Best and most thorough eye exam Ive had in a long time. Highly recommend the alternative method of eye dilation. More precise. Dr. Evelyn and welcome staff were very kind, prompt and professional. A bit more expensive than other exams but for my tired old eyes, worth every penny!
Iliana is the BEST at fitting frames and recommending a style for your face. If your frames are in need of adjusting you must see her. In my opinion she’s a great asset to this company.

The facility at Millennium Mall was awesome. My husband and I had our prescriptions updated however I needed my refractions tweaked. The staff was very understanding and accommodated my request to evaluate and remake my glasses. My eyes are very difficult to refract as I have about 20 radial keratotomy scars and others from additional surgeries. Everyone at the 2 facilities (Exam and Fulfillment) were immediate in their positive action to improve on the results. Thank you everyone.

This LensCrafters location was excellent. Even though it was a busy Saturday, I was able to get an appointment in the middle of the day with the doctor. The store was busy but I was helped right away. I met with the assistant to get me started and I saw the doctor not 2 seconds later. The exam went by super quickly and the doctor was able to test my eyes and get my prescription contacts right away. All in all I was there for less than 15 mins. Great experience.
First of all, I never wrote reviews before, but I had a very bad experience with LensCrafters at mall at Millenia. I had chosen a bvlgari frame and I asked to order a new one because they are expensive and I do not want to get the displayed one. And I went to pick it up. I found that the frame is cracked totally cracked. Not sure how they want to give something like that to a customer. So I told the girl it is cracked, she told me one second. Then she got the displayed one and exchanged the lenses and she gave it back to me with fingerprints on the lenses. I told her I wanted a new one, she said this is a new one. Even thought she knew I saw her while exchanging the lenses. She Was lying and she had no problem with that. The manager came and she did not do anything, not even offered to order a new one. And she was dealing with me in a very very disrespectful way. I ended up returning the whole order just because they did not offer any solution. And I couldn’t drive without glasses that day and I had to wait for someone to drive me and my baby. Anyway, very bad manger and her name was Yuri as I can remember.

000000 stars. The representative made and error by deleting my file preventing me from getting my refund. I needed to return a pair of glasses that gave me severe headaches. Come to find out the prescription they put in the lenses didn’t even match the prescription in the system nor the previous pair of glasses that I had on upon entering the store. Currently been waiting over 1hr just for a refund and I’m still in the store past closing hours. Smh I am never returning or recommending this location.

I was unable to get my sunglasses sized by their original store so I thought I would try LensCrafters. When I walked in I was immediate greeted by an employee by the name of Iliana. She assisted me and made sure the glasses I brought in could be sized properly without damaging or cracking. As she melted them down she was patient and made sure I was satisfied with the new sizing. There was no charge even though these glasses were not even from Lenscrafters. I could not be more pleased with what they did for my glasses and the wonderful customer service that went along with it.

The LensCrafters at Millenia is the best and every single associate has always been lovely to work with. I’ve gotten at least 4 pairs there now and the glasses have always been perfect, ready quickly, and last forever. Jose and Jadie are especially wonderful and made the progress quick, easy, and enjoyable. I’ll never go to another store for glasses!

Bre was great! She was informative, knowledgeable about the frames, lenses, and the process. She made us feel comfortable especially when it was super packed. Went to order a new pair of prescription glasses from Lenscrafters at Millenia Mall with my sisters. Ileana Vazquez took care of all of us. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We each ended up buying 2 pair of glasses and left very satisfied with the excellent service she provided to each of us. Kudos to Ileana!

Customer service was good; however, the onsite provider Dr David Feenstra secretary charged me $25 as a copay for the annual basic eye exam. When I went home to review my insurance benefits, my policy does not have copay for the exam. I went to the office to clarify why the secretary said it was a copay when the insurance will reimburse the full amount. She stated that I misunderstood, that is procedure the insurance does not cover. I replied her back it was not a misunderstood, she clearly told me I had a copay for the visit. I told her that is not legal to use the wording copay for a procedure the insurance wont pay and they need to advise the patient before. I am a certified health insurance coder and I know the law top to bottom...of course I got my refund in seconds but watch out with this provider practice! Also, I was told by the LensCrafters representative my new frame will be ready in three hours and they will send a text message...I spent into the mall four hours and the text message never came through. Two days later I had to call to find out my order was ready to pick up because no one send the text message and/or a phone call to advise. This is the first time with this company and I would say the last one.

Never have I had a bad experience at LensCrafters till now. Been buying from LensCrafters year 8 years +. You walk in took 10 minutes standing at the front to even get acknowledge. Waited 20 mins sitting down and still didn’t get helped out so I decided to walk out. I understand if their busy. But to see staff finish with a customer and than just stare at their cellphone instead of help the next guest not worth my time.

*We had service at hwy 50 Colonial Dr lensCrafters was excellent customer service they made me and my wife feel welcome Offer the best whatever they had .( no culture or race ) stop them for helping us.*The same goes for the Florida mall awesome customer service for the front entrance all the walking around looking at eyeglasses and shades.Your location have all of what the world do not need more of the lady at the front door push us aside and offer all the white people seat in the store i left and my wife told the lady at the door who suppose to assist everyone equally simply she did not ( my wife give her and ear full I know for a fact we have spen over 6,000 on eyeglass and other items over the years so we are upset but what could we do we are civil respect people.

I have been a LensCrafters customers for 6 years and have received excellent service every time I go, both with the Dr and with the lenses/ frames staff. I wish the store I go to (Millenia Mall) would have a larger selection of frames, more edgier choices. The staff is very kind and will do whatever it takes to help you out.

I purchase this time due to covid-19 cause it is hard to go from place to place as freely like befofe and also cause it was an emergency but I won’t purchase from you guys again. We have used Lens Crafters for many years. Yesterday we went to the Millenia Mall Store and had a good experience. However due to the COVID-19 situation any pair of glasses that anyone took had to be put into a tray to be sanitized by a staff member. There were at least 12 trays of glasses to be sanitized at the time that we went (3:00 pm) My wife and I were ready to replace our glasses and had our eye exam, but I thought that if I tried any glasses on I would be creating more work for those poor employees there, so we left and are going to try to go in today at an earlier time. So everyone remember if you really need to go, go early and please try on only what you need. Lets all do our part to stay safe.
I had the best experience Dr. Feenstra.. (I don’t remember how to spell his name but I believe he’s fairly new to the location)... and my sales specialist Jadie was phenomenal. It was my first experience with LensCrafters and using my personal insurance for the first time - Jadie made it so easy. She clearly explained my benefits and provided exceptional customer service. I felt like she genuinely cared about my experience. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Wonderful experience, I will be back! Patient in the sense of him trying to do his best to show us all the different brands that were similar to the specific style we were looking for. We ended up purchasing three glasses all together, each with prescribed lenses. He also did his best to help us stay within our budget. Daniel is super knowledgable and friendly ! It was my first time coming to Lens Crafters and I absolutely do not regret it because of the experience your employees provided.

First of all, to every Lenscrafter customer, please be aware that they had a data breech. I was told this by this locations manager, and it doesnt seem like they were planning on telling customers about their health information and personal information being breeched. Second of all, they have just been an absolute pain to deal with. They apparently made my glasses incorrectly, adding an additional 2 weeks to the time it would take for them to be ready. So Im going to have to wait 1 month to get my glasses. There are probably kids more competent than the manager of this location and the employees.

Waited at the front of their queue for 25min to get into the store. During that time 4 people left the store. Yet we were not allowed in. 5min later only 2 of my party were allowed in. 5min after that, 3 people behind me we allowed in because they were friends with the door attendee. Following that, all capacity rules were abandoned and 5 more people walked right in. Sales rep took all our details then abandoned us. Horrible experience, capacity rules only apply to some apparently.

After some scheduling mishaps with my local VisionWorks, I decided to opt for LensCrafters instead. On Saturday, I booked an appointment online for Sunday. A representative confirmed my appointment via phone Sunday morning and verified my insurance/out of pocket cost to ensure I was comfortable with the amount. When I arrived at the Millenia location for my appointment, it was very busy but the staff was warm, accommodating, and did a great job with acknowledging all customers and efficiently getting them through the process with the back-to-back flow. Rosa was hospitable and helped me through the pre-screening and insurance verification process. She ensured the devices were sanitized prior to each use. The digital eye exam and photos taken were quick and Rosa explained each step to me very well. Dr. Feenstra was warm, positive, and made me feel comfortable with setting expectations with my eye prescription change. Rosa printed out my new prescription and directed me to the optical team if I decided to purchase frames same-day, however there was no pushiness or pressure to purchase frames in-store which I appreciated. They also encouraged that if I had other frames on-hand, they may be able to fit compatible lenses. I explored my options in-store as there was a wide selection of designer frames in addition to cost-effective options to suit a variety of budgets. Jadie (Team Lead) and Daniel T (Licensed Optician) were very helpful with explaining frame/lens features and ensuring I was taken care of. They were such a pleasant part of my frame-buying process and truly had my best interests at heart with educating me about each step in an objective manner. Despite the store being extremely busy, they went above and beyond to ensure stellar service for all customers. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the overall efficiency of the team with handling a high volume day, and evident pride and passion for the work they do. I am so excited for my new glasses to be ready tomorrow, and will definitely recommend this location to friends and family! Thank you for making my first visit to LensCrafters a fantastic one!

The experience in trying to buy contacts was not what I expected to be treated as a customer the team leader Edwin store manager Yurita Riviera should transfer or retraining Edwin on customer service very short temper and rude it seems like I was playing musical chairs sit here no sit here after getting up Ill be back in a minute, I said why are me to move if youre not going take care of me now he rolled his eyes back and answered me im going to take care of the people first,then on the phone then on the computer he came back but the damage was done ✔ 😕 I ordered my contacts but I new that things were uncomfortable when a lady siting behind him said dont worry your doing a great job as he was finishing my transition Im sorry but this kinda costumer service was terrible shame on you guy.

Considering we were pretty far from home, I made her an appointment at this Lenscrafters, hoping to get glasses the same day. In about 2 1/2 hours, she had a thorough vision exam and a new pair of glasses. All of the staff were super friendly and very understanding. Could not be more pleased.
Broken glasses in the Fearless River on our family vacation (Eek!), called this place since it was so close to our Universal Resort. They replaced the lenses same day and were super helpful. $10 Uber (one way) was worth it for getting them fixed in time to enjoy the rest of our time.
