Is an Ok Store. Why?? Because they barely have Merchandise, they are always out of Everything. Theres 2 extended Day Hotel, one in front of Store and the other is on the side and that FM store is the only place where you can Buy Food and do Grocery and they are always Empty. I send my husband to get One Bag Of chicken thights, Breasts, wings or drumsticks and the freezer was Super empty, my husband ask the Store Manager and she said that they hadnt received the trucks for more than 3 weeks. And its difficult por people like me that dont have a car to go to other places. Same with Older people that are disable and cant walk and only have a wheelchair and thats the only Store we can go to thats Closed By.The Staff are pretty Nice.

Horrible everytime going there. The big lady is always so rude no matter what time of day. Always on her phone texting. The store is always a mess. No employee even acts like an employee. They always have a attitude, and are so rude. Just go somewhere else! Id give negative stars!!

Great customer service I was greeted at the door And I needed help looking for something I guess the young lady knew so she offered help I will be back great customer service and clean and neat store

Love this store ...its actually the only family dollar I love going to. The one on Americana sucks. Every time I come in the store its clean...soon as u walk in the door they say hello from start to finish good customer service. Love it I give it 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Policy posted on counter at register states with out reciept customer may return merchandise for same item ot store credit. I had an item i bought yesterday it was wrong color i misplaced receipt but all i wanted was a different color same item lady worker says im not returning that for you without receipt. Tried to explain i juat wanted exc hange but she walks off . she was on phone with someone and i over heard her say she can call my boss if she wants im not returning something stolen. So rude never been accused of that in my life.! I wish the man working yesterday was here today he would rember me cuz i bought quite a few other items yesterday as well. This employee is awful. She shouldnt have been on personal phone call at work and certaintly shouldnt slander customers on her personal calls.

Most of the staff is great except one manager who kicked me out over my service dog but everyone else is amazing and I will continue to go there. Deff a hood family Dollar. Never stocked and usually pretty cluttered but I love the employees

Employees are nice and know where the items are. Other then that the store is quite in disarray. Items are always being moved from shelves to shelves if not from isles to isles. Its not exactly the most tidiest store but youll find what you need.

I am currently calling corporate bc the stud who works at nite do not put in right amount of money in the computer and when u realize it they will not give u ur money back she keeps it ..and she is always high and act like she is on something....I refuse to allow someone to take my hard earned money....

Managers are Great Helpful and Friendly considering where the store is located.. Only store Ive been in that the employees actually want you to save money.. Best store Ive been in..

Make sure you take your own bags cause they are always out of them. Staff is always nice and friendly.

I dont really like taking time out of my day to leave a review but i just wanted to say one of the cashiers was really rude to me today and i said hi he ignored me and i was trying to be friendly i felt mistreated and rejected. Someone came up after me and he was asking him questions and conversing. Also they need some training. They obviously dont like working there always complaining and lack customer service skills. I am very health conscious and they have nothing really there for me it is just close to me and it is supposed to be convenient. The outside is trashed and they lack enviromental friendliness. Some are really nice but just lack spirit about the store. I try to go there as little as possible especially after today i just couldnt believe someone would treat a customer like that. What does he have against me????? Hm.....

This store is terrible and rude. They do not give a proper greeting but they will stare at you like youre about to steal. Very discriminating like for example if you come in the store with sweats theyll probably assme youre poor. The black girl that works there she is the worst employee that works there she very rude. Other then that I like shopping at family dollars but the employees just gives it a terrible name.

Good deals on items, tricky to get to, but Worth the effort.

I I went to this store on January 26 2016 and this will be the last time I ever walk back in, first of all, the two girls didnt have all the lights on it was very dark towards the back if the store, one girl was standing in the way on her cell phone not stocking like she was pretending to do, the whole time I was in the store she stayed on her cell, every time someone was ready to check out they had to ring the bell because they were off not working either on her cell or just basically standing there, I was looking at some thing to buy but one of the girls came up behind me and needed by and was rude blowing because I was shopping lol. Unbelievable service.. I used to go in when there was a man working and Mexican lady and they were so professional and the store was clean and lights were on. Lol I just cant go back now I was treated so rudely..

OMG!! I CANT BELIEVED WHAT ALREADY HAPPENED. I WENT TO THIS STORE A FEW MINUTES AGO AND AT THE ENTRANCE THE EMPLOYEE ASK ME TO LEAVE MY BACK PACK/PURSE WITH HIM. I WAS TOTALLY IN SHOCK. I ASKED HIM IF THEY HAVE SECURITY CAMARAS, HE SAID YES. IF YOU HAVE CAMARAS YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE IF IM STEALING. TOTALLY STUPID! REALLY? THEY DONT TRUST ME BUT IN NEED TO LEAVE MY BACK PACK/PURSE WITH HIM AND TRUST HIM? REALLY? REALLY?

They are rude. Demand to hold my backpack. Not helpful. Worst family dollar ever. If it wasnt for the direct conveinience i wouldnt go back
