Tire were changed and balanced in a timely fashion. Only issue with this location is that there website states they open at 7am but they actually open at 7:30am. Would be helpful to either change it on the website or put hours of operation on the front door.

Ive been going to them for a couple years for tires for my pickup. Theyre helpful and kind, and they charge a fair price, which I cant say for every big tire place in town.

Brought in a highly modified keep for alignment and balance. They finished the job but I still had a pull to the right. They took my keep back no questions. Explained what they believed the problem was and I doubted them. While they were doing the work on the front and moving tires around the mechanic came in and gave me a detailed explanation on as to why they were doing what they were doing. The front desk guy and the mechanic were correct! I truly appreciate the efforts at this establishment the honesty and the ambition to help their patrons. Will totally be recommend all my keep buddies to this location and I will return. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it!

The worst place I ever left my truck to change tires. They lost One of my wheel covers and they broken 4 of my tire sensor pressure. Also they told me will call when my truck will be finished but they didn’t. They my truck out side the store in a dangerous neighborhood also they close it 30 minutes before the time they show on the Google maps without warning.

I have been going to Action Gator tire on s Alafaya trail for years. Francisco knows me when i come in and he treats me like i am family. Not many places today make you feel like your family anymore. always treats me fair and never tries to sell me anything I dont need like most places do. I tell everyone to go see Francisco if you want an honest and fair experience.

I was on the way home with my granddaughter on 8/13/18 and my tire went flat right by Action Gator Tire. Ken at the front counter was very pleasant to deal with. He walked out to my car with me to check my tire and said it was able to be repaired no problem. I wasnt there more than 15 minutes for the repair. When finished Ken told me to have a nice day and come back and see us again if you need anything else. I will absolutely be back for sure when I need anything for my car.

This place was great. I caught a flat and was desperately trying to find a tire for my Maserati and no one could get one until the next day. Called Action Gator Tire and Jim himself actually went and picked the tire himself. Thanks too this pace I was able to catch my flight. Hooray.......

Nice place. We take our work trucks here, wouldnt take my personal vehicle here. Nothing fancy or comfortable inside and nothing around close enough to go waste time. I think well over 90% of there revenue is commercial base.

I had two brand new tires put on my car it took maybe 25 minutes. It was cheaper than anywhere else. Excellent service. Would recommend this to friends and family.

Just started using them for our work vehicles. So far they seem to be honest and fair priced. This 5 star review is only for the service and employees. The building and waiting area on the other hand needs a lot of work. Stains on the majority of the ceiling tiles (looks like water stains and mold) and air conditioning not working (this is Florida, come on). Ill continue to bring our vehicles there but wont be waiting in the hot, nasty building.

I went because oneof my tires was going flat and fast. I explained that i feel the wheel had a dent/crack that was makingthe route loose air. I was ignored. Was told the only thing needed was a sealant. Well they where wrong. Next day by the afternoon the tire was flat again. I wasted a good amount time on both days.
