The good reviews are probably done by their own families. I used their service and the quality was so poor. First they sent 3 guys to my house to pack and moved and by 5:00 pm they were arguing between each other because they were tired and wanted to live. The guy (Chad) who did the quote was supposed to know better. The movers did not want to pack my things because they were not told to do so. After a long day, from 0900 till 1900. They left and we have to finish the rest. My thing were put in one of their storage unit for 1 week until I got the new house. Chris called me to charged me over the phone but this guy, who does not have any honor, did not tell me that from the two trucks who did the initial moving, only one was coming that Thursday. The rest of my things were brought incomplete and broken over two more days (Friday, Saturday). We are missing more than 5 box full with personal things that they can’t find anywhere! Really???. Since that Saturday I have been calling the store multiple times to ask if they found my things and they don’t know. “Chris” have never call back, nor answer m calls. I have talked to Chad, anthony, Jose and this people are just plain irresponsible charlatans that you can hear laughing in the background every time I call.I’m an ARMY retired and I have moved multiple times in my life. I have never have such a bad experience in my life. This people do not deserved to provide services to our community. They should not be allow to touch you personal belongings.Poor quality of service and no commitment to the clients. If they can do a good job they should not be trusted.

Update: Since reorganizing and unpacking, we found multiple things broken. It happens and they were things that needed replacing anyway. What has been really frustrating, though, was that my husband inherited a really nice butcher block work bench from his grandfather. It has made multiple moves with us no problem. We only move 10 miles up the road and it some how broke on the seam. We were not informed at the time of move and they are only going to cover about 10% of the cost because we didnt purchase additional insurance. Fully Insured apparently means only if you pay $1,400 for the move and then whatever else they want to get the full insurance.Tim and his team were amazing! They got the job DONE! They were very respectful and super easy to get along with. They had us packed and unpacked quick. I would definitely use them again in the future!

We loved the movers of this company, no matter the rain or weather, they worked hard. Movers Nado, Matt and Jesse di an amazing job and is worthy of this review, my sister has high praises for that team. I will definitely be requesting them for future needs. Thank you so much!

I spoke with two reservation representatives and I was very clear about wanting to understand the pricing. Eventually we came up with a number around $800. I knew this was a best case estimate and I expected it may go up to $1200 at the very most. I was also quoted for 2 movers and 3 movers at the same rate but only 2 ended up showing up. When my total came in over $1600 for a sub par moving experience I was very disappointed. I had a 2BR/2BA apartment moving to a townhome. I had roughly 35 medium boxes fully packed, 1 queen that needed to be disassembled, 1 twin that didnt, a large dresser, a large TV stand and two couches and a few small side tables. I even used my own mattress bags (which they charged me for, I noticed that after the fact) and I had wrapped a couple pieces of furniture myself. It still took over 2.5 hours for them to move my things into the truck, and it was mostly because one of the guys was obviously new and didnt know what he was doing (not his fault, they should have 3 people with new movers). The other guy was great but he basically had to redo everything the first guy did. The newer guy also broke a ceiling light fixture in my new home, scratched my front door and the wall leading up the stairs and into the guest room. They noticed but didnt offer anything, they also told me they did it when they saw me looking at it after I watched them do it. I didnt say anything because it was hot and they were trying despite their obvious challenges. Also, they lifted all my furniture very haphazardly. I was told on the phone that I could leave the drawers full, but my stuff was thrown all over and broken. If they had kept more things upright it would have been fine. Overall it shouldnt have been a difficult move but it took them too long, they damaged my new home, and I was never offered anything or apologized to. Safe to say I wouldnt recommend this company. They have a lot of hidden fees, they don’t quote you accurately and they over promise. You can tell on the phone they won’t answer direct pricing questions. Also they charge for drive time, it was about a 1.5 hour drive for this move, I left after they had loaded the truck. I still beat them by at least 45 minutes. Rent a Uhaul and throw some friends $200 each if you want a better move.

I had set up a reservation with all my sons moving for an upcoming Sunday to have them help me move. The lady I spoke with on the phone assured me they would be able to help me on the day requested and that I would need to put down a deposit for my spot. I received a call a few hours after and they were telling me they weren’t going to be able to do that day now, after already locking it in and I would have to move the day farther in the week which I’m not able to do because of work. So now I’m stuck waiting on a refund that won’t hit my bank for 3-5 business days and trying to find a new company to help me move. Hoping that the new company I find doesn’t require a deposit because the money I had is stuck in limbo until the day before I move.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Initially quoted $176 per hour and scheduled to arrive at 12:30pm. They arrived at 9:00am and through off our entire day. We werent prepared for the movers at that time, and were told that we either accept them early, or we lose their help completely. When they arrived, they asked for a $100 deposit. Packed my furniture in 3 hours (each of the workers took a break during the loading at different times). They also chipped a tile, and ran several pieces of furniture into the walls, some all the way down to the metal frame beneath the drywall. Once packed, they asked me to sign a bill of laden, which was 19 pages long, and said they would meet me at my new house (which was 2 houses down on the same street). When I walked the 200 feet to our new house, I was told I had to pay $1300 or they wouldn’t unload my property. We called and spoke to a manager (Chris) who was rude, condescending and downright lied about being informed of these new charges. He even said if we didn’t pay, they would take our property to their warehouse and hung up on us. My dad had to stand in front of the truck and call the police to resolve this, because they were legitimately going to leave with our entire house packed into their truck! When the police arrived, the officer spoke with the lead worker, who called the manager (Chris). The manager (Chris) said he would reduce the price to $1045 and allow our furniture to be unloaded. We paid the agreed amount of $1045. Luckily this was captured on the police officer’s body cam, as we now received another bill asking for $300 more. While they unloaded our furniture, several items were damaged.Lead worker (Esteban) and another worker were good. One guy who Esteban said was new, damaged several pieces of furniture. We will now file a claim to see what reimbursement, if any this company will give for the damages, as well as follow the advice of counsel.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone for ANY reason. Hidden fees all over the place and they won’t let you know until they’ve got your stuff! Based on some other reviews, this seems to be common practice and shouldn’t be allowed!
