They charged me a Cash Advance fee on top of the handling fee they already charge. They charged my credit card card for paying for currency from another country. I was not trying to get US Currency, so I should not have been charged this fee. I believe they did this transaction incorrectly. This should have been no different than buying anything else with a Credit Card. :(

This place has great customer service and are very accommodating. I had to order the two different currencies I needed over the phone. It took no time for it to be received by them and for them to call and advise it was ready for pickup. I have used this place before and had a great experience, that is what brought me back again. Worth the hour and half drive to exchange money.

Never met grant, only dealt with him on the phone. I can see why he has such high marks. He takes the time to explain this entire process and the fees. He goes out of his way to accommodate your schedule. If you need more than 500, just call him. It will be there the next day. Will use them again.

I blame myself primarily for not researching the exchange rate thoroughly in advance, but I still feel compelled to warn others. We went in to exchange BSD to USD and the employee (who was asleep on her chair at her desk when we walked in) shorted us by $20. This happened Saturday. I was going to let this go because I failed to do better research and it was a very small amount, but it is also a matter of principle. Im not saying dont go to this place if its convenient, but DO your research in advance. The fee was not terrible nonetheless.

Amazing service and great hospitality. If youre a student, they are amazing! Talked to the sweetest lady on the phone who mentioned that if youre traveling with your school, the fee is waived (unlike anyone else in Orlando), UCF did not list this as their top choice even though its so close to the campus but i personally called my friends and had us all put our money together and placed one order. She assured me the money would be here by friday before we leave too. Amazing service! Will definitely be advocating to other UCF students to utilize their services.

I needed Moroccan dirhams and contacted them beforehand and they had them all ready for me when I arrived. It was a quick easy process with a good exchange rate and the guy was really friendly. Also if you dont spend all the money you exchange they allow you to come back and change it back to USD with no fee.
