Doctor and staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt safe because staff practiced safety precautions such as wearing masks and having patients wash hands after entering. Honestly the best eye care I’ve been to. I used to go to another eye care place since I started wearing contacts but my insurance changed and they no longer accepted it. Today was my first time going to Baldwin Park eye care and I am so appreciative of everyone there. I called to make an appointment about an issue I was having and they let me come in the same day just to make sure it wasn’t something serious. The doctor was super informative and nice, he really took his time to explain everything and let me know what was going on. I recommend this place to everyone. I have not been that satisfied with visiting a doctor ever. Honestly thank you guys.

Great staff, great frame selection, covid precautions in place and they even wipe down each frame you try on however there was one employee allowed to wear only a face shield and no mask so that made me super uncomfortable. It seemed to counteract all the extra precautions and I was wishing I had known this beforehand. My only negative experience was this interaction. The Dr is excellent.

When I entered, I was honestly impressed by the atmosphere. Not only the staff greeted me but they were very nice and took serious precautions due to covid. Baldwin Park Eye Care was great! I went there specially for Modo glasses that I saw online. Unfortunately they had just sold the last two in stock but they went above and beyond and ordered the glasses so I could try them on when they got delivered to the store. After about a week they called me and they were a perfect fit! Ordering was pretty fast and I’m super happy! The staff were all great and so kind! Definitely recommend going there!!

I found this place a year ago, right after we moved to Orlando, as it was time for my annual exam and I was thrilled with the doctor, the staff and the overall experience. I wish I could say good things, but...Don’t make an appointment here if you want an accurate prescription!The initial eye exam was okay, besides being put into the exam room alone for 34 minutes. I didn’t order glasses from them because they were trying to sell me $450 glasses that would be half the cost anywhere else. Everyone seemed nice enough at the office during the first visit, though, and the dr even apologized for my wait.I then ordered Ray Ban frames and lenses, and have been wearing them for a couple of days, but had realized immediately... the prescription is WRONG! My (very light) prescription causes my eyesight to be insanely worse (blurry) with my glasses than without! I came in due to not being able to see at a distance at night while driving. I was prescribed farsighted reading glasses to be worn all day! What?! I wish I had investigated this prescription before ordering glasses!I went in the office today in desperation to seek some help for this inaccurate prescription. I was spoken to in a demeaning manner, and the doctor placed the blame on that my “prescription has changed” or the “quality of the lenses could be bad.” I had my eye appointment less than 2 months ago! And they literally sell Ray Ban glasses in their store. This prescription is valid for 2 years in Florida, but this doctor won’t admit any human error and claims it’s some wrongdoing on my end for why I’m unable to see in the prescription that he wrote less than 2 months ago. He refused to take any responsibility because I didn’t order from them and that it’s been more than 30 days since the exam, but doesn’t he realize there’s a PANDEMIC going on and most people can’t go eyeglass shopping as casually as they used to? The customer service I saw today was unbelievable and I’ve never been spoken to in such a dismissing tone in my life.I left in defeat and expressed my disappointment to the tech, only to be responded with “call back later this weekend to schedule a second eye exam” (which is a full price, OOP cost now).I never thought that I would feel scammed by an eye doctor of all things, but that’s definitely how I feel today. Go to LensCrafters less than 5 minutes from here! They actually have good prices and (thank goodness) a great return policy!

I’ve seen many different optometrist in different states and countries. With all that being said, I have never EVER been in such a pleasant facility in my life. The staff was wonderful, kind, and incredibly helpful. The doctor was very charismatic and insightful and a pleasure to speak to. They’ve only opened up about a year and a half ago and I highly recommend them!! It’s always nice to see a good business thrive, especially in times as uncertain as these.

In particular I really appreciated that Dr. Jagani listened to all of my concerns throughout the prescribing process and patiently addressed every single one of them. He walked me through my entire retinal image, explaining his evaluation of all the visible parts of my eye and leaving no questions unanswered. I had an excellent experience at Baldwin Eye Care. Dr. Jagani did a thorough Contact lens eye examination and recommended how to manage my dry eyes. Over the past 10 years Ive been going to Lens Crafters and have been wearing lens +1 - +1.5 stronger which made my eyes tear for no reason. My eyes have improved with the new daily wear lenses and applying eye gel drops at night. I no longer have dry eyes and unexpected tears. The staff is friendly and answered all my texts promptly.

Haven’t completed an eye exam in years, didn’t realize there were so many other health concerns besides visions. I’m happy I stopped in while in Baldwin park. Their online reservation system was super user friendly. Really was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly staff opened the door for me on the way in, then I left with a handshake and smile from the doctor. I have been to a few doctors in my time wearing glass from the age of 12 and this has been by far one of the best experiences I have had. I am getting married in March and really want to wear contacts on the big day. I have never had any luck with contacts because they are usually very uncomfortable for me and I feel the doctors have pushed me into just wearing them and “I’ll get used to them”. The whole team was very supportive and the doctor really took his time to help me find the right fit and was extremely patient while we tried on a few different pair until I felt comfortable trying them for the weekend. We were eating next door and walked by this place when it was closed, Dr. Jagani saw us standing in front of the door (we were just writing down the number on the window so we could call and schedule an appointment) and he opened the door asking if he could help us. He told us he was closed but he would be more than happy to welcome us inside to make an appointment. Who does that? After that the experience only got better.The receptionist is a sweetheart, took great care during my first visit and registration yesterday. She took her time during my eye screening before the doctor did the eye exam. I just started wearing glasses so I dont have a lot of experience with eye doctors however, my husband also came with me who has worn glasses for years (had an appointment after mine) and we both left singing their praises. The lead eye doctor, Dr. Aliasghar Jagani is extremely thorough and helpful. Took the time to educate us on how to best care for our eyes and did not rush through the appointment.
