I would never recommend this store. I’ve been here Saturday and I patiently waited for more than 2hrs for a 15 minutes conversation but I decided to give it a chance because the lady was super nice. Now, I came to a consult at 2:40 and I just leaving this place at 5:05. Terrible costumer service. The Doctor was super nice, but terrible leadership on this store!

I bought new glasses recently at this location and have had trouble on two separate trips there to get help. Their eye doctor is awesome but their staff no so much!

I loved the eye doctor who gave me the examination. She was really kind and thorough. She explained things really well and I loved how she showed me 3D photos of my eyes. I thought that was cool. The problem I have is with the eyeglasses sales up front. The are too pushy trying to get you to pay for extra things. The guy up front tried to get me to pay for thinner lenses; I could care less about the thickness of the lenses. I really didnt want to spend $200 out of pocket to make the lens thin. He wouldnt take no for an answer so I finally said I just want what the insurance covers. He didnt like that answer and when I left he told me good luck smh. My next pair Im going to buy it online so I can avoid the pushy salespeople up front.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, got me checked in and seen right on time. Dr. Linda was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to fully explain things to me and make me feel comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend coming here!

Love the experience every time I go here. The Dr. Is super sweet and caring and the staff is always attentive and have a great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Dr Linda John-Finn was fantastic, easy to talk to full of info and diddnt rush,, as for the front counter and the Dr. office staff, I wish I could give 10 stars, went way out of their way to help with an insurance issue, will be back, outstanding customer service !

My wife and I came in for an eye exam. It was my first time as a patient, and the overall experience was SUPERB! Natalia the receptionist made sure everything was correctly filled out on our applications and was patient with us. Dr. Linda was extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE and explained the function of eye throughly to me. As we wrapped up our visit, Kat checked us out....explained what the insurance would cover and made it her duty to help us with whatever else we needed. This is an amazing team and I’ll be coming back!!

Edwin and Alvin save the day! I lost a screw in my glasses and one of my lenses came out of the frame. I was visiting the Orlando areas from Colorado and I had purchased my glasses from a Visionworks in Denver. I stopped by the Visionworks at Mellenia Plaza right when they opened for the day without having an appointment. Edwin and Alvin greeted me and helped me immediately after checking my temperature. They were helpful and professional. They repaired my glasses in only a few minutes and my family and I were able to continue our adventure without missing a beat. They really went above and beyond during a difficult time when they could have told me that I needed to make an appointment in order to be seen. Thank you guys so much for making my experience easy for me and my family. Your great attitudes and expert service did not go unnoticed. Thanks again!

Theresa and the gentleman who manages are very polite and professional. Due to the storm in Texas my glasses took a little while but still came in before the two week time frame.

Excellent service and fantastic glasses! I was seen by an optometrist and she was very skilled, accurate and a true professional. The rest of the staff are also courteous and professional. My glasses that were made for me have progressive lenses with transitions (light to dark). The lenses are polycarbonate with anti glare. The angle of my head due to my posture makes it difficult to fit me for glasses. Visionworks nailed it the first time. I have a high quality pair of glasses and can see better than I ever have. I highly recommend this place!

Ive been going to EyeMaster/ VisionWorks for years in Kansas City, MO. I relocated to Orlando, FL and decided to try my luck here.. I was not disappointed!!! The staff was great!! Everyone was so friendly and professional.. Thanks VisionWorks!!🥰

I received terrible customer service from Vision Works. I popped in to have my glasses adjusted and was refused service. I was told that I would have to make an appointment and comeback. There were no other customers in the store at the time. The employee was sitting at the front desk, alone in the store. There is absolutely no reason he could not have helped me. Mind you this is a company that I patronize. After being refused service I went across the street to Target Optical and they gladly adjusted my glasses for me, free of charge. I have never spent a dime at Target Optical and received excellent treatment. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Vision Works and was treated with complete disrespect.

Called for an appointment to pick out glasses at 1 was told to come back at 4:45 so I waited around the area until it was time. When I arrived there was another gentlemen not the one I spoke to said there was no way I can pick out frames this late in the day and was being rude about it. The gentlemen that made my appointment apologized however that does not change the fact I wasted 4 hours in the area to be refused service. I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Staff was very nice, as was the doctor. The main reason for the 2 stars is the horrible non user friendly website and when I called to request a copy of my prescription they told me the cant email it! I would have to drive to the store to pick it up or they could fax it!? I thought it was 2020!!! Plenty of other places that are in this century that I will be using from now on.

Customer service is trash cant get thru to my local store or the 800 number. I was on hold for 45 min and never got thru to anyone. Tried to schedule appointment online which wasnt user friendly btw. Finally scheduled it then received an Email saying dr wasnt excepting new patients after it confirmed my appointment online cant call and speak to anyone dont trust the online scheduled so guess what you just lost a perspective new customer. Im done good luck getting business if you cant speak to a human and your online services suck.

Stephen the Store Manager is very unprofessional, impatient and rude. Hung up, while still having a conversation. When I called back to express my concern with his treatment, he lied and stated that he did say goodbye, which he didnt. I then asked for Corporates contact information and he provided me with a toll free customer service number. If this is the experience as a new customer, I will never retain their services. Save your time and find a better location.

Excellent customer service at the Millenia Visionworks. It is a little far from where I live but I specifically chose this location because of the good reviews. I was not disappointed! Dr. Salazar and her staff were very kind and helpful. Jose Miguel went above and beyond for me with his amazing customer service. He was so helpful and patient with me as I picked out my glasses. I will definitely continue coming to this location even if it’s a little out of my way. Totally worth it!

Customer service at this location is excellent!! The manager, Mary, is such a kind person and you can tell that she really cares about her customers. I went in with my brother on a very busy day when she was short-staffed and working with at least 10 customers. She was somehow able to juggle all these customers and make sure they were helped. I highly recommend VisionWorks at this location for anyone looking to buy glasses. Great selection of frames too!

Very satisfied with the Visionworks staff, starting with their friendly greeting, eye exam doctor and the ladies upfront who helped with my order. I had my eye examination on Friday, 02/22/19, prescribed glasses were ordered and pick-up was scheduled for 03/04/19. To my surprise I was texted on Monday, 02/26/19 that my glasses were ready. True Story and happy with the quick turnaround. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Affordable prices.

Very weird experience..Guy who was helping us told us those glasses would not fit you. My husband didnt want bigger ones...Walked out this guy came off as he didnt want to help anyway..Preppy and rude

We had a great experience at this store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond regular customer service to accommodate us and resolve issues that came up not related to them. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure!

I had been very undecided about using Visionworks just because I had a bad experience years ago but I have to say Dr. Salazar and the staff were super nice and very friendly and knowledgeable. I had never felt so comfortable at an eye appointment and their selection of glasses was great. The attention and level of expertise is also phenomenal which is why I will keep coming back.

Walk-in today didn’t think I could be seen and was able to get my glass sunglasses and contacts for a reasonable cost. Was in an out. Great experience

Failed to deliver expectation in terms of quality of service (took 4 calls to put an order of contact lenses) and the order of glasses took wayyy longer than time they were suppose to deliver. Highly disappointed!

The staff are great!!! I love the service they gave me when my glasses were broken. I didn’t even get them at Visionworks but they took their time and now they’re perfect.

Did not have a good experience here. I went because of the good reviews and left with no service and disappointed. I got there as a walk in for the eye exam after I called and verified I could. When I got there everyone except the doctor was on lunch for the first hour of me waiting. The doctor had no patients, she saw us waiting but didn’t once introduce herself or even guide us on getting paperwork started. When the receptionist came, she prioritized a woman who had appointment for later in the day over someone else who was waiting with us and had an appointment for an earlier time. She couldn’t confirm or give an idea of how wait would be. It became clear it wasn’t a priority for her to see any new patients so I’ll be taking business to a place with better service.

Great customer service they worked with me to get all my issues figured out when it came to my lenses and were very patient. They were very professional.

The optometrist, customer service and selection are great. I would have given a 5-star rating if not for the fact that apparently new orders are only delivered on the 14th of each month. I went in on 9/22/17 and was told my new glasses wouldnt be ready until 10/14/17. Yikes! The rep had informed me though that there was a possibility the order could be delivered sooner but that I would need to follow-up after a few days. When I contacted the store just this morning, the rep didnt very my name, contact info, etc. but simply stated that orders are delivered on the 14th of the month and I would have to wait. I wish this info would have disclosed prior to the exam and several hours I spent selecting my glasses. I definitely would have gone somewhere that could have had my glasses ready in a day or two, like Lenscrafters, as I lost my glasses and needed a new pair right away. I would recommend that you ask for a turnaround time if you need your glasses right away. If you dont have a rush and can wait on new glasses, then I recommend this location.
