I never leave this shop thinking I got a good deal. I feel like they overcharge you big time. The merch isnt even that good for them to charge so much. You get like generic Amazon products at pretty much premium prices. I wont be returning.

Needed to upgrade my cheap $7 torch for one that heats up a banger red hot. Asked this guys for one for specifically this purpose. He sold me one for $35 and it works exactly the same as the $7 one. Brought it back for an exchange, I was willing to add more money to get a better one and the guy wasn’t willing to exchange, instead he offered another banger for $20. This guy, his torch and and his banger are a joke. Don’t lie to customers!

Out of sheer desperation (and the fact business forced me to be in Orlando Thursday night) I searched for and found an oasis for insomniacs like myself. Its called Ilyas Vapor Smoke Shop on SR 436; near Colonial Drive on the east side of town The shop is located in a new and well-lit strip-center. (Notice I said its well-lit! This is important especially for women if you are searching for an elixir late one evening in hopes of getting a good nights sleep.) The store itself is not only well-lit, its well-merchandised with a great selection of options for whatever ails you. Best of all, when I entered this oasis at 11:40pm on the night of desperation, I was greeted by a smiling, engaging and empathetic young woman by the name of Carissa who when she learned what I was seeking had to inform me she had just sold the last package moments earlier. Before I could express my disappointment, she asked me if I would consider another option. Regretfully, with the night growing later by the second, I felt I had no choice, and listened intently to Carissa tell me about a sleep-aid product she stated she uses herself with very good results. It took very little convincing from there, so after completing my purchase, I thanked Carissa and headed home. Well, after trying this product, I am here to say not only was I thrilled with the results, but Carissa has made me a customer for life! One can only hope the other team members of this store are as pleasant, informative, professional and willing to answer any and all questions a customer has. The only thing I hope for is the next time I visit Ilyas Smoke Shop, Carissa will be manning the counter.

They always have the products Im looking for in stock, operating hours are consistent and the customer service is good along with reasonable prices, I dont mind passing a shop closer to my home to get to this one.

Honestly, the girl working there seemed really nice. However, I bought a water pipe for $80 convinced it was because it was super good quality as she told me. The product itself is nice but not $80 nice. When I was using it a couple days ago, I noticed a price tag on the bottom saying it was only $30 and I definitely got scammed. Most likely will not come back/recommend.

Been here twice, customer service is as great as it gets, even near closing when staff elsewhere are often desperate to usher customers out. Juice is very competitively priced and versatile, house blends offered cater to a wide array of different palates. As far as devices go, there are quite a number of inexpensive options available. I havent examined their glass too much because its outside of my needs, but from what Ive seen, there are some really beautiful pieces, too.Tl;Dr: 10 stars. Great customer service, affordable, lots of cool stuff to see. If thinking about visiting, just check it out, staff super friendly and helpful. 😁
