This is a wonderful place to stop by and feel very calm while shopping. i love the variety of cigarillo flavors that they carry and the delta 8 carts are amazing. really recommend this place to anyone nearby. i’ve always had a great experience here.

Up in smoke is a fantastic smoke shop probably the best smoke shop Ive been in in a long time. They were very helpful and very friendly and have great products. They did me a huge favor and gave me my product enormously discounted price which shocked me. I want to thank Chris and Derek for being very helpful very friendly and very professional and making my experience wonderful I recommend the smoke shop for everybody in Orlando. I definitely will be coming back soon .

My wife and I stopped in here late evening 8/16/21 after coming down from West Virginia for a weeks vacation on the beach. Not only was the place, clean, well organized and stocked with several different products at great prices. But what amazed me the most was how polite the gentelman was whom waited on us. He was more than glad to answer any question we had, and help us find what we was looking for. it was a pleasure to do business with them

This was my first trip to a “smoke shop”. I visited this location in hopes of finding CBD products, despite the sign on the door which says “Tobacco Smoke Shop”. Again, it was my first time. I kindly asked the front clerk if the store sold CBD Products and she sarcastic repeated what I asked. I explained that I was new to smoke shops in hopes of help. Instead of welcoming the chance of a selling the store to a new customer, I was still met with sarcasm and a disregard of customer service. As a result, I will not visit this establishment. Im not sure if the store clerk just doesn’t care about her job or she stereotypical me. Nonetheless, this location should definitely reconsider who they have as the first representative of the business.

Dude this guy is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Ecig supplies are a necessity but I’d much rather come in to shoot the breeze with him when buying stuff.

I usually go into this smoke shop twice a week. After the lady tried selling me something I didnt want, lied to my face like she didnt have my brand, after clearly seeing on the shelf, I will not be back.

The guy with the beard and a mask (today he wore a mask at least) is one of the best people on this Earth. This place is wonderful. All of your needs will be met and done so with excellent customer service, and above and beyond care. This smoke shop will be the best you have ever visited.

Called to ask for prices and to check on an item and man on the phone was extremely rude and told me nothing was his problem that I needed to tell the manager how I felt about my problems ... was completely and utterly rude when I called there should be no busy going in here due to the rude and appalling staff.... I go to the one on Hoffner and the guys there are great, they treat you good and always do there best to please you, they have all you need in this store and if not im sure there order for you.

My go to smoke shop when Im in town. Large selections of oils and salt water juices. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Always nice to have a chat with the manager. Hes really great!! Look forward to going just to chat with staff and see what new juices they have gotten in.

More of a tobacco shop than your traditional cigar shop with a dedicated humidor. They had a medium sized glass humidor for some of the pricier cigars and a few rows of boxes of various brands. I was able to find a couple labels Id never seen in Tallahassee, and for good prices. They made good gifts :)

Got a faulty mod can’t even exchange for the same one even tho its days old got directed to the manufacturer. Don’t recommend buying any mods or equipment since if it’s bad they can’t even exchange it for the same one. Bad customer service experience

Didn’t have my mask on a first went to the car to get it and the man was just constantly antagonizing me while picking my blunts and then once we checked out he threw my change at me very unprofessional been going there for years and now I’ll never forget how unprofessional he was.

Been dealing with these guys for well over a year now in the beginning they were great was buying my tobacco there about every two weeks by the can treated me like I was a priority then there product line seemed to shift now it seems theyre more interested in selling paraphernalia than keeping regular customers and I really hope they read this review because they were a really great story and they still could be if they would focus like they did in the beginning when I first started shopping there they need to get their priorities straight when you ask for a review I will give you my honest opinion

Very nice vape store. They have a huge selection of just anything and everything that you want. The guy working in there was cool and very informative. They even tested the vape pen I bought just to make sure it was working right. Highly reccomend going here for all of your smoke needs and getting any help about certain products.

They act like their prices are the lowest in town when they arent and their customer service is very rude. they dont like to explain anything to you. It seems like a task more than a job to them. Ive been to California and every dispensary there treats you like a patient and like a care giver over here they treat you like if youre not spending money get out of the store. They dont care about the customer only how much the customer is spending.

Very pricey. $10 for a basic little replacement stem piece that other shops charge $5 for. $60 for average grinders. Same grinders on Amazon for $16. Go somewhere else. Many better deals around town.

This place is a rip off!!! I purchased the SAME thing I ALWAYS get. This time it was $2 more than wherever else I usually get it. In addition, instead of 33 papers in the pack, there was 20!!! This product usually last me 3-4 weeks. This pack barely lasted me 2 weeks. Moral of the story: this place will charge you 2 times more and skimp on the product quantity!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

I just started to vape and went to buy some e juice. bough what seemed to look like decent ejuice and I was coughing really bad thinking its because I upd my nicotine. nope theyre selling expired ejuice but at regular price... the ejuice I bought had a sticker coving the expire date of 12-01-2016... never will I got to up in smoke again

The hoffner store is terrible the older guy with white hair bald head is very ignorant was getting mad because I asked questions about juice which is overpriced 15 mls for 13.99 when I can get a 30 ml for 14.99 but in a pinch they were ok until I met that ignorant man who treated me like a piece of crap while treating the lady next to me like a god when she only bought ciggs and I bought 26 in juice I will drive out of my way to get better service. And they do sell clones and they dont tell that guy didnt even know what an rda was. Terrible.
