Leonardo is a funny, highly professional, and absolute master at his craft. His prices are excellent. Last week I proposed to my girlfriend after purchasing a ring based off of my finger because I figured if we were the same height our fingers should also match. I was wrong about that. Unwilling to send it out and wait weeks for resizing we looked into local jewelers and after reading so many satisfied, happy, perfect reviews for Aqua Jewelry we stopped by. Im not sure how but Leo had it resized and cleaned in the same day. It actually looks better than when I first bought it. I went to Aqua Jewelry for the repair of my Invicta bracelet, and they stayed beyond the time when they were to close the shop for the day to accommodate me (as I had arrived late) and they did a phenomenal job repairing my bracelet. This is a family owned business and because of this, the jeweler (who is finely skilled) provides the type of personal craftsmanship for very reasonable prices you just cant get from the chain franchise jewelry stores (like Mayors or Zales) who send most of their repairs out to strangers and you never know what to expect back). Aqua is THE place to go in Orlando. I highly recommend them.

On a trip to Orlando, my boyfriends chain popped after being in the pool. I quickly went to Aqua Jewelry, and my main concern was that it wouldn’t be able to fixed the same day, but Leo was not only extremely nice, but quick and efficient with his work. He said I could wait while he fixed the chain so I perused the amazing selection of Jewelry he had for sale. It took less than 10 min to fix the chain, the price was extremely reasonable and Leo made it look better than brand new by including a cleaning. A great Jewelry shop I definitely recommend.

Leonardo was great! I went in to engrave a special ring we bought our mother for her 60th birthday. He helped me figure out what can be engraved in the space available on the ring, and it looked great. I was able to be in and out in under 30 minutes. They are also open til 6 so I didnt have to leave work early to get that accomplished. I would highly recommend this cute little store. Friendly family ran operations. They also provide a lot of customization services.

I purchased a wedding band for my fiancé from one of the large national jewelry retailers and I was getting the run around from that establishment when I attempted to get it resized. I came across Aqua Jewelry by doing a simple google search of jewelry stores near my home and decided to give them a try. I visited them at around 10:30 am and by 2:30 pm my ring was finished. SAME DAY SERVICE. In addition, the price was extremely reasonable. I couldnt be more happy with my experience with this business and will be sure to use them for all of my jewelry needs in the future!

I love this place. The couple that run this small quaint jewelry shop are truly good people. I recently took 3 silver chain necklaces that had broken b/c they are very delicate. They repaired all 3 and the work was exquisite and Im sure it was made more difficult as to the weight and thinness of these chains. He had said he might be able to have them done same day. That is exactly what happened. He called me a few hours later and said that all 3 chains were ready to be picked up. I did ! Will definitely go back to them and I would certainly recommend this jewelry shop for all your jewelry needs. Brought an automatic watch in for service approximately 8 or 9 months ago. Bought a new phone and didnt set up my voicemail. Long story short, the watch now performs flawlessly and they continued to call me until I came and picked it up. Cannot recommend them enough. Very nice couple who believe in customer service and doing the job right the first time. Endless patience should be included in this because I royally screwed up on this one. I might add that I believe that after a certain amount of time a business is legally entitled to consider something abandoned and can do with it what they please.
