This is a really nice Publix location. I come here often for my grocery shopping and to recycle my plastic bags. The employees are very friendly and the weekly sales are great.

My neighborhood Publix. I know where everything is at. Theres bigger ones and smaller ones...this one Id just right. Getting out of the parking lot and unto the street can be tough. The intersection is designed horribly and I plan around Shenandoah Elementarys hours and 5 PM.

When this Publix opened up it was the best thing to ever happen to the Belle Isle and Conway community at that intersection. Because of all the businesses that followed the opening of this Publix I do 99% of my shopping at that intersection.I take advantage of the bogos that they post every week and the customer service usually is somewhere between great and outstanding consistently!

We found our favorite honey, Bee Natural Honey at this Publix! Yummy!!!!

Never been to a publix that was not five stars. Place is always neat and clean. Always well stocked and organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Staff will fall over them selfs to help you any way they can. Parking lot is free of carts and has plenty of space. The produce is always fresh and the meat is some of the best in town. All of this plus a PUB shop. Now i agree you pay for all this at the cash out but its like anything else you get what you pay for.

Love the food, service and have used the pharmacy for many, many years. The pharmacy knows our family by face, its so great to have such a personalized service, it makes us feel special

Right before Christmas, I had to buy some of Publix Carrot cake for my reindeer.The staff, Cyndi Mallard and Lisa Marie were glad to see Santa.They even posed with one of their cakes that said Merry Christmas.As I checked out, I told the young man to use my bag vs plastic bags.The crowd loved it.My reindeer loved the carrot cake too.Thanks everyone for the warm welcome

Our Publix that we use quite often. Staff here are friendly and very helpful when you need it. Store is kept clean and has most stock that you would expect from a publix. Bakery, seafood/sushi stations here are great. This location does not have indoor seating however for eating.A great publix. Thanks for all our grocery needs!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband and I went to the deli earlier today and the two older women making sandwiches were extremely slow so we left. We went back today at 8:40pm the Publix worker (Spanish guy) making sandwiches was saying inappropriate things that he thought was funny but the man he was waiting on didnt like it. The Publix worker was literally taking a knife and spatting small amount of mayo at a time on the bread with an attitude as if he really didnt want to make the sandwich. After watching this we went to find the manager. Unfortunately he was outside dealing with another matter. We left.

I had a great experience here. I was looking for a peach puree. The first guy I asked didnt know, but he took me to a manager who... also didnt know. In fact, they both didnt know a lot about peach puree. They finally led me to an aisle where the juices were and I did the searching myself. I found out that they dont really carry peach puree but they do carry a couple of brands of peach nectar. The main brand has lots of corn syrup in it, but the off brand was four times as expensive and was mostly peach puree and water. While diluted, this was the better choice by far.Heres what made this experience amazing. I went back to the first guy and we had a conversation about peach puree and he was genuinely interested in learning about things that he didnt know something about. He thanked me, genuinely, for the information. Thats a great employee. Ill be back :-)

Great store and staff. Just got my flu shot and a $10 gift card. They are getting a much better variety of organic goods than in the past. Stockers and cashiers are always helpful in finding items and showing you featured items and coupons.Produce is always fresh and priced well. Recently, they have added more organic nut selections near the produce section.

I just ordered a Boars Head Italian Sub and requested oil and vinegar packets to be included and they were not included. Publix needs to have orders double checked to keep issues like this from happening. #dobetter

Why does everyone that works here have an attitude? Long wait for Sub, 3 deli employees (That were helping other customers) asked outloud can someone help. Short female deli manager gets an attitude and yells dont yell at me SMH Boy/girl at customer service desk with dirty little ponytail on top of their head was rude as ever made me not even want to purchase.

Hard not to love a Publix though... shopping truly is a pleasure here!

Customer Service Manager tells me they have no outside email address for me to send this photo to alert the store of possible dangerous food poisoning. So that kind of ridiculous service results in this public posting. She is not very good at customer service I can tell you that. Hopefully they will remove these from shelves and I will go the extra step to alert Ore-Ida.

They remind customers to be socially distant, and completely wipe down the shopping carts each time. Great service, store is as well stocked as possible. Pharmacy has great hours and gives $10 gift card when you get a flu shot.

I love Publix; Picked up my favorite wings from the deli...it was somewhat disappointing. Also brought my favorite Calipso cookies 🍪 which also missed the Publix mark. Deli/Bakery food wise, a little heartbroken, it was just not the same. However, the customer service in both departments was superb. Thus my 4 stars verses the 5.

Love Publix great coustomer service, wide selection of products has somethings you really cant find elsewhere. The only drawback is its expensive.

Pepsi product marked buy 2 get 1 free. At the register I was told that thursdays the sales changed, she pulled out an ad and looked to tell me that was not a current sale. Why dont they update the advertising on the shelf before opening thursdays?

My daughter just had the rudest and unprofessional customer service experience in this Publix deli by Emily. When I called to speak to a store manager, Sidney, she was just as rude as her employee. Not happy with the way you guys treated my daughter a paying customer today!
