If I could give this business a .5 star I would. Sign says they open 5pm -2am, I open the door at 7:03pm and the guys says their closed and tells me he won’t be open for another 10 minutes. Now it’s just hookah, I absolutely am understanding but your sign says your open and i can wait 30 minutes while sitting in AC in their business. If I’m ever in town I will never come here or tell anyone to visit.

Came in last night with my girlfriend because we needed to kill time for our flight back to Las Vegas so we decided to go here.Place is SUUUUPER laid back & nice! Love the mellow lights that chill you out. I wished they had different types of drinks other than alcohol though since outside drinks arent allowed but the owner was super cool about it & didnt mind. 😁Prices are good too & the flavors were good! Owner is really knowledgeable about hookah & what flavor profiles you might like.Next time were in Orlando well for sure come back! 😀

Don’t waste your time coming here . Terrible service with included 18% gratuity . The guy that works here was extremely rude and argued that we had to pay gratuity . The other reviews also confirm this .

Had a good first time here. Hookah is fairly tasty and holds its flavor - which is something that most “value” hookah places in Orlando lack.The service is fairly slow when it is packed but that shouldn’t take you away from some great hookah. If you come before 1AM, they got a DJ that plays fairly relevant music - a great range of hip hop to modern Hispanic music (merengue, pop music, etc).All in all, would definitely come back again and if you do, don’t feel shy, approach your waiter and ask for a beer or a refill on your hookah. That said, I’ve been here since about 11PM or so and my hookah is still going strong at 1:30 AM.

Was expecting some entertainment by 1130pm on a Saturday night but lights were still bright in there and nothing too special. Its cozy and they make a good hookah. Just expect to leave from there with at least a 50$ bill or more.

Was great first night, second night they made us move tables for the bigger people coming in made us feel like we were nothing n they actually asked a second couple to leave so a bigger group could come in.... thats not how business works if u get there first they should treat u priority not whoever is gonna get them more money. Went again one more time n they were nice.

I’ve always had an amazing experience here. Their VIP hookah is awesome! It’s an all glass hookah with a fruit head. I recommend the ice hose. They play a mixture of music so it’s never dull and I’ve brought friends here for birthdays and my boyfriend for valentines and we’ve always been treated great! Definitely my favorite hookah bar! The call button on each table makes it easy to order more items or request new coals.

In Google said 7 days royal hookah open 4pm to 2 am I was in front the door at 5 pm they was not open I call the number and after 4 ring goes to fax machine till 9 pm no body answer phone maybe they closed down. I drove 40 minutes from clermont city to stupid royal hookah than was closed.

Great atmosphere and amazing staff! They got new owners and made this place lit. They even replace the whole plastic piece for every use.and they replace your coals very quickly without being asked

Absolutely recommend this place ! Service was excellent and the owner even came over and introduced himself which you dont see often. Brittany was our way she had awesome recommendations and great personality. We were here for 3 hours, great atmosphere and variety of music ALL TYPES OF MUSIC. Literally the most boring atmosphere. I’m not trying to sound rude, but I felt like I was at my grandparents house. There was a more seasoned age group (50 & up). We walked in and there was no music playing. It’s not really a place for the younger crowds (under 30). We walked right out. Plus the owner was super rude, he didn’t seem like he wanted us there & told us to go to another hookah lounge.Update: the owner replied to my review and assumed I’m a child. I had my younger brother with me.. and I’m 25, so definitely not a child.Not my fault your hookah lounge is dull.Also, go through the bad reviews and just look at the owner’s responses. He doesn’t know how to respond to negative feedback. What a joke.

Great hookah place with lots of social distancing and full liquor. The staff is always very friendly and the live dj was excellent.

This is a classy spot right in the center of all the action. Great for tourist and locals. Great customer service with a huge list of flavors and fruits for your Hookah. Not to mention the food is fresh and delicious. I recommend the grape leaves and Chicken Sandwich. Getting a fruit head was totally worth the extra $5 and the ice hose is awesome, Ive never seen one anywhere else. Check this place out, even if they are packed it is worth the wait! This place is great. When ever I am in Orlando I will come here. Ive been to many hookah places and this was the best. Very laid back environment and room to breathe. Rico took care of me and service was great. There was a guy named Shawn there too who took requests for music, he played exactly what I needed for my lady and she really loved him, he was very customer service oriented

My very first visit to a hookah bar/lounge and I was not sure what to expect. Not really impressed and nothing to do with the lounge itself.The lounge had a nice atmosphere. It of course got busy as the night went on and we were happily entertained by another customer who was imbibing and giving lap dances to other groups. The DJ that night was decent as well.

Let me give a completely honest review:1. The place is nice inside and has reclining sofas as seats (so comfortable)2. The hookah did not taste like mint, not great flavor but was pulling clouds and coals didnt have to change for an hour and a half, that made up for the flavor3. They NEED to play music for all of their customers not just the Arabs. All night we only heard Arab music, mind you this place had every race in the building but only the Arabs could vibe to the music (music is in Persian/arabic). This place is also in the heart of I drive the tourist trap. Even though the place is completely Arabic, its not halal. They serve alcohol, which is an oxymoron4. The owner is trash, we watched him one night argue with a server and she quit. He made her cry and take off her royal hookah lounge shirt (she only had a bra on underneath) that was so low and classless5. They didnt honor the yelp coupon $10 off purchase of $20. They said only after 2 am, which made no sense since the voucher doesnt say thatThe place has so much potential but such bad ownership

Amazing food amazing service and amazing Hookah. I had the sex on the beach which is the best flavor I have ever smoked. They even have natural charcoal for just for $2. With natural charcoal you get no headaches I dont even know that was an option. Most friendly hookah lounge Ive ever been to and I been smoking for 10 years. This place definitely will be my new home.

Been here twice with some close friends . Service is OK, owner is super friendly and nice though. Yesterday, on a Saturday night the place was pretty packed . Since there were 9 in our party they gave us the VIP section, however it was nothing like VIP service . There was only one girl working the floor, she helped us order a flavor, but we could hardly get a hold of her for the duration of our time there . Our coals were burnt out and we asked and waited 20 minutes for new coals . Overall an OK place, but will look for other venues in the future.

Great spot, and awesome staff. Dropped in late, as I found they closed later than other lounges. Really great time, music was a good mixture of Arabic and American, definitely worth checking out.

Great atmosphere, very chill but upbeat at the same time, the place has super comfy couches and chairs to relax in while you smoke. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Ammar was amazing! Recommend getting the ice tube add-on for the best hookah experience. Will definitely be going back!!

They greeted us, but price came out higher than what was on the menu, we ordered something that was supposed to be $19.99 +tax but however it came out $33.60 and they couldnt explain why . It didnt have no taste, tasted like straight charcoal . And too much noise. Lounges are supposed to be a place of relaxation doesnt have to feel like a club. Nice decoration though. Dont lie owner we was 3 people 2 females 1 male ! Get your facts straight 🙄

Last night me and my 3 other friends came we sat outside. The hookah was good but the service was slow. I asked for coal 10-15mins and they kept telling me it cooking. The other issue I had when i closed out my bill was they where charging me a fee for live Arabic music which wasn’t my kinda of music and I also sat outside and didn’t take any part of the entertainment. They should let people they are going to charge extra I paid didn’t want to make it a big deal. When you go on weekends just ask them first if they are charging for live music.

Cool place for hookah not cigars. Very limited selection and very overpriced and to smoke your own there is a 10 dollar ashtray fee. I feel like a 50 dollar drink tab out weighs a 10 dollar ashtray fee.

TOURISTS BEWARE!! They take advantage of tourists by charging more than what it shows on the menu. The guy came over with our bill on a tablet without it broken out and it was $20 more than what it should have been. When we asked for the breakdown they couldn’t explain where the extra charges came from. DON’T GO HERE!!

Asked by the server if I was going to meet the minimum. Give me a chance to put my order in before belittling your customers. My tab ended up being $200 but felt under appreciated throughout. Stop prejudging your customers please. I had a party of 8 that I was entertaining over time. No need for the rush treatment.

Had an ok time, but was disappointed by the time we left. Manager (owner?) was nice and accommodating, which is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. Ordered a bucket of beer in which the manager said it wouldnt be a problem to split up between 2 types. Recommended a flavor of hookah which our group liked. Music kept getting interrupted by ads on whichever streaming service they were using. It also had no type of sound leveling so we could talk at times and would have to yell to hear each other at others. At the end, when we asked for check. The waitress gave us a hard time splitting up the tab. Is what it is I suppose with the system they use. Bought the $20 bucket which I was told was almost $25. When I asked why it was so much, the waitress said its because tax, I can show you if you want. She also made it seem like she was doing us a favor by charging us for the bucket instead of for the individual beers since we had 2 types. Even though the manager had already said it wouldnt be a problem. I asked to see the bill and when I scrolled down the bill (was tablet based system) she had already added gratuity. We were a group of 3. The next screen was also pretty misleading as it asked if I wanted to add a tip. Not an additional tip, but would you like to add a tip. Was very disappointed with how the visit ended...being lied to as the reason why the bill was what it was and being forced to tip (which we would have ended up leaving more anyway).

Me and two other people came here last night, it looked pretty chill and a nice vibe but unfortunately they charged us for water without really telling us until the bill. Our order of fries took over 45 minutes for being very small portions, and they charged us extra for shisha AND the coals without really letting us know. I give this only 2 stars, the staff were very nice and attentive, and the hookah was extremely good, but this place is overpriced and charges for every little thing. Im not coming back, I felt a little ripped off because I was a tourist. Only come here if you have $ to spend and have nothing else to do at night.

I was here last month ago and had Terri as my server. She was the most amazing person. She talked us into buying more than what we were going to and she was so gorgeous! We got excellent service by a beauty, We just went back to just have her wait on us and she was not here. Service was not as good and we left shortly after. Where did she go? Get her back and we will be back spending more than $200 again.

The hookah was tasteless and was not done properly and when I asked them to fix it, they charged me extra for charcoal. The DJ was a joke and the songs they played were boring and were only tailored to the taste of the manager as opposed to the customers. The manager was rude and made silly jokes when we requested that he change the songs. At the end, the bill was a rip off and the price was not justified. I would not recommend going to this place to anyone. I would give them less than one star if I can.

Hookah is nice and so are the waitresses. Cigars were okay to dry. Music was a fail. Asked for a change but continued to get music that was not fitting the crowd. Ended up playing music on our phones to drown out the outdated Mediterranean music.

Ok atmosphere - overly priced drinks that were weak and horrible service. Half of the things I ordered off the menu they didn’t have. The bathrooms were unacceptable. Gross. Hookah was good but if you want basic cleanliness then this is not your place.

Lots of great flavors but bottle service and customer service was less than desirable. They didnt have the drinks that were on the menu and when we finally got our bottle it wasnt even chilled. The waitress told us she would be back to check on us and she never did. To add insult to injury they added a service charge of 18% and it was only my wife and I and then had the nerve to leave an option for an additional tip. The music sucked and this was on a Saturday night at 11. The little kids in the venue were a mood killer too.

Visiting Orlando for a few days. Stopped by royal hookah & cigar lounge on a Friday night. I waited 40mins on my hookah when it wasn’t even busy 6-8 tables occupied. The customer that came after me got his hookah before me. Paid my tab at the front register manger asked me if I’ll comeback tomorrow I said sure. I decided to give it another try because I don’t wanna judge a business on its first experience things happen. So I came back the following day I was told to move to another table for no reason. Unprofessional establishment with no customer value. At that point I wanted to leave so I went to the front register to pay they charged me $50 for a hookah and a soft drink the day before I paid $30.I asked why is it $50 he told me “because of live music” they rip you off. He should’ve told me before hand they charging extra for the music event. You don’t surprise charge people. They will take ur money if you are new to them. Please read before you go.

Apparently someone has stole my identity, used my name, photo from facebook, and has been posting bad reviews for most restaurants in the area. I do have an idea whiz behind this! Ive contacted google, and I am working on removing them.

The service is trash. You will get treated like a second class citizen if you’re not flashing your money. The pricing is very misleading. The tip is automatically added without the customer’s knowledge and they have the audacity to ask for more. They charge for charcoal! Who does that on the first round?! Needless to say we will not be going back, nor recommending this place to anyone. However, their unethical business practices will be reported to certain agencies.

This place is horrible it took them 20mins to take my order and another 20mins to make my hookah. The hookah bowls aren’t even full with flavor it won’t last you no more than 30mins before the flavor dies out. Plus you get overcharged they try to take advantage of customers. You can go to a better place for a cheaper price and get nicer service. They don’t know the business customer comes first not money. Once you treat you’re customers better they will comeback but if you only go for their money they won’t comeback.
