First time getting an eye exam at Target. Im not sure about the other locations but everyone in the Sodo location was absolutely wonderful. They were all very friendly and professional. Even though I wasnt a walk-in and had made an appointment, I appreciated that I didnt have to wait a long time to see the optometrist, which has not always been my experience in other offices I have gone to in the past. Lastly, the optometrist was very thorough and patient, explaining everything in a kind manner. I will definitely return next year and would highly recommend that if you need your eyes checked, that you give them a try.

Great experience! Wait was quick. Dr. Was super helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Wanted to transition from glasses to contacts and she gave me Great options and advice.

I am a new patient and was seen by Dr. Alice Sterling. Just a standard visit to see if my vision had changed and to get my prescription so I could order contact lenses. All of the staff members were very friendly. I was notified about specials and sales going on with glasses, but NOT in an irritating and, “pushy salesman,” kind of way. Dr. Hanley was very knowledgeable about any and all questions I had. She was very patient when comparing “1 or 2,” and not once did I feel like I was being rushed, get anxious, and just pick a number like I’ve felt with other doctors. Highly recommend!

Waited over 30 minutes to be seen and then another 10 just to get checked out and pay, didn’t even offer to help with glasses selection or fitting and by the time I finally was able to pay and leave I didn’t want to spend another minute there. Terrible service, will not be back.

My eye exam was really good! The doctor was very friendly and one of the staff that helped me with glasses styles were very nice as well. The only reason why I didn’t rate 5-stars is because the two ladies in the front was very rude. They seemed like they had a problem with me as soon as I walked in.

I have been coming to this location for 5 years now. I love the costumer service i am given by the staff working there. All the Dr.s are wonderful and give you exactly what you need. Keeping yourself as an informed patient is also important. With my insurance and the Target Optical deals, I walk out paying very little for anything. I will continue to come back every year and continue recommending this location.

Ron, the licensed optician, provided me with the upmost care and customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. He even educated me on glasses and the proper fitting for the bridge on my nose, which no one has ever informed me on how important that is. Ron exceeded my expectations from when I walked in the building to when I left. You should be lucky to have someone so passionate about their job working for you. Also, Dr. Lauer, the optometrist, delivered excellent care. It was the best eye exam I have ever received. She enlightened and educated me on my visit and answered many of my questions.
