Great deals and amazing looking produce, however it is overpriced I think considering I can get some of it somewhere else cheaper. But that is many of there products. Example I went to buy ziplock bags and I was shocked to see the publix brand cost More than the name brand and it wasnt even a sale item. It is a great store always clean and staff is always very friendly, but 3 stars for me because sometimes their prices dont make any sense as to why they cost more than somewhere else or why their own brand cost more than the name brands the sell. Also note I wouldnt even mention this if it werent a glaring difference. But over $2 more many times is why I dont go there but for sale items.

We love stopping in whenever we fly in to see family! Everything is so beautiful, the store is clean and well-stocked, and the associates are the friendliest Ive ever met!

Great publix! It looks like an older building from the outside but it is very nice and clean in the inside. They have really high ceilings basically removed a 2nd floor for those high ceilings. They have a lot of produce options and rooms are bright almost everywhere. Very nice publix. Definitely worth to go to!

I would like to give a review regarding a particular individual at this store. The young lady’s name is Meghan.(not certain of the spelling I hope I got it right). I lost my prescription glasses somewhere in or outside this store, Cornerstone At Lake Hart. When I went to Customer Service to inquire about them Meghan was there. She was very friendly & polite & said she remembered seeing them. However, when she went to look for them they didn’t appear to be there. She called another person to help. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Also very helpful. They continued to look in all drawers & cabinets until they were found. I am so grateful & I wish to acknowledge her for going that “extra mile”. She a true credit to Publix & a good person. Thank you ☺️ Whoever turned them in thank you also for taking the time, most grateful.

Always clean and well stocked with fresh food. Amazing produce and the prices are reasonable. One thing I do not like at all………..Every single time I’ve purchased items from the water fun section. I.e. swimming /pool rafts, tubes, sunglasses, toys, squirt guns etc. They have holes in them, slow leaks, they have some kind of deformity that renders them useless.

Store always have the things I need in stock. No store can beat Publix store quality in the produce and sea food departments.

If you are new to this Publix like I am, and are looking for any of the following;Yogurt, bread, peanut butter, jelly, and cosmetics. You will find them on aisle 17, the last aisle to the left as you enter the store. The reason Im telling you this is because there is no information on the aisle number sign (see pic). I spoke to a manager about this two weeks ago and it didnt seem to matter as the sign still doesnt have any info on it. Its frustrating and disappointing as I have come to expect better from Publix.

The Pharmacy here is top notch. They have some amazing staff working there. When they didnt have the ability to fill an urgent script for me they reached out to another Publix to have them fill it for me. Very professional and friendly service. I have no complaints with their service and they are quick to respond if any insurance issues arise.

This has been my grocery spot for over 16 years. Everybody is so friendly. They are well stocked and the store always looks impeccable.

They are always on top of everything. Pharmacy is quick and efficient and the store is more stocked than most I see. They should give themselves a pat on the back for being so efficient and caring.

As good or better than al Publix. I think I never waited in line at the cash register more than one person.And if you ask for help they really help.Fruit vegetables meat…. Is really good.Of course, it is Publix priced. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Horrible experience at pharmacy. I went to get vaccinated and even though no one was there and there were 3 people behind counter I was told no walk ins because they were “overwhelmed”. I was told come back Monday. I called Monday morning to make sure and was assured I could get vaccinated. I got out of work early to get it and although no customer were there I was told the same thing. I spoke to a manager at length and then she told me it was her first day and that I should speak to her manager. Ridiculous.

I love Publix supermarket. They provide excellent service, and they have a lot of gluten free products that I love. I have been going to this store for 14 years. Thank you for all you do.

As all publix stores usually are very nice very clean the nicest people serving you just great overall grocery store experience probably one of the best grocery stores in the world with the best deli from subs to chicken anything you want for dinner you can buy there usually hot or theyll give you recipes to cook whatever you want.

They allow no service animals in the store! Its disgusting and who wants to shop when big and small dogs are walking around with owners. I address this with Manager months ago.. supposedly they only allow service animals. Im in the medical field and these are not service animals!!!

Deli section/meal section customer service is definitely lacking, 5 minutes without anyone in line to get a scoop of macaroni. After the wait, I left and guess what?! Nobody cared...Oh and 6 staff members doing nothing...

Clean, easy to navigate, friendly people. Lately they dont have certain items they typically had before.

Very clean Publix and we received fast friendly service at the deil, they also have a indoors site down area to eat lunch and they offer wifi also.

I had to stop there to buy another Sun Pass Mini, the customer service associate helped me and explained everything.

I love this publix and go there often, the people are nice and overall good service. however, during this pandemic people can easily do something as simple as wearing a mask in public areas. i would appreciate if the staff encouraged shoppers to wear them at all times, for my safety and theirs.

Very stingy about the ingredients they put in their subs. I got almost every single ingredient possible to be put on my sub with the ultimate and it was still tiny. I had to ask the guy that was making my sub to add more banana peppers and he put like 2 on. I asked for extra Mayo and it was still barely any on it. I didn’t wanna bother and ask again about the other ingredients that were lacking. Lightest and dull sub ive ever had from Publix and I’ve been to a lot of publix. This was my second time giving them a chance with a sub and it happened again this time as well. Just go to another public to get your money’s worth. I noticed they did the same to the guys sub next to me as well.

Not a pleasant shopping experience when your minor bag boy grocery shames your purchases consistently your entire time at checkout (well, at least until he had to run and clock out). Glad I usually use Shipt because I got roasted from my trail mix to my Hint water.

Never thought I’d rate a Publix, but the veggies here are hit or miss. The first time we went here our green onions and snap peas went bad before we used them (24 hours!!). Since then we’ve paid better attention to what we are getting and it seems 50% of the time the stuff in the store just isn’t good. We end up having the buy organic or the pre-cut stuff. Never had this problem with a Publix before.Everything else at this Publix is normal.

I order my subs on certain days so I dont have to wait in those long lines and all was good for a bit but lately(maybe last 3 times) my sub orders were incorrect. I just ask that this be addressed,I understand its busy or people can have a bad day but dont let that effect your quality of service.

The bakery manager helped me above and beyond! I believe her name was Glenda.. i really appreciated all her help.Also, the associates in the bakery and throughout the store.I would give 5 stars but I had Bogos that i was charged full price.

Staff was friendly, but they are at every publix which is one bug reason why I like publix so much! This store in particular is a big location, lots of variety. The store was extremely clean. They checkout guy was friendly and the bagger offered to help me out to my car and help. They were following all the rules and precautions pertaining to keeping safe during this virus. Im very annoyed with the person bagging my groceries placing items together that shouldnt be! That used to be a bag person #1 rule! Cold/damp items together! Not with my dry box of crackers! Did this information not get passed down? Also, dont put chemical/ household items with food! Publix! Please train your people!This is an update as of 4/15/2019: The young man bagging my groceries was doing a good job, as I try to keep notice, but sure enough, I get home only to find my 1 fresh onion and 1 fresh lemon in the same bag with 3 large/heavy canned goods. THOSE DONT GO TOGETHER ! It mustve happened when I was distracted for just a few minutes. Publix, please train them better! Seriously, this is grocery bagging 101!

I dont leave reviews typically. But in this case I had to. I was 1 of at least 5 black women in this publix at 7:30 am. Checking out in the self service due to only 2 lanes being opened as it was pretty early. As anyone thats used those in this grocery knows they are temperamental. So, the clerk needed to assist me. He had to do so 3x. On the 3rd time. He asks me if Im ringing up the rest of my items on a separate check. Why?!?! I wasnt checking out and found it very offensive. You knew this when you typed your code in the screen that I wasnt checking out. But you saw that I had items in my basket not bagged and items that were. As if I would walk out with half of my groceries paid. Give me a break! And trust me, Ive been a shopper here for the last 4 years. This is NOT the first time someone here has assumed with my family after Ive spent thousands of dollars here. Never again. Disgusting!
