Excellent service by Mabean Lozada, she took that extra effort to help resolve some doubts I had with my prescriptions. I ordered my 2 sets of glasses. Felt the care was very professional, the enviroment was very positive by all the clinic personnel.

First visit here. It was easy and pretty fast, despite being late afternoon and fairly busy . The tele exam was efficient and professional, my prescription was ready quickly and I didn’t have to wait to be checked out with my chosen frames. Everyone there was great, especially Zeitlin. Will go back when it’s time to update my prescription again.

Very friendly personnel who know their jobs. Very nice selection of frames, and pretty good prices, plus they have great deals. Free eye exam with purchase of frames is excellent. But they get you on the price of the lense. $180 for poly carbon? $100 for regular plastic? $85 extra for blue light protection? At the end of it, youre still looking at a little over $200 for a $49 buy 1 get one free deal. Youre definitely better off going to Walmart if youre on a budget. Still, I am satisfied with the service overall.

A friend of mine gave me a pair of frames and Eye Lab was the only place I found that would change out the prescription to my own. While I was there I bought another pair because the prices, frame selection and service were excellent! Thanks so much John for a great experience buying my new glasses. I’ll definitely be back when I need to update my prescription.

I got 2 pairs of glasses and I can’t wear them, they are not the right lenses, I try to tell the eye doctor that the vision test wasn’t clear enough for me he kept on telling me to pick A or B. I was on vacation in Orlando it never back on time for them to fix the problem so I lost money and can’t use glasses, I think I should have gotten a refund. Because those glasses are useless.

My experience with My Eyelab (Orlando) was very disappointing. Their customer care and service were frustrating. Their diagnostic is bad too.I went there for my eye checkup, collected my prescription from the doctor and ordered my glasses in a different place. Once I got the glasses back the corrective glasses did not match my vision. The corrective lenses were not right for me!! Went back again to them. They did not refund my corrective lens price despite of their wrong prescription. I had to reevaluate my eye and this time they used manual glass to check after the doctor’s prescription (which they should have done earlier to save my money and time!!). At this point I have lost one month and had several visits to their place and not to mention the dollars that I have lost. One the second visit they were not very welcoming at all. My wife went with me, and they were rude with her. One of the associate while checking my eye told her to get way from the door all though she was not blocking the door passage and to be honest the associate should not pay attention to anything else while they are attending a patient (i.e. client)! But this was not the only miss behavior. Another associate stopped my wife while she was asking questions about my issue. They literary stopped her since she was asking the right questions which made them very uncomfortable!!I filed a report regarding this to My Eyelabs to their office and they promised me they will get back to me. But they never reached out to me. As a whole I was totally disappointed with their service and behavior. I will not visit them again and will not recommend anyone else to visit the place.

It would be better if the receptionist would be willing to call you back happily if you ask them to CALL U BACK and verbalize your phone number but they say they are not willing to call you back. That’s bad business. However, big plus for offering a $89 eye contacts exam and carry Air Optix brand colored contacts here, which is one of the most NATURAL looking brands with long wear time within a day without making your eyes feel uncomfortable and you can get your contact lenses within a week shipped to you if you have a low prescription

I brought my uncle to this store for an eye exam and a lenses purchase. We had a great experience and the staff was very friendly and made a great effort to speak Spanish so my elder uncle could understand and follow through.We were able to get some saving on the lenses and prescription. So far so good, hopefully the lenses are great. The service is good, 100% recommended!

I went back to order new box of contact lenses as I was running low. The staff member at my eyelab took great care of me when I went back. She not only checked the price of the contacts that I needed, she ensured that I was getting the best deal on the contact, the price had beaten the online competitor from whom I was ordering them previously. Not only that, she was able to get me into a trial pair until the replacement box of contacts had arrived and took care of me with a additional storage solution and kit. I couldnt have been more pleased and I definitely will be returning for all my future eye exams and purchasing all my eye wear from this provider. I had a great experience at My Eyelab. I thought the Telehealth eye Dr would be weird but it wasnt at all. Joe is wonderful and helped me find 2 frames I love. I saved $500 at My Eyelab and thats with no vision insurance. Highly recommended!

This is a place I would always recommend you to go for their eye exam.Julian was extremely kind, extremely happy and fun through out the entire experience and made something as simple as getting an eye prescription from a chore to a great experience. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our final purchase.I went there once before for my eye exam as well and had just an amazing experience with Zeitlin? I believe? Service is slow. Only one person available to help, and was 7 ppl waiting... another employee decided to go on break instead of helping.. Dont make an appointment it is a waste of time... my appointment was at 2:05.. it is 4:00 and I am still waiting ...They also tells you there is more benefits if you dont use your insurance... but the prescription are way to expensive...

I went to My Eye Lab for the first time and was so pleased with my experience! I love my new contacts, I wear multi focal lenses and thankfully they were able to get my RX just right, reading and distance is perfect. This place was clean, efficient and has a super friendly staff.
