I love this smoke shop! I bought a fume bar and when I went in my car I opened it and it was not working I went back in to see if I could get a new one. I showed the employer that the device wasn’t working and she did not hesitate to give me a new one. Thank you VIP smoke shop! & Plus the prices are great!

So just last month I went into the store & purchased 3 boxes of Game dutches . the sales associate asked if I wanted more because they had plenty . Today I came to visit family again in the area & I stopped by the store again .. same sales associate this time stating the owner said they cant sell boxes . only let me purchase 5 of each flavor !! if I purchase 3 flavors thats a box .. so why not just sell me the full box of 15 ?? this makes no sense & VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !
