If you are looking for a huge selection of wine and beers this is the place to be. It beats costco and ABC liquor combined. I come here every holiday to load up for the special occasions.

Horrible way they keep their cigars. What you’re seeing is one of their metal price tags on top of a cigar that cost $20 and it’s out of a cellophane and the price tag just so happens to be resting right where you put your mouth. The rest of the cigar selection was destroyed. This is what happens when you have a corporation get big. I’m so grateful for local places like low Ball Louie’s. Check them out their prices are fantastic.

The people are extremely knowledgeable of any alcohol you might have in question and the management will take care of you. I shopped here many times and have had door dash bring me several orders. I had one order where the bottle was surprising smaller than I had ordered. Being that they scan each product per order to ensure accuracy the only variable would be the driver, though that was never proven. I called the store, they did not blame anyone, but simply replaced my rum with a better bottle which is now the rum I drink. By treating their customers with decency, they have gained a customer for life.

The service is second to none. The variety is amazing. The prices are great. Love this place.

This total wine has a great selection! And I found this awesome bottle holder at a very reasonable price!! I stop here once a week and there is absolutely no place better to find whatever it is you seek. They will order it from another location if they dont have it and you absolutely want it. Dont forget about the well priced and decent selection of cigars! Beer??? So many to choose from. Liquor that you never seen before. Just so many choices. The cashiers are friendly and staff is always looking to assist!

The best place around to view such a wide variety of wines. And more, of course. It’s conveniently located and the staff are very friendly and eager to assist if needed. We’ve found some fairly unique selections there as well as a wider variety of products sold in grocery stores. We poke around every once in a while and always find something interesting to try. Personally, I’m a fan of some of the really cool or pretty bottles some of this stuff comes in. lol It’s nice that there’s a large selection in all different price ranges too so there’s something for every pallet, occasion, and budget.

Great selection of beer, wine and spirits with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Samples of several bourbon brands were provided. We found a delicious one for making Old Fashions at a reasonable price.

That place is amazing. Stopped to get keg I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I never even touched any thing they got from cooler and loaded in my truck. If you havent been there you are missing out. There prices are fantastic

Throughout COVID-19 I have felt like this Total Wine has had employees that have been very helpful while maintaining distance.Monday afternoons is a great time to go in and stroll around too if you dont want to be there when its too crowded to browse.This store has such a great selection and major shoutout to DON who roams the whiskey isle & is always helpful. This week he very confidently after hearing my whiskey preferences as I was debating a new bottle from a new brand I was unfamiliar with, gave me great insight and I couldnt be happier with the purchase! Total Wine might be a larger chain liquor store but the employees her give you a small shop feel with their customer care.

Total Wine is the best place to not only get your alcohol but a great place to be introduced to new liquor, wines and beers. I highly recommend stopping in during their tasting hours to try some new spirits. They have a friendly staff and I make sure to stop in at least once a month to purchase and/or try some new liquor.

This visit was run of the mill. Selections were great although at least one of the items I looked for were not available. Customer service was a bit lacking. I stood up front waiting as multiple people entered and left the customer service desk without so much as a we will be right with you. After what felt like an eternity I young man (wish I got his name) asked if I needed help, and help he did. 2:5 stars for lacking customer service experience.

Best place for all your wine and liquor needs

Trying to return a keg to get our deposit back. The manager stamps our receipt at the customer service desk and tells us to go to any register, only two were open so we get in line. Another one opens to help a customer with a specialty item and people quickly jump there without any regard for those who had been waiting and then I see that same manager at the service desk register helping someone out. Finally its our turn and the lady says she needs my card to process the return so I had to go out to the car and come back in only to be told to go back to the service desk to have that same manager who sent me to any register process my return at the service desk WITHOUT needing my card...

Customer service could have been better. At least w one CSR. Spent 15 mins w one young girl and prob could have wrapped things up in half the time or at least acknowledged me in the meantime. Finally a supervisor came by and had more on my way in 5 mins. Could of easily been a 5.

Had a person restocking wines on a forklift looking machine while the store was full of customers. While paying for a wine bottle I let the cashier know that it is unsafe to do that to what he replies: did it hit you?? . Beware if you buy at these store that you dont get run over by a forklift.

On 7/17/21, I Came in with my girlfriend, who is asian just like I am. Just as I walked out without purchasing anything, a white male clerk named VEN (I believe, based on asking another worker) asked me to stay because he needed to check our ID Because he was sure we were part of the larger Asian group of people in line. Upon telling them we were not related to them multiple times, he responded to us as if we were lying. We are both well over 21 and had no need to stay. We responded politely and adamantly.Just the ignorance after the fact I had told him we were not related to them multiple times and having been in the store well before them, and did not even have any communication with this larger group… appalling.I’m never the type to complain about discrimination. But this gentlemen is terrible. Needs to be re-trained.

Total wine promotes socialist behavior by not allowing costumers to purchase any amount of alcohol to their liking. Purchasing one case of happy dads so that everyone can have one goes against capitalism and is unprofessional.

Walking in here, youll see a large variation of almost any spirit you can imagine. I called in looking for Miami Weiss and they set aside 3 six packs for me to pick up when I walked in the door. Exceptional service

Nearly every delicious thing containing ingestible alcohol you could ever want is located here, so what bad thing could I possibly say about it?The store is always clean, and the staff is really helpful when trying to locate something in the maze of bottles and cans that exists here.

Wine tasting hosts could be more friendly and inviting. Act like snobs if you dont seem to have any knowledge. I mean arent they there to educate and turn people on the the wonderful and diversified world of wine. Leave the snobbery for the stuffy wine bars.

Im appalled at the lack of respect, knowledge and professionalism at this location. I have a medical exemption, which is acceptable per the county mandate. They allowed me to roam the aisles the entire time I was there, then waited until I was ready to check out to tell me they will not ring up my purchases without a mask. I explained I have a medical exemption and the mandate allows that. They said, well this is a private business so we can refuse service to anyone.If the business is so private and exclusive, why are they open to the public? Are they not aware that federal law requires them to serve the public regardless, without discrimination?I told them they dont deserve my business and left. They lost my business for life. I will never shop at Total Wine again. I cant believe how callous they were as they blatantly discriminated against me. I hope they get flooded with law suits and shut down. These people are pure evil. ABC has much better prices and they dont discriminate.

As the only black people in the store, one of the employees singled my sister and i out and followed us around the store as we peacefully shopped. At the register we were again harassed by the cashier. I would not recommend shopping here.

Lots of choices. Just about everything you want. My complaint is that we bought a case of Guinness and the price is the SAME as 4 six packs! $9.49 / 6 pack and I paid $37.96 for a case. Since when dont you get a discount for buying in bulk? People were friendly and helpful but management is obviously greedy and out of touch. Dont look for big savings at Wine & More.

We live far from here, but whenever were in the area, we make sure to stock up on gluten free beer. The selection isnt super huge, but its better than anywhere else. If you want something they dont have in stock, just ask and they will get it for you.

Cant beat the selection and pricing here. My go-to for everything from rare imported beers to Rhône reds to whiskeys and sake. Sometimes the savings compared to other local shops is so big its astounding.I recently stopped to get a bottle of bourbon in another part of town out of convenience and the price was so much higher that I just left and made the trek back to Total Wine.

I came in, not entirely sure what I was looking for and was met by a very helpful staff. Giuseppe was exceptionally helpful, guiding me through the bourbons to help me find exactly what I was looking for and keying me in on some lesser known brands. He definitely has an extensive knowledge and it made my experience both educational and pleasant.

Its a liquor store they have liquor beer and some cigars. Their selection is better than abc but not the best. All around youll most likely get what youre looking for unless you want something mildly rare like Blantons.

I am beyond disappointed by the lack of respect and service I received at this location. I went in to give them service and buy their product and was asked to present a form of ID. They scanned my ID (considering the fact that I do look young) and then called a manager over. The manager proceeded to ask me a series of questions, which I answered all correctly and still was still given a hard time. The store clerks proceeded to give me an attitude. I think I was mistreated as a customer and I feel very disrespected.

This was my firat visit but wont be my last! The store is clean and well stocked. I interacted with three different employees and all were super friendly, helpful and professional.

I pre-ordered my items, but felt like I was met with attitude from the customer service. I was here on March, 13th, 2021 at 10:45am-11:30am. Their attitudes was just rude specifically the woman who handed me my items. I honestly feel like the store wasnt busy enough to have an attitude.

Im jamaican and I went to this store two times to spend to buy my family liquor for an up coming event and everywhere I went in the store you have staff watching me like they thought I was steal on both occasion, I only give them two star because the girl at the front gave me good customer service. There are lots of varieties of booze that live here. You can go on an alcohol safari. Generally have what youre looking for and the staff is super helpful and friendly. There is an expert use of puns around the store and I most certainly appreciated it. See the attached photo for their amazing use of limes.

I love you folks, but the cashiers are corporate robots, no smiles and have to say the same thing over and over. We are human, not robots, wake up corporate people, stop your garbage.

Came in tonight 12/7/20 6:40pm with a list in my hand(TIRED!) and Luke ( I think his name was..feel bad I forgot) Anyways, he came to me to assist and I gave him my overall price range and not only was he very knowledgeable but extremely helpful. Would rate lower if possible. Cashier was off-standish, when asking for ids and gave us an attitude. Then when she called for someone to come check out our ids she looked at my party and I and repeated the phrase “id check” multiple times. Now I understand that the two people in my party are both 20, but the way they interacted with us was uncalled for and unnecessary. And the store policy “of people under 21 not being allowed in the store” is the first time I’ve ever heard of anything. Maybe if someone checked the ids at the door or there was a sign posted there wouldn’t have been a problem. But because of tonight I’ll never shop at that location or any other location again.

I come here all the time. Even before they remodeled. The store is always clean & well organized and the staff very friendly. They genuinely do ask if you need assistance. The wine selection looks amazing.
